We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Analytics Manager, to play the crucial role in driving and advancing the analytics efforts across the business. Including supporting our Marketing, Product and Commercial teams. You will drive innovation and ensure that data driven insights are leveraged effectively to achieve business goals.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data management, analytics and reporting. You will be embedded in the Marketing team and will report to the Head of Data & Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Data Strategy: Work with the Head of Data & Analytics to deliver the agreed data strategy. This includes developing solutions for the first time at CJ, so it is imperative the team output is  aligned with CharityJob's objectives and values.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to integrate data-driven insights into product enhancements, marketing campaigns, and business strategies.

• Performance Measurement: Monitor and introduce new performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of CharityJob's platform, products and initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.  Also whilst working closely with our Digital Marketing agency to measure the effectiveness of the performance marketing strategy.

• Product Performance:  Inject data across the full E2E product process. Identifying opportunities for the Product team to optimise CJ in order to achieve its business goals.

• Technology Evaluation and Implementation: Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in data management and analytics, evaluating new tools and technologies to enhance CharityJob's data capabilities and competitive advantage.

• Data Governance & Best Practices: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality control processes and standardize analytical processes and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics role, with at least 2 years leading projects.

  • Proven experience providing analytical support for marketing and product teams.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL is required; experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI/Looker) and familiarity with cloud data warehousing tools such as GCP and Azure.

  • Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Google Tag Manager experience is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

About MediCinema

MediCinema is a unique national, UK registered charity that improves the wellbeing and enriches the quality of life of NHS patients, their families and carers through the power of the shared cinema experience and the magic of film. We achieve this by building and running cinemas in hospitals and places of care equipped with space for beds, wheelchairs and medical equipment, and providing free films and activities for patients of all ages. Our services help to improve emotional, mental and physical health, reducing isolation, anxiety and stress, and increasing patient resilience to help them cope with what they’re going through.

Our purpose-built in-hospital cinemas are designed to accommodate patients in hospital beds and wheelchairs, on drips or with monitors. MediCinema provides a warm, welcoming and safe place that enables patients to escape the ward and have much needed breathing space - to have quality time together with loved ones, connect with the wider world, and forget their pain. From all our impact evaluation and with over 24 years’ experience, we know this equips people with the tools to navigate the stress and difficulties that come with illness, to create positive memories, positive healthcare experiences, and to help build resilience.

The Role

We are looking for a Deputy Cinema Manager to join the existing team at the Chelsea&Westminster Hospital in London, working closely with CW+, the official charity of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The roleholder will also be required to provide cover to our other London-based MediCinemas at Guys and St Thomas’s Hospitals.

The post-holder will work with the Cinema Manager and the team of nurses and volunteers who support our MediCinema, and will work closely with them, the hospital, and with central office operations team to prepare for and run successful film screenings each week.

We run 4 regular inpatient screenings each week which includes evenings and weekends. The roleholder will be required to work on a shift pattern to include weekends and evenings each week. There will also be a programme of additional Tailored and Personal screenings on top of these regular inpatient screenings. 

The role offers a unique, exciting and extremely rewarding opportunity for someone interested in a service delivery role at the heart of our charity, involving direct contact with the patients and families we support.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Support the Cinema Manager in delivering a programme of screenings each week as agreed according to the operating procedures of a MediCinema, including running and managing screenings on your own. Most screenings are held in the evenings and at weekends so the role requires regular evening and Saturday working.

• On screening days be responsible for:

o Marketing the service through the hospital’s wards, organising collecting and returning patients, and for safety and care in the cinema itself.

o Taking responsibility for health and safety of patients coming to the cinema, and the safety and appearance of the cinema space itself.

o Preparing and operating the digital projection equipment for the screening, ensuring that films are screened to the highest technical standards at all times. Training and ongoing technical support will be provided for this.

o Ensuring that all operational, welfare and safeguarding policies set out by MediCinema are followed accordingly and that, where appropriate, consent forms are obtained for photographic or filmed records.

o Ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with relevant health and safety legislation, and that areas where MediCinema might be in breach of such are dealt with immediately or brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities for rectification.

o Keeping accurate monitoring and operational records, including contacts and database updating as required

• Help the Cinema Manager collate, analyse and report back on agreed metrics and KPI’s

• Assist with arranging and running any special events and special screenings

• When required, arrange and run additional personal screenings for patients unable to attend regular screenings, plus special tailored screenings with particular hospital departments and patient groups.

• Support the development and roll out of any new type of screenings we embark on.

• Support the delivery of our complementary bedside services, such as our Disney ‘Moments that Matter’ work.

Nurse & Volunteer Management

• Help the Cinema Manager build, manage and support the team of nurses and volunteers to assist in the duties outlined above and to ensure that screenings run safely and smoothly – this will include assisting with recruitment and creating monthly rotas.

Marketing and Relationship Management

• Be proactive in marketing the service within the hospital, building key relationships with hospital staff and members of CW+.

• Help develop and manage effective partnerships throughout the hospital and community

• Representing the organisation effectively and compellingly at all times.

• Support the programming and development of the MediCinema as a centre for entertainment, being pro-active in developing a creative programme of sustainable events at each site. This could include fundraising events, live performance and other relevant activities.

