Location of Work: Flexible, this post holder can be based at home, our London office or a hybrid approach working from home with office visits as required, we continue to seek to enable flexible and remote working. The role may involve some irregular travel throughout England and Scotland.
Contract Type: Ideally full-time, 35 hours per week, although part time / flexible hours may be considered. The role may require occasional evening and weekend work.
Contract Length: Permanent

BACKGROUND
Magic Breakfast is a registered charity providing healthy breakfasts to children and young people in the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn, and expert support to their schools. Over 200,000 children and young people are on roll at Primary, Secondary, ASL / Special Educational Needs Schools and Pupil Referral Units that the charity works with, in disadvantaged areas of Scotland and England. Providing breakfast ensures that children start their school day with the energy and nutrition they need to be able to make the most of their morning lessons. Magic Breakfast also undertakes research, and campaigns for long-term solutions to end hunger as a barrier to learning.

JOB PURPOSE
Magic Breakfast’s mission is to end child morning hunger in the UK now and for good. The biggest team within the Fundraising and Development department, Corporate Partnerships are responsible for building and unlocking multi-layered and mutually beneficial relationships that go beyond, and include, critical financial support.
The Head of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for leading, empowering and enabling a dynamic, growing and ambitious team to maximise the potential of both cash and gift-in-kind income streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, mission-led focus and alignment across new partnership development and management whilst also playing a critical role as part of the wider Fundraising & Development leadership and Magic Breakfast core management group.
In recent years, our existing corporate fundraising programme has developed and grown and includes a volunteering programme that engages with over 200 volunteers a year. Our portfolio includes long-term strategic relationships with companies including Heinz, Amazon and New York Bakery Company as well as newer partnerships with companies such as Marriot Hotels. As the Head of the team, you will provide senior and strategic support to help deepen the impact of our many multi-faceted relationships whilst championing innovation and creativity throughout. You will also oversee the development of a targeted pipeline to ensure there are clear strategies for identification, cultivation, and stewardship and that partners are aligned with Magic Breakfast values and our Ethical Fundraising Policy.
To enable the success of the partnerships team, the successful candidate will work closely with other departments across the organisation to build effective relationships and identify and deliver opportunities for partners to deliver on and engage with our strategic objectives and campaigns.
As a member of the Senior Fundraising Leads and Core Management Group, the post holder will also show exceptional leadership, role model our core values, and support the development and delivery of the major giving and wider fundraising strategy, and the in-year management of our organisational objectives and KPIs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Leadership

Support the development and delivery of a new Fundraising & Development strategy, identifying and contributing specifically to sustainable and ambitious growth from corporate partners in line with the charity’s financial ambitions and strategic objectives

Lead in convening colleagues to ensure the organisation can make empowered decisions and continue to grow in an informed and sustainable manner.
Income Generation and Donor Stewardship

Manage a high-performing corporate fundraising team, providing leadership and support to set and implement an effective corporate fundraising strategy raising £3,400,000 in cash and £1,500,000 from GIK in 2024/25 with a focus on multi-year investment.

Increase cash and gift-in-kind income from corporate partners by:

Building the capacity of the new business function to grow a robust and diverse multi-year pipeline of prospects and support them in on-boarding new high value partnerships

Building the capacity of the account management function to effectively steward, uplift and retain our existing partners, maximising added value opportunities for mutual benefit.
Reporting, Budgets and Financial Management

Manage all aspects of the Corporate Partnerships team budget.

Lead on the data capture and reporting on all corporate management cash and gift income via our Salesforce data base, reporting as necessary on opportunities, risk and any changes to forecast or projected income received.

Conduct effective annual planning and budgeting in close collaboration with colleagues from across the organisation, setting, measuring, and reporting against agreed budget, KPIs and objectives
Core Management Group

Lead the Corporate Partnerships team in line with Magic Breakfast’s values, supporting and managing them in line with Magic Breakfast’s policies and procedures.

Develop the team’s collective capability through career development plans, which identify training opportunities (formal external training as well as via project allocation and involvement with external partners)

