That those who have overcome it are empowered with the kowledge and skills to sustain their recovery forever because they have learned to love themselves and others around them again. The operational team is small but perfectly formed as they have all been carefully selected to work for SMART UK. It is led by a CEO who holds the team in high regard and who leads them with compassion together with a high level of expecations regarding performance. Diversity in the team is embraced and each individual contributes in their own way.