Administration and other duties 

• Deputise for the Cinema Manager as and when required.

• Provide holiday or emergency screening cover when required.

• Help manage the collection, loading and returning of films.

• Champion the work of MediCinema within the hospital and cinema environment, as well as confidently and positively representing MediCinema in all interactions and at any meetings and events.

• Contribute to the strategic development of the Chelsea&Westminster MediCinema, operations and MediCinema as a wider organisation

• Communicate effectively with all team members, ensuring an inclusive and whole organisation approach

• Undertake other tasks, projects and duties as reasonably required.

MediCinema is a small team and staff members are expected to support each other and share cross-organisational work in addition to fulfilling individual responsibilities.

About the role

We are seeking a Branch Development Manager to develop the support provided for Headway volunteer-led branches across the UK including with volunteering, policies and processes and best practice to ensure a high-quality service for acquired brain injury survivors.

You will drive innovation to deliver sustainable volunteering opportunities that contribute towards the ongoing success of the Headway network, ensuring acquired brain injury survivors can access the support they need within their own communities.

About you

We’re looking for someone with experience of volunteer engagement and development.

You will ideally have:

• A good understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing community-based voluntary organisations at a UK-wide level
• Outstanding organisational and project management skills, able to operate at a strategic level
• Experience of building relationships and partnership working within the third sector
• Knowledge of the legal, financial and governance framework within which third sector organisations operate
• A passion for supporting brain injury survivors, carers and families and the charities that support them

The Digital Optimisation Analyst is instrumental in advancing Christian Aid's digital strategy and supporting colleagues in achieving digital, fundraising and supporter engagement goals. Through utilising measurable data and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, the role provides in-depth campaign analyses, performance reports, and a deep dive into users' online activities and behaviours.  The deliverable insights and contributions empower teams to make data-driven, impactful decisions that generate positive change across the organisation.

Key skills include:

· Demonstrates significant working knowledge/experience specialising in digital analysis and Insight

· Significant experience in producing analysis/reports with strong narratives from a variety of digital sources (including Google Analytics 4, email marketing, social insight, META and other tracking/performance monitoring tools) to inform and optimise marketing, fundraising and conversion rate strategies.

Digital Projects Officer

Charity People are working with a social welfare charity to find them a new Digital Projects Officer, to help project manage a range of digital initiatives and support with implementation and effectiveness of the charity's operations. Working in a small team, you will assist the Digital Projects Manager to identify opportunities for digital improvements with existing processes, and to upskill staff to use new and existing digital tools. You will help lead on digital projects for the charity, to help scope requirements, understand regulatory needs, costs, and advise on process and implementation. You will source, manage, and assess suppliers and agencies for digital projects.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player who thrives working as part of a small collaborative team and has strong experience of working successfully in a similar digital project's role for a large charitable organisation with recent knowledge of digital and fundraising innovations, best practice, and compliance requirements.

You will require an understanding of implementing large and complex digital projects including project scoping, and experience of analysing and reporting on KPIs to monitor service performance. Therefore, the team require someone who has worked in a digital projects role in the sector, who has the confidence to come in and take ownership of projects.

The role is set to start early October with interviews being held at the end of September.

Please note, the hourly rate will be based on the working arrangements. If the successful postholder requires remote working then the hourly rate is based on a salary of £32,590 per annum, if the candidate works two days per week in the London office, then the hourly rate would be based on £36,502 per annum.

Brand communication

• We build communities between people with Prader-Willi syndrome, their families and the professionals who support them to share knowledge and expertise and improve outcomes for people with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families everywhere.
• We want everyone with Prader-Willi syndrome to get equal access to diagnosis and treatment no matter where in the world they live and to ensure better, more consistent outcomes for people with the syndrome and their families.

• Our membership comprises PWS associations in 47 countries and we support individual families and professionals in over 70 other countries.

Key Fundraising Responsibilities

• Develop communications content that will invigorate our existing donors and inspire new ones leading to increased giving by individuals to IPWSO.
• Focusing in particular on our website and social media channels, communicate our achievements, impacts and needs with a view to influencing IPWSO’s online supporters to make donations and engage in fundraising initiatives.

The Direct Marketing Manager, Retention, is a newly developed role at the DEC, responsible for shaping and delivering new and existing supporter journeys for DEC individual, community and legacy donors, and leading a programme of improvement across all major contact points between the DEC and the public.

The Direct Marketing Manager, Retention will:

• Contribute to and develop DEC direct marketing strategies, including the refreshing, implementation and analysis of the DEC’s segmentation, to maximise future income and continually improve the retention of individual supporters for future emergency appeals,
• Lead on the production of retention and reporting back materials for individual and community supporters,
• Manage the development and maintenance of specific supporter journeys,
• Develop and oversee the materials and supporter positioning for a light touch and mainly reactive legacy marketing programme for the DEC.

• Develop and implement the direct marketing retention strategy, ensuring that past learnings are built upon, and new ideas are tested.

- Foster and manage a key relationship with the data services team to oversee the production of relevant reports, responding to business requirements for data and insights against KPIs and annual targets

Your previous experience of managing member journeys within a membership organisation will be well utilised in this busy and rewarding position. You will have strong communication skills and a good knowledge of digital customer platforms. Managing a small team, you will also be a confident people manager.
