Purpose of the role:
We are looking for 2 Mental Health Personal Independence Co-ordinator’s to join our team.
The Mental Health Personal Independence Co-ordinator (MHPIC) will work as part of the MHPIC team and will work alongside clinical and social care professionals in local multi-disciplinary teams assigned to specific GP surgeries. Each MHPIC will be assigned to a specific locality located within the Integrated Care Network Plus health and social care systems in either North, Central or South Croydon. The multi-disciplinary team learning and development during the initial two-year test period will inform the development and growth of the MHPIC team to ensure that it can support community-based mental health and wellbeing across the whole population and in all 6 Integrated Care Network Plus localities.
MHPICs will provide initial contact and assessment conversations with clients using Open Dialogue tools and techniques to enable people to develop their own Personal Recovery Plans and supporting them directly over a period of time to find and access the support and services available to them in their local community.
Each MHPIC will be the direct named key worker for a set number of people who are referred to the service by healthcare professionals, including GPs, Mental Health Practitioners & Health Care Assistants, Social Prescribers and other voluntary or community sector organisations. They will provide one-to-one support in the achievement of an individual’s recovery goals, ensuring that support is person- centred; that needs and wishes are identified by people themselves; that they have a stronger voice in relation to issues that affect their lives; and that they are supported and empowered to improve and/or maintain their mental health and wellbeing and to live their best independent lives.
Support in the community includes home visits. The aim of home visits is to assess clients' strengths and needs and link these to agency and community resources, and to ensure that individual clients’ needs can be met within a risk-assessed policy approach.

About the role:
The successful applicant will work alongside our Trustees, our CEO and our existing Head of Fundraising and Communications in a jobshare to meet challenging fundraising targets. You will be joining us at an exciting time of development, as we open at our third site in Islington, welcome new members of staff to our team and begin work on a new strategy for 2025-2028. We have a strong track record of grant fundraising and seek someone who can support us to diversify our income, develop a fundraising strategy with a variety of income streams and bring experience and ideas to raise our profile. The London Diocesan Fund (LDF) is seeking a PA to the Archdeacon of Northolt and Willesden Area Administrator to play a key role within the Willesden team, based from Causton Street.
Job Summary
The purpose of the PA role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Archdeacon of Northolt in the Willesden area, ensuring efficient handling of communications, management of her diary, and maintenance of records. This includes coordinating travel arrangements, organising meetings, compiling communications materials, and managing various financial tasks. Additionally, the PA plays a vital role in upholding confidentiality, being a source of support in the making of difficult decisions and assisting with safeguarding. The PA carries a vital role in linking Clergy, Church Wardens, and others to the support available to them in the Diocesan office and helping them feel supported and heard when they contact the Archdeacons office for help.
The Willesden Area Administrator is a member of the Area staff responsible for the efficient and effective running of the office. (s)he has strong links to the Bishops office, other members of the Archdeaconry Team, the Area Director of Ministry and his PA, other Area Staff, people in the parishes especially Church Wardens and church administrators, as well as key external stakeholders such as local authorities, businesses, architects and partner organisations.

The Sick Children’s Trust is the charity that provides a welcoming ‘Home from Home’

Also, you will work collaboratively with the fundraising department and the

participate in a range of third-party events and support the organisation.
You will lead on Supermarket charitable schemes, including research, support with copy

You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will equally be as
comfortable supporting families who stay with us who want to fundraise, as you are
presenting to a room full of students, or potential volunteers.
You have good organisational skills and are comfortable working to objectives and targets.
You are able to work with a level of autonomy and innovation to develop your fundraising
portfolio and to increase our profile particularly in the areas close to our houses.

The post holder will join the Fundraising and Communications team building on a period of exponential growth in foundations and major gifts of over five-fold in five years. The CHS LOCALED initiative is initially supported by USAID BHA with a three-year programme covering four countries. We champion access to justice through information and advice, legal practice and representation, policy and strategic litigation. Our Legal Practice Unit provides advice and representation under legal aid contract and through grant funding. Our Policy and Practice Change Team promotes the rights of children, young people and families through training and capacity building to professionals and systems change through research, policy and advocacy.
CCLC’s Finance and Billing Team is based in our London and Colchester office. It is anticipated this role would be based in our London office working alongside the Finance and Operations Manager.
About the role
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, multi-skilled Finance and Billing Assistant to support our busy practice.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide financial and administrative assistance to the Finance and Operations team, particularly focussed on increasing our Legal Aid billing capacity. This may involve assistance with broader financial and administrative tasks in order to release the overall capacity of the whole Finance Team to increase efficiency and maximise Legal Aid billing. From time to time, the role may also be required to provide general administrative and reception assistance, particularly for annual leave cover.
The role would suit an organised and efficient individual with strong IT skills who is looking to develop a career working within the charity finance or business support sector. This would be a particularly rewarding role for someone with an appreciation of the important role legal aid advice and representation plays in securing access to justice for the most vulnerable in society. Previous experience working in an administrative, operations or finance role would be desirable. However, full training will be provided and ongoing support and supervision will be available and therefore it is most important that the successful candidate can demonstrate the ability to work independently and show initiative and problem solving skills.
This is an office-based role and as such the successful candidate will benefit from being part of an experienced team. However, whilst this is a full-time position, we will consider requests for part-time working (28 hours per week minimum) and we will endeavour to offer some flexibility with days and hours to be agreed.
