The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Data Analyst to work on a full-time basis, 37 hours per week. Alternatively, we will consider part-time hours on a Job Share basis. The role is offered on a hybrid or remote basis depending on proximity to a NEA office.
As part of NEA’s Policy and Advocacy Directorate, you will work within our highly effective Insights and Impact team, as we focus on a decade of delivery that guarantees a fair energy future for all, and ensures those on the lowest incomes and living in the least efficient homes receive the support needed to protect health and wellbeing.
The post holder will support National Energy Action in harnessing the power of data analysis and visualisation in the delivery of our charitable aims. They will form part of a process to embed a ‘data driven culture’ within the charity, enhancing our capability and capacity to:

Understand and evidence the needs of fuel poor households.

Develop and apply data insights to directly inform the management, development, and delivery of NEA services.

Effectively communicate our data insights to diverse audiences and through different mediums

What you will need to succeed
You will have demonstrable and applied experience in a data analyst role and hold an appropriate qualification in a relevant subject. You will be familiar and confident in using data visualization tools and programming languages to manipulate, analyse and present data.
A compelling communicator you will have the ability to translate complex data into easily digestible, accessible and actionable insights that can be easily understood by diverse stakeholders. The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Finally, we are passionate about what we do, and we would like you to be too; you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of NEA’s mission to eradicate fuel poverty.

About the Role
We are now recruiting for an experienced Policy and Public Affairs Specialist to lead on planning and delivering Hibiscus’ work on racial and intersectional inequalities in the Criminal Justice and Immigration systems.
Development, research and report writing will be a key aspect of this role; the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting policy recommendations, reports, and consultation responses on issues related to Black and minoritised migrant women in contact with the Criminal Justice and Immigration systems. Supporting the Head of Policy and Public Affairs, they will engage and develop relationships with key political and parliamentary stakeholders, developing and delivering a variety of public affairs initiatives to inform decision-makers and influence policy in Criminal Justice, Immigration and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sectors. The post holder will prepare press releases and statements to address prison and immigration reforms, identifying the gaps of adequate support for women, and will analyse external and internal quantitative and qualitative data relevant to our work.
As part of the role, the Policy and Public Affairs Specialist will be responsible for raising awareness and creating content on the treatment of Black and minoritised migrant women within the Criminal Justice System. The post holder will identify opportunities for influence, monitor trends and developments, and prepare communications, reports and policy briefings to help ensure our work has an impact.
The post holder will also be responsible for leading Hibiscus’ partnership work on the Women’s Justice Reimagined project, advocating for the reimagination of the Criminal Justic System. They will build on Hibiscus’ policy work to raise our profile within advisory and working groups, creating alliances with other organisations in the sector and collaborating with other specialist and third-sector organisations to campaign for policy change and increase policy and decision-makers awareness of the issues Hibiscus works on.

About You
The successful candidate will have experience working in the UK political context to influence change, with demonstrable experience in developing and implementing public affairs strategies and building relationships with policy makers to inform decision making in government and across the Criminal Justice and Immigration sectors.
The candidate will have knowledge and experience in collecting quantitative and qualitative research methods to produce evidence-based reports, press statements, and legislative policy briefings. They will have in-depth knowledge of UK legislation and government institutions related to Criminal Justice, VAWG and Immigration sectors and an ability to analyse government and public policy reports to provide accurate and accessible briefings.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong self-awareness and ability to prioritise workloads whilst working collaboratively with colleagues.

What you'll do:

Job purpose:
The Website Content Manager will lead on the content strategy for our new and improved website - delivering engaging content which inspires our audiences to take action from praying to donating in order for Muslim Hands to continue it’s lifesaving work. Citizens Advice Tandridge District have an exciting opportunity to join our small friendly advice team as an Advice Service Manager, working in our Caterham and Oxted offices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and have:
· Great interpersonal skills and an advice background to manage our advice services.
· They will be responsible for the day to day delivery of our advertised advice services, including supporting training, overseeing and supervising the quality of advice given and managing performance of staff and volunteers.
· The ability to bring out the best in the team, as well as to ensure the highest quality of advice across our core service and varied projects.
· Be a trained Advice Session Supervisor/ or knowledgeable generalist adviser/caseworker and/or willing to complete the appropriate training.
· You will be part of the senior management team, inputting into the running of the office, developing relationships with relevant stakeholders and funders where appropriate and promoting our service.
· You will ensure new initiatives are implemented smoothly and that volunteers, staff and supervisors are appropriately supported and developed.
· The role includes providing cover for Advice Session Supervisors and filling short-term gaps in staffing as necessary.
· We will consider applicants who have experience of working in the advice sector and of managing volunteers

The Role
As an Estates Manager, you will deliver an effective estate management function across the expansive and diverse Royal Parks Estate.
Your responsibilities will span the management of property-related matters, including non-residential assets and the negotiation of property contracts, ensuring that we maximise value from our property portfolio.
A central part of your role will be the negotiation and management of leases, occupation licences, rent and licence fee reviews, as well as ensuring compliance and monitoring of existing agreements.
You will also manage utility access across the estate, ensuring that we receive the best value while co-ordinating with Park Managers to minimise disruption during major events or ceremonies.
Additionally, you will:
- Oversee the property management database together with other Estate Managers
- Lead on commercial property matters within the parks with the assistance of the wider team
- Provide financial support through budgeting and forecasting
- Contribute to the Estates business plan, licensing policies and risk management
- Oversee the regularisation of Longford River freebord usage
- Assist with projects
About You
To be considered as an Estates Manager, you will need:
- General practice asset and/or estate management experience
- Experience working for an estate of similar size and complexity to the Royal Parks
- Experience using property management databases
- The ability to read drawings/maps (notably plans, sections and elevations)
- Excellent report writing, mathematical and analytical skills
- A degree level education or equivalent through relevant training or experience

At Cosmic the Service Delivery Manager role will be pivotal in enhancing collaboration between Cosmic and NHS units across two hospital sites. This newly created role focuses on managing critical service delivery projects and campaigns.
Key responsibilities include building relationships within the PICU (Paediatric Intensive Care Unit) and NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), promoting Cosmic’s mission, and managing health campaigns and projects. The postholder will also implement data metrics to assess service impact and report findings to stakeholders.
