Coeliac UK represents over 60,000 members providing information and support to those affected by coeliac disease or following a gluten free diet. We also campaign on behalf of all those living with coeliac disease and undertake research into the causes of the disease.
The Regular Giving Coordinator role:
The fundraising team at Coeliac UK plays a crucial role in raising funds to support the charity’s work. This is a new position within the team, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering an outstanding supporter experience, is organised, and enjoys working with data. The focus will be on managing and growing our regular giving programme, ensuring a positive experience for existing donors and attracting new supporters.
Working closely with the Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for increasing the number of regular donors, maintaining and upgrading relationships with existing supporters, and contributing to Coeliac UK’s overall fundraising goals.
Key responsibilities of the Regular Giving Coordinator:
- Coordinate the regular giving programme, ensuring smooth processes for donor sign-ups, payments, and communications.

- Collaborate with the Individual Giving Manager on producing supporter newsletters, ensuring regular givers are appropriately thanked.

- Ensure all regular giving income (including Direct Debits, Standing Orders, Recurring Credit Cards, and Payroll Giving) is processed correctly and promptly for accurate financial reporting and supporter stewardship.
- Assist the Fundraising team with supporter care tasks, including responding to telephone, post, and email inquiries, processing donations, handling merchandise, and supporting appeals.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Fundraising and Director of Fundraising on progress towards financial targets, marketing plans, and other KPIs.
- Work with other teams, including fundraising, membership, marketing, and finance, to support and enhance the regular giving programme.
- Occasionally attend events at evenings and weekends if required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the Regular Giving Coordinator:
- Passion for Coeliac UK’s mission to fight for everyone with coeliac disease.

Joining the Media Team at a key time as the organisation embarks on the first stage of its North Star vision which will see them working with partner organisations to close gaps in the current provision of care for young people and their families by 2035.

This is an important role where you will lead on communicating a portfolio of key areas of Young Lives vs Cancer's policy work, fundraising activities and services, to a wide range of audiences, identifying reactive opportunities and through targeted media campaigns.

- Work closely with the Brand and Marketing Communications team to understand local business priorities and effectively coordinate and plan activity.
The Media and PR Officer will have previous experience of working in a Media and PR role. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of media monitoring and evaluation; the ability to engage positively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders; excellent storytelling ability; and the ability to translate complex information in clear, understandable messages.

About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work for Mind BLMK as part of the Fundraising & Engagement Team.
Acting as the first point of contact for all Fundraising & Comms enquiries and in line with Mind BLMK’s Fundraising and Communications Strategy, this is a busy role and will require excellent stewardship and donor care skills as well as meticulous organisation and innovative thinking. About the Role
We are looking for a Membership Specialist who is passionate about mental health service provision in the UK, to join a vibrant and thriving team. You will provide a frontline service for customer enquiries and help us to maintain our registers in the public interest. You will be pivotal in capturing essential data and processing associated transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide general enquiry services to members, non-members, and members of the public, including being part of a pool of staff responsible for dealing with enquiries by telephone, emails, social media, and postal enquiries.
• Develop and maintain a broad understanding of the administration and regulatory procedures relevant to the updating of member records, admission to a category of membership, and processing of subscription details. Such day-to-day activities require the ability to follow defined operations to a consistently high standard.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications for our membership, following defined guidelines and processes. Produce reports from CRM systems as required.
• Be responsible for the administration of the renewal process for individual members, ensuring renewals, reminders, generating certificates, and lapsing are carried out accurately within specified timescales.
• Proactively identify and suggest feedback and ideas about new membership grades, member benefits, and new products and services to managers.
• Proactively market membership services, providing consultative advice on the range of services and benefits related to membership grades.
About You
This is a role for an individual who enjoys using technology and software applications, and has experience of working with databases, emails, documents and spreadsheets. You will have an opportunity to support an important cause where there is a growing demand in society for greater choices of high-quality mental health service provision. You will need to have the following skills and experience:
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar remote customer service role.
• Confident using technology and software applications, with experience of working with databases, emails, documents, spreadsheets, and videocalls.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in working with remote team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, share responsibilities, and support one another in achieving common goals.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed targets, in areas such as email and telephone quotas for example.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, making well-informed decisions, and taking ownership of tasks and projects.

Roll up your sleeves and deliver employability sessions directly to our incredible young people. You'll also help our Delivery Partners and volunteers do the same, both in person and virtually through our trusty MS Teams. When we're doing things face-to-face, you’ll need to hit the road and be there in person to help with programme delivery or programme visits to make sure all is running as smoothly as possible.
And if that’s not enough to keep you busy, you’ll also be keeping meticulous records of information and data on our young people, volunteers, and partners. It's all about making sure every step of their journey is accurately reflected in our systems so that it complies with our funding contracts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious fundraiser to make a significant impact on income generation for Wessex Cancer Support, in turn helping us to reach more people affected by cancer in the Wessex region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to help us to reach more people affected by cancer in the Wessex region. You will be responsible for identifying corporate, trust and major donor opportunities and working with colleagues to maximise their potential. This position requires excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of public relations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver fundraising activities, including events, campaigns and challenge events to maximise income for the charity
- Build an understanding of the local community and tailor strategy and activities accordingly
- Take a proactive approach to grow our supporter base, networking to build and develop relationships with key local supporters and those with influence in the community
- Approach companies for corporate partnerships in consultation with the Head of Major Partnerships
- Support, motivate and develop volunteers to undertake fundraising activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and potential donors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling materials that promote fundraising initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications
