Core Responsibilities:
1. Supervising CareTrade Café throughout the school year (including half terms)
2. To work with the Café and Kitchen Manager to write and prepare training materials for the Trainee Café Assistants
3. Oversee the training of the Trainee Café Assistants (young people with autism) during work placement
4. Monitor the progress of Trainees and write end of placement reports
5. Line Manage the Café Assistant and the Trainee Café Assistants and report to Café and Kitchen Manager
6. To work closely with the Southwark Resource Manager and CareTrade to develop marketing materials and promotions for the Café and Community involvement
7. Responsible for opening and locking up the café and cashing up
8. Prepare coffee and food including: baking cakes, making sandwiches, salads, cooking hot meals.

10. Check stock in fridge for out of date products and dispose of as necessary.
11. Customer service including taking orders, serving customers and cash handling.
12. Maintain coffee machine including set up, cleaning and refilling with beans.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our Fundraising Team as the Community and Events Fundraiser. You will lead, plan, cost and deliver an exciting and varied community fundraising programme to grow income and a strong return on investment. You will need to work closely with the Director of Fundraising to shape the plans and resources required for the future.
The post holder will require a good knowledge of fundraising and considerable energy and enthusiasm that will inspire patients, visitors, hospital staff and the local community to choose Southampton Hospitals Charity as their preferred charity.
Main Responsibilities
Hospital engagement and Community Relationships
- To create and increase awareness of fundraising for Southampton Hospitals Charity across all University Hospital Southampton sites working closely with the Marketing and Communications team

Job Purpose
The Hartlepool Programme Coordinator post is an exciting role with Tutor Trust.
You will assist the Partnership Operations team by liaising with local schools and organising tuition within the Hartlepool area. This will include attending meetings both face to face and online, coordinating tuition sessions and arranging tutor cover etc. You will also support the tutor recruitment and training process in Hartlepool and help to ensure that it runs smoothly. The Baobab Centre is a non-residential therapeutic community that supports young asylum seekers and refugees who have experienced human rights abuses and have sought asylum in the UK as unaccompanied minors. Our two focus areas are rehabilitation and justice.
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and experienced fundraiser to progress further in their career, with the freedom to creatively enhance and develop the fundraising strategy of an impactful community-based charity.
As Senior Fundraising Lead you will be Baobab’s key fundraiser and a self-starter with experience of working in a small or medium sized charity.