Role Purpose:
This is a new, diverse and dynamic role within ShelterBox’s high-performing Philanthropy & Partnerships Team, working closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager on a growing corporate partnerships portfolio. You will be integral to strengthening and growing relationships with corporate partners, driving the expansion of both the number of corporate partners, and the diversity of those partnerships beyond traditional models of financial support.
The successful candidate will support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to identify and build new corporate relationships, and steward existing partnerships, taking responsibility for a portfolio of your own mid-level partners and ensuring that all our partners are valued, engaged and inspired to continue supporting ShelterBox’s life-saving work.
This role will also be crucial in driving forward a diverse range of strategic corporate partnerships, looking at skill-sharing, resource-sharing, and strategic business advice at both a national and international scale.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a creative, collaborative and forward-thinking individual with strong writing, organisation, and partnership-building skills. Ideally you will have some experience in a corporate partnership role, although this is not an essential requirement. This position is for someone who can excel in a varied role, forming partnerships involving stakeholders across ShelterBox’s international staff and our partners in the private sector. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in third sector-private sector partnerships, solicitation and stewardship, whilst working at an ambitious disaster relief organisation.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring ShelterBox’s private sector supporters receive high-quality account management, managing a portfolio of your own small to mid-size organisations.
- Supporting with the unique engagement products ShelterBox has developed for corporate partners (such as our training offering, presentations, business strategy, supporting company events.). Within this, you may be expected to help deliver elements of our training, liaising with our experienced Learning & Development team to organise and ensure successful delivery of our varied offering.
- Work collaboratively to produce high-quality bespoke reporting to demonstrate the impact of support from corporate partners.
- Develop a strong understanding of ShelterBox’s corporate partners and their motivations in order to develop and deliver new and powerful ways to bring high-value supporters closer to ShelterBox’s work.
- Build strong internal networks, particularly with ShelterBox’s International Programmes Department and Brand & Content team, to develop a range of compelling assets and materials to showcase our work and engage and inspire our corporate partners.
- Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver a calendar of engaging and emotive communications for our corporate partners, connecting them with ShelterBox’s work.
- Support on the administrative tasks to keep track of our communications with corporate partners.
- Driving the progression of innovative partnerships that involve skill and/or resource-sharing by connecting the right teams within ShelterBox with the experts at our corporate partners, acting as the convener for strategic projects.
- Support with the delivery of Philanthropy & Partnerships stewardship and cultivation events.
- Support with preparations for and delivery of emergency fundraising activity in response to major disasters.
- Drive forward activities to deliver a thriving corporate partnership funding pipeline, including prospect research, prioritisation and network mapping.

DEBRA is seeking members for its Charitable Purposes Committee to inform to inform and develop the Charity’s evolving care and research strategy. Our Charitable Purposes Committee advises our Board of Trustees and is responsible for ensuring that the Charity’s resources are used effectively to support our provision of lifelong care and support for sufferers of the genetic skin disorder Epidermolysis Bullosa, and to support our investments in cutting edge research to find a cure for this debilitating condition.
Key responsibilities of the Charitable Purposes Committee are to:
- Review DEBRA UK’s Research & Care Strategy as it relates to research, health and community support and social policy on an ongoing basis.
- Receive and review reports from medical and scientific experts on current research activities.
- Determine, taking appropriate advice, the priorities for care and research expenditure each year.
- Oversee collaborative partnerships on care and research.
- Develop membership engagement, support and services.
- Review and develop healthcare initiatives to support member care.
- Receive reports on changes in national policy or practice within health and social care and agree appropriate responses from the Charity.
We provide any training necessary to allow you to fulfil your committee duties. This is an unpaid volunteer role, but any reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with the Charity’s expenses policy.
Meetings of the Charitable Purposes Committee currently take place four times a year, each lasting between 2.5-3 hours. The term of appointment is three years.

About the Service User Network (SUN)
The SUN is an open access model of community-based facilitated group peer support for people experiencing complex emotional needs associated with complex trauma and/or a diagnosis of ‘personality disorder’. The SUN aims to help people develop effective ways of coping, reduce emergencies and improve access to appropriate services.
Those accessing the SUN may or may not have a formal diagnosis of personality disorder. Group members will have experienced longstanding emotional difficulties, isolation and may demonstrate patterns of behaviour that may not be helpful in the longer term.
About the Role
Fundamental to creating empowerment and engagement in the SUN Project is the therapeutic community principle, that the effectiveness of the service depends upon engaging group members in the task of running, delivery, development and evaluation of the service. The utilisation of SUN members’ own resources and expertise is integral to the SUN model of peer support.
SUN Facilitators will have their own lived experience of complex emotional needs associated with a diagnosis of ‘personality disorder’ and will be able to demonstrate their recovery journey. They will work closely with mental health practitioners from ELFT (East London NHS Foundation Trust) to deliver regular Service User Network (SUN) groups in different community-based locations in Bedford, Central Bedfordshire or Luton. Full training in the SUN model, and weekly supervision by a Psychotherapist / Psychologist, will be provided for all team members.
Facilitators will work to develop and support the therapeutic community principle of the SUN model and the effectiveness of the service through engaging group members in the task of running, delivery, development, and evaluation of the service. The utilisation of SUN members’ own resources and expertise is integral to the model of peer support upon which the SUN groups are based.
SUN facilitators will have regular supervision and support in this role along with appropriate training.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking for maternity cover for our current Salesforce Adviser.
The role is responsible for the management and development of the Salesforce CRM, which is Bond’s primary source of data and is used for essential business including member administration and engagement, managing contacts, event bookings, feedback forms and lead management. This role is managed by the Membership and Marketing Manager and works across all Bond teams and CEO.
In this role, you will provide hands-on support and technical guidance to end users, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the system.
Working across the organisation, the postholder is responsible for maintaining and developing Bond’s CRM (Salesforce). This includes improving the overall structure of the system including creating new record types and fields, automations via workflows, taking responsibility for data cleansing processes, developing and adapting pipelines and updating reporting and dashboards to serve the organisation.
The role is pivotal in providing high quality data to support strategic decision-making across the organisation, with a primary focus on data to support member retention and acquisition and build stakeholder engagement. This involves supporting staff members to ensure that all activity with members and stakeholders is logged and held in Salesforce as a single source of truth.
The role works closely with colleagues to maintain the associated Salesforce Community Cloud platform – the place where members communicate with each other through the Bond working groups and customers connect to our events, corporate partners, Bond Supplier Directory and recruitment services.
The post-holder will work with other team members to ensure that Bond’s digital infrastructure is seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, including its finance systems, e-marketing, events and other systems.
KEY TASKS / OBJECTIVES WITHIN THE CONTRACTED PERIOD
- Manage and develop Salesforce over the course of the contract ensuring any changes made are documented in Bond’s Digital HQ
- Ensure Salesforce is enabled so that all Bond’s activities with members and key stakeholders can be accurately logged and reported on – to give us an accurate and true picture of the level of engagement of our members
- Build the data culture in the organisation and upskill staff to use Salesforce efficiently and effectively – including data collection, automated processes and reporting - to ensure cross-organisation use
- Continue the implementation of Bond’s Salesforce Data Cleaning project
- Continue supporting the Certinia Consultant and Finance team with the improvements to the Certinia Finance System.

About this role
Following the significant development of EduSpots’ income and activities in the last year, we are looking for an experienced finance and operations professional to provide exceptional support to the Chief Executive Officer, Head of Development, and Head of Operations (Ghana-based) to ensure the development of robust financial and operational systems, policies and processes.
The candidate can work from any location, but will have a strong knowledge of UK law and charity accounting in an international development charity context. Main duties and responsibilities

You’ll:
- Be formally welcomed and introduced to the Excellence Network and your role as a regional clinical lead.
- Be provided with an introduction pack, which outlines all the activities of the PEN at a national, regional and local level, so that you can gain an understanding of where your role fits in.
- Meet regularly with the Professional Engagement team to discuss and plan activity in your region, working to a co-developed engagement plan for your PEN region. We will be flexible, taking into account your individual needs.
- Meet with the Professional Engagement Lead or Associate Director of Policy & Health Strategy after 6 months in the role for a review meeting and then annually thereafter (or more frequently if required).

In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for developing and driving forward the corporate new business strategy for The Trust’s National Corporate fundraising approach to the Technology, Telecomms and Media sector alongside Pharmaceutical, Defence and related STEM sectors. Job Description: Rough Sleeper Co-ordinator
Responsible to: Senior Tenancy Sustainment Officer
Hours of work: 37.5 hours (Monday – Friday)
Salary : £26,000
On Call: As a requirement of your role, you will be part of and on-call rota.

The role:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to positively impact the lives of rough sleepers here in Woking, by assisting them in finding and maintaining stable housing. As the rough sleeper co-ordinator, you'll employ a strengths-based approach, working alongside various local agencies to provide holistic, trauma-informed support to those who are experiencing homelessness. Your dedication and compassion will empower individuals to overcome adversity, rebuild their lives, and thrive in their community.
We would be keen to employ someone who can speak Romanian and other Eastern European languages, this would enhance our team's communication capabilities to rough sleepers who don’t have English as a first language.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee rough sleeper drop in from 8am – 10am weekdays at our Day Centre. Ensuring the rough sleeper drop-in service provides a welcoming and safe space within the resource centre, offering essential amenities like showers, breakfast, and food parcels to address immediate needs.
• Collaborate proactively with the Senior Tenancy Sustainment Officer (STSO) to engage, verify, and offer support to rough sleepers.
• Lead the assessment process for all new clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and strengths, to tailor support effectively. Maintaining and updating the referrals list, regularly checking on the welfare of clients alongside the staff team at our direct access service.
• Attend Rough Sleeper meetings with the STSO, led by the Rough Sleeping team from Woking Borough Council.
• Attend Streetlink reports and conduct town walks, actively engaging with the community and staying informed about local dynamics to better support clients.
• Maintain comprehensive notes on our database, Salesforce, to provide clear and concise information of interactions and outcomes for clients.
• Guide clients towards relevant services through informed signposting, empowering them to access resources and support, conducive to their individual journeys.
• Actively participate in the varied services provided by YRP, contributing expertise and dedication to the holistic support of clients and the community.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Case Management: Tailoring individualised plans for rough sleepers covering housing, healthcare, substance abuse, mental health, and employment.
• Client Engagement: Building trust and rapport to facilitate access to services and resources.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Communication: Effective communication with internal teams, external agencies, and clients.
• Community Outreach: Conducting outreach activities and engaging with external agencies.
• Empathy and Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrating empathy and cultural awareness in client interactions.
• Problem-solving: Navigating challenges and adapting to dynamic environments effectively.
