We're seeking a talented and driven individual to lead our social media operation. You will:

The Head of Development and Impact will be our lead fundraiser, drawing in support and expertise from across the team. This is a new role giving you the opportunity and responsibility to build on our successful fundraising and extend our appeal to new donors as well as maintain our existing supporters. You will need demonstrable fundraising experience and the ability to work confidently as a strategic thinker and as a practical fundraiser. As head of fundraising you will work closely with the CEO to grow charitable income and philanthropic support from governments, individuals, trusts and foundations, corporate companies and other areas. The Gender and Development Network (GADN) is recruiting for a new Policy and Advocacy Officer.
GADN brings together expert NGOs, consultants, academics and individuals committed to working on gender equality, development and women’s rights issues.
The Policy and Advocacy Officer role is part of a small team at the GADN Secretariat, consisting of the Director, Head of Policy, and Network Coordinator. The post holder will work with the Head of Policy and Director to implement the Feminist Reframing of Macro-level Economics (REFRAME) programme and support with GADN’s core advocacy towards the UK government.
We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of, and commitment to, gender equality, women’s and girls’ rights, and international development issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for women’s economic justice and a willingness to actively work on these topics, alongside a clear commitment to anti-racism. The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Data Analyst to work on a full-time basis, 37 hours per week. Alternatively, we will consider part-time hours on a Job Share basis. The role is offered on a hybrid or remote basis depending on proximity to a NEA office.

About NUM:
National Ugly Mugs (NUM) is an award-winning charity with a mission to ‘end all forms of violence against sex workers.’ NUM provides a mechanism for sex industry workers to report crimes and harm they experience and share this information within their communities to warn others of potentially dangerous individuals and situations. We have a dedicated casework team of industry experts who support sex workers to further access criminal justice remedies and other services as determined by these victims/survivors to cope and recover from crimes they experience. We also host a range of other projects in racial justice, mental health, drop-in support (Scotland), and vocational exploration.
Role Summary:
National Ugly Mugs are looking to recruit a Victim Support Case Worker to provide greater access to justice and protections for sex workers based in or touring in London. The post holder will work across multiple agencies, from London victim support services, Citizens Advice, SARCS/Rape Crisis, specialist sex worker support organisations to those providing services to sex workers, and sex worker-led groups. They will work with police and Met officials via working groups or direct engagement with BCU SPOCs to support reporting to police.
The Victim Support Case Work plays a part in maintaining a wide network of practitioners and officials both local and national, to ensure that we are victim-centred and provide resources in ways that are individualised and safest for sex worker survivors as part of prevention, victim support and recovery. As such, the post holder will be supported by partners from sex worker-led groups and rights activists, and provided with relevant training and clinical supervision to support them in the role.
