About us
Who we are
Our peer support service will connect you with a network of Armed Forces families, who will offer you genuine support and understanding.
We also work collaboratively with many other organisations and charities, and have a range of trusted parties that we carefully signpost you to for specialist support service depending on your individual needs.
We are not part of the military Chain of Command, your Unit Welfare Service or the MoD.
We know how challenging it can be to support a loved one who is struggling, and we want to help.
By becoming a member of The Ripple Pond, you will be immersing yourself in a community of people who have felt exactly how you are feeling right now. No more having to explain yourself… we all just get it.
We are here to provide you with the support you deserve.

Our Values
The Ripple Pond is a non-judgemental, confidential, peer-support community. Across all the services we offer, we hold our Members, Volunteers, Staff and Trustees tightly to these core values:
We value welcoming, open, honest and inclusive interactions throughout our communities.
We seek to actively listen to and empower our Members, and to respond to each person’s individual needs; we place Members at the forefront of everything that we do.
