About the role

Shift patterns
Our Support Line is available 365 days a year, including bank holidays from 8am to 8pm and is key to our strategic objective of reaching everyone whilst focusing on those who need the most support.
To cover our service and opening hours you will be required to work a shift pattern on a 6 week rotation of:
Week 1 & 2 - Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00
Week 3 & 4 - Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00
Week 5 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday 12:15-20:15
Week 6 - Monday 10:15-20:15, Wednesday to Friday 10:45-20:15
*with a 30 minute earlier finish or later start one day of weeks 1-5

Job Summary
We are seeking an Event Assistant to support both the London Landmarks Half Marathon (LLHM) event side and Tommy’s side (affectionately nicknamed Team Tommy’s). This is an incredibly exciting time to join the team and gain fantastic experience in both the charity and events industry at one of the UK's leading mass participation events, which is owned and operated by Tommy's.
For the LLHM Team, the main purpose of this role is to provide first-class customer service and support to the 20,000+ runners taking part in the Half Marathon, as the event continues to grow in size year on year. This will involve managing the helpdesk email and phone line, ensuring runners are accurately registered and answering any queries they may have.
For Team Tommy’s, the main purpose of this role is to support the Tommy’s team of 3,000+ runners in the London Landmarks Half Marathon. The role is responsible for being the main point of contact for the runners and ensuring they have the best experience possible running the LLHM and fundraising for Tommy’s through our support inbox and phone line. The aim is to deliver the ambitious team fundraising target of over £1,800,000 for LLHM 2026 and more in the following years. This role will also support the development of the Team Tommy’s LLHM Corporate Challenge, a product that recruits a team of corporate runners to take part in the LLHM and fundraise for Tommy’s.
We are not necessarily looking for past experience in a similar role, but for transferable skills and personal attributes to deliver excellent customer service and be a good all-rounder with fantastic administration and communication skills. You will be a key member of the Data & Insights team, responsible for ensuring our data is accurate, complies with all relevant legislation and helps the wider team to make informed data driven decisions.

Through this you will support the fundraising team to extract value from our Data Sets by identifying correlations in customer behaviours and giving propensities, leveraging both internal and external data.

The role:
As an Anti Social Behaviour Officer at SNG you'll be responsible for the delivery of a responsive and proactive service to our residents to tackle all forms of hate crime, nuisance and anti-social behaviour. Working alongside housing management colleagues, you'll effectively manage your caseload and take forward the highest priority cases. You'll also make and maintain effective working relationships with external agencies, including the police and legal advisors.
In this role you will be working in the Dorset area with occasional case work across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Devon.

Battersea is undergoing a significant transformation programme (known as Launchpad) to deliver real change in the way we work with, utilise, and learn from data. We are looking for an experienced CRM Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will ensure the system is effective, easy to use and enables our teams to give a great experience to everyone of our supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a brand-new role where you will be responsible for leading the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the CRM's strategic direction, ensuring it meets business needs, and managing its development and implementation. Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to Define and drive the CRM roadmap in alignment with the MND Association strategy and objectives.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritising development needs.
- Acting as a key link between business teams, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring clear documentation, communication and understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Leading the delivery of new CRM functionalities, product enhancements, customisations and integrations.
- Work with Technology teams to support skills development in managing and maintaining CRM Platforms and Power Platforms.
- Making in-house configuration updates to improve usability and workflows.
- Developing reports and dashboards to provide insight into CRM performance.
- Gathering user feedback and making improvements based on data-driven decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and security standards.
- Managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
- Promoting continuous improvement in CRM-related processes.
- Communicating progress and system updates to stakeholders.
About You:
You will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience working with cross-functional teams to implement and optimise CRM systems using product-based methodologies. You should also have:
- Extensive experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- A proven track record of leading CRM development and integrations, including data migrations and APIs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence teams at all levels.
- A deep understanding of CRM best practices, user experience design, and data management.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to lead discussions, bring teams together, and drive progress.
- It would be advantageous to have knowledge of the charity sector and experience supporting donor engagement and service delivery.

Role Description

About This Role

The Client Services Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring our clients have the very best experience when accessing the services Smart Works have available. Working closely with our service delivery and outreach teams, you will be responsible for talking clients through the service; scheduling appointments; answering queries; and providing check-in calls.This person will attend events with an Outreach Lead to convert client referrals into appointments swiftly.
Along with the communication with clients, the Client Services Coordinator will also liaise with our volunteer team, providing them with the necessary information about each client to ensure that their appointment is tailored to their needs, and they feel comfortable at each stage of their journey with Smart Works.
