Key Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:
- Recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong accounting experience, including charity statutory accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (ideally Xero), with strong Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrable experience in producing management accounts, interpreting financial data for both expert and non-expert audiences.
- Experience of managing external audits and collaborating with auditors.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a virtual team, with excellent self-direction and initiative.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of charity governance and compliance requirements.
- An interest in areas such as sustainability, social justice, or rural affairs.
- Experience managing external accountancy service providers.

ISEAL supports sustainability standards and similar market-based sustainability systems to improve their impacts on people and planet. Its membership team is the key point of contact for aspiring new Community Members, subscribers and existing member organisations. The coordinator will be in contact with a diverse range of organisations working in sustainability, assisting in pitching and providing specialist services, as well as helping prospective Community Members to navigate the member application process. Additionally, the role will coordinate activities relating to members fulfilling the requirements of membership and will ensure accurate record keeping for services and member related processes.
To be considered for this role, you will be highly organised with great attention to detail and a committed approach to serving customers or stakeholders. You will enjoy working on a varied and changing set of tasks related to different areas of membership provision. Having gained a good level of work experience, you are familiar with process administration, customer service, stakeholder engagement and communications. You have an interest in learning more about member compliance processes and service provision. This role reports to two associate managers in the team, covering the different aspect of the role.
Key Responsibilities we will entrust you with:
Services and member prospecting
- Act as the first point of contact and respond to enquiries about ISEAL, services and membership
- Schedule and co-lead prospect calls, pitching relevant services from our portfolio, taking notes and supporting follow up actions
- Help member prospects understand the value of ISEAL membership and our services, and coordinate outreach to prospective members ahead of Community Member application windows
- Use and continually improve record-keeping systems, tracking customer relationships on Salesforce and support member/customer prospecting processes
- Coordinate the ISEAL Insight subscription, including proactively recruiting new customers and supporting existing relationships, tracking payments, and coordinating the delivery of the Insight programme of content
- Support delivery of ISEAL’s training courses, including coordinating promotions, registrations and event logistics
- Deliver administrative tasks to support ISEAL’s tailored services processes, including preparing service agreements on contract management system and managing payments
Membership applications and compliance programme
- Coordinate application process for aspiring Community Members, providing guidance throughout their application journey, addressing questions, supporting submission of materials, and managing completeness checks and comment periods.
- Liaise between prospects and compliance team to respond to questions regarding application process and requirements and maintain application log in Salesforce.
- Create and coordinate member compliance activities, including piloting process and external independent evaluation schedules
- With supervisor support, develop and maintain effective relationships with members, prospect members and evaluators in relation to the compliance programme and application process.
- Deliver administrative tasks to support the compliance programme and application process, including but not limited to scheduling calls, sourcing and maintaining evaluator records of competence and conflict of interest
- Maintain and track data across various platforms, updating tracking logs, and update web content on the ISEAL website.
- Coordinate information and produce reports and minutes in support of programme management, Membership Committee and strategic development of the compliance programme
- Contribute to systematic measurement and improvement of the compliance programme

- Assist in promoting best practice in use of IT, communications and knowledge management systems within projects, and support efforts to help bring about improvements
- Provide ad hoc support to organisation-wide initiatives, if needs arise

Experience, Knowledge and Attribute
- Experience working or interning in a support/administrative role, ideally in an international NGO, professional or membership organisation
- Some experience in a role focused on customer service/communications or user experience and genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong organisational skills, with some experience with supporting administration, meeting coordination, logistics, contracts, proof-reading, communications, etc.

We are looking for someone with experience of conducting research who can work within our research team and alongside our modelling team. The candidate would be expected to conduct qualitative research, write briefings and reports, and present findings to stakeholders. The Pensions Policy Institute (PPI) is an educational research institute established to help improve later life outcomes. We are independent and an expert across all elements of the UK pension system. We contribute facts, analysis and commentary to help stakeholders, decision-makers and law-makers take informed policy positions and decisions on pensions and retirement income provision.
Ideally the appointment would run from December 2024 to November 2025.

Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the management and timely delivery of PPI research projects
- Manage multiple external and internal stakeholders including project sponsors
- Conduct literature reviews and desk-based research
- Analyse and interpret data from a policy perspective and develop conclusions from analysis
- Work closely with the PPI modelling team to determine methodology for the production of data and projections
- Draft PPI reports
- Present on a variety of retirement and pensions topics (internally and externally)
- Participate in discussion groups and seminars on pensions policy issues
- Generate ideas for new areas of research and get involved in developing and securing new PPI research projects if possible/appropriate

Essential skills:

Lambeth Palace Library is the historic library of the Archbishops of Canterbury and preserves the national archives of the Church of England. The vision of Lambeth Palace Library is to collect, preserve and make accessible the memory of the Church of England so that its cultural and religious history can be explored and enjoyed by all.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to support the vision and mission of the Library by delivering key aspects of the Library's imaging service as well as key aspects of the Library's outreach activities and to contribute to planning future developments in the Library's digital offering.
Core Responsibilities
- Engaging with our readers and researchers to promote the use of the collections, by providing high-quality copies of archival, manuscript and printed material in digital format, for members of the public as well as staff of the National Church Institutions.
- Creating digital images for online resources, exhibitions and other forms of outreach, and digital surrogates for preservation purposes
- Providing digital copies in accordance with the copyright law and advising customers on copyright issues; processing requests for permission to use Library images.
- Maintaining the digital image bank, systematically storing new images with standard metadata and uploading items and volumes to LUNA image software, according to agreed procedures.
Key Role Requirements
- This is an office-based role, with the expectation of working from the office a minimum of 4 days a week.

Tender works with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. We have identified core audiences we are seeking to engage more proactively and more consistently to both spread the message of our work and to influence public policy and statutory commissioning decisions. We are now looking for a Communications Manager to drive this work and establish our position as an influential, informed and powerful voice for change.
You will work closely with the Development Director to develop and implement a cross-organisational communications strategy to maximise our reach and brand awareness amongst core audiences, leading in turn to increased funding and an impact on statutory and policy approaches to preventing VAWG. You will line manage our Senior Communications Coordinator and collaborate closely with the senior leadership team (SLT), who lead on our policy and influencing work. You will also support the Development team to better engage current and potential supporters and funders.
Bridging the gap between senior leadership and delivery, you will be a confident and strategic thinker, but remain excited by the challenge of getting stuck in. You will be comfortable supporting colleagues to deliver activity as well as working independently on your own projects. You will have the knowledge and experience to ensure that the right policies, frameworks and plans are in place for our small team to achieve ambitious plans.
The main purposes of the Communications Manager role are:
- Developing, leading and implementing Tender’s communications strategy, focusing on supporting our fundraising and building engagement with key audiences

The new Children, Community & Youth Support Role provides operational support to the community and youth activities of St Peter de Beauvoir and areas of St Peter’s work amongst low income and estate communities, including our Community Organising, Crafty Church, Warm Welcome and Parish Nurse projects, and other community and children-focussed activities.

The Community, Children and Youth Operational Support role is an exciting opportunity that aims to support the projects in the life of St Peter’s which may particularly serve those from estate and low income communities in the parish of St Peter de Beauvoir Town. Main Duties
- to provide operational support to St Peter’s Community Organiser and other staff members
- to convene and provide support to volunteers to lead Crafty Church sessions each Sunday morning during school terms, and to lead Crafty Church sessions on a regular basis as necessary depending on the availability of volunteers
- to undertake report writing and provide financial administration as necessary for the Hackney and Islington Programme within St Peter de Beauvoir Town
- to provide operational support as appropriate to Warm Welcome, Parish Nursing, and other community and children-focussed activities
- to undergo community organising training (if not done so already) in order to be able to assist in the training of local leaders and congregation members in community organising
- to support convening small groups and local actions to discern and meet identified need to enable action to be taken together to deliver social and community change

We know how much difference a Health Play Specialist can make to children who are
seriously ill and for a lot of hospitals and community healthcare settings these roles can fall by
