Minds Up is a growing mental health and wellbeing training programme for young people, delivered in schools across five south east London boroughs by South East London (SEL) Mind. The programme aims to increase young people’s awareness of mental health, help them recognise the signs if they are experiencing poor mental health and help them take action to protect their own mental health and boost their wellbeing.
We are looking for an administrator to help support the effective operation of the Minds Up Service. The role holder will need first rate communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting young people’s mental health. Applicants will be able to demonstrate skills in efficiently managing a central inbox and calendar, as well as experience as the first point of contact for public enquiries.
The administrator will require knowledge and experience of maintaining up-to-date, accurate records across multiple platforms, and supporting data and report compilation. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.
This role is 15 hours per week, which will be worked over at least 3 days. The hybrid working arrangement would involve at least one day working in the office. The working pattern will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.

We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. Our BACP accredited Talking Therapies department has been running for over 40 years and we are historically known for providing long term psychodynamic therapy. We have developed new and more accessible services which now include emotional support groups, psycho-education workshops and short-term counselling.
The purpose of the job is to provide a professional reception service to all clients at our talking therapies services reception, and to carry out general administrative functions that support the Talking Therapies Office Manager and contribute to the smooth running of the charity. The receptionist/administrator is the first point of contact at the Counselling Services reception for many people and therefore needs to be warm and welcoming, a good communicator and able to respond professionally to a very varied range of callers, including people with communication difficulties or those in distress.

About the role.
Working within a small friendly finance team, you will be providing administrative support to process our client’s timesheets though PAYE systems.
·You will be recording PAYE information and be responsible for helping keep processing schedules up to date and support our Holding Account service to submit payments onto our banking systems.
·You will support the team with maintaining a high level of record keeping, ensuring client’s notes are recorded onto our database systems.

Job Summary
The purpose of the PA role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Archdeacon of Northolt in the Willesden area, ensuring efficient handling of communications, management of her diary, and maintenance of records. Near Neighbours is a subsidiary of the Church Urban Fund (CUF), a multi-faceted organisation which works to catalyse social action and bring about positive change in lives and communities, that includes subsidiary charities the Just Finance Foundation, dedicated to improving financial education so that every child and family has equal opportunity to thrive, and Near Neighbours.
Whilst these are 3 separate charities, we share an office, senior team and back-office functions. This role will work on our grant programmes for Near Neighbours. CUF as the parent charity will be the legal employer.
What we are looking for
We seek a candidate with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in grants, administration, or project support, coupled with experience in using databases and content management systems such as Salesforce. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a systematic and process-oriented approach, as well as a capacity for acquiring new skills.

The National Benevolent Charity has been supporting people and families on low incomes throughout the UK for over 200 years through the provision of grants and is part of a national network of benevolence charities which operate throughout the UK. Last year we awarded 729 grants individuals in the UK and 42 new grants to organisations in Swindon & Wiltshire, Bristol, and Gloucestershire.
We are looking for someone friendly, professional, and experienced to help our small dynamic team with administration and communications, to increase the number of grants we can make.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable in managing contact with the public by telephone and email. You will also need experience in office 365 and using a database. You will also need to be happy working from home, within a small team and have an open, pleasant flexible manner, compassion, and a desire to improve lives

About the Role
As the HR Administrator you will build good relationships with the wider staff team and be a friendly and knowledgeable source of advice for all queries relating to employment, leave recording, recruitment and leaving processes. You will support the HR Manager with day to day tasks, such as collation of payroll materials, recruitment tracking and maintenance of staff files and records. As a key member of the team, you will be the primary user of many existing processes, and will be able to identify when and how systems need developing or updating to be more efficient.

You are passionate about people's wellbeing and understand that people work best when they are given the opportunity to do what they love and can be successful in. You appreciate order and logical systems and processes and are skilled at both using those systems and explaining them to others.
