Urban Saints Westbrook is a residential centre suitable for church, youth and school groups, set in 18-acres of mixed parkland near Ryde, on the Isle of Wight. Westbrook provides a safe and fun environment, founded on Christian beliefs, for a variety of guests.
We are looking for two full-time Guest Service Coordinators to work at Westbrook. As a Guest Service Coordinator, you will be the main liaison for visiting groups during their stay, whilst also getting involved in different aspects of the working life of Westbrook. A successful Guest Service Coordinator will have excellent people skills, be organised, and be able to work their time flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
About You
We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, have strong interpersonal skills, are excellent communicators and are eager to learn. We are also looking for candidates who have previous experience of running activities with young people or adults, and who have worked as part of a team before. Successful candidates will be proactive and personable.

We are looking for a candidate who can work independently, with good time management, attention to detail and organisational skills. A successful candidate will be friendly and approachable, with proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, including knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.

About the role

At our North West London Home, we are recruiting an interim Head of Cattery who will share our compassion and commitment for animal welfare to provide front line leadership to our team of Cattery and Animal Care staff and volunteers. We care for up to eight cats and kittens on site, in addition to cats placed into foster homes. Our Head of Cattery is responsible for managing the day-to-day smooth running of our cattery and maintaining the wellbeing of all cats in our care, so that their individual physical and psychological needs are catered for adequately, and in line with our standards and ethics.
This is a high profile and hugely important role for Mayhew as our Head of Cattery oversees each cat’s journey through Mayhew from in-take to assessment and then to rehoming. Working with staff and volunteers across the Home, foster carers, adopters, other charities and rescues and members of the public, our Head of Cattery is instrumental in ensuring that our cats have all they need – from feeding, cleaning, enrichment and socialising to finding their perfect forever home. This role can be physically and emotionally demanding but is also hugely rewarding; you can view some of our amazing rescue stories here.
Leading a small team, our Head of Cattery is responsible for managing all aspects of our cat in-takes, adoptions and fostering, managing our capacity to ensure we help as many cats as we can and ensuring our cats are rehomed to a home suited to their individual needs as soon as possible.

Are you passionate about nature’s recovery in our cities and towns? Do you want to deliver conservation management that sees wildlife and habitats restored and created across our landscape?
We are currently seeking 2 x Conservation Officers to deliver vital work protecting and restoring nature in our region.
Birmingham and Black Country Wildlife Trust is one of 46 local, independent Wildlife Trusts and is the charity that works to make the environment of Birmingham and the Black Country (Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton) a better place for wildlife and people. We do this through conservation management, environmental education, advocacy, and community involvement. We work with a wide range of partners, including local authorities, community groups, and corporate partners to deliver this work. The Trust has, for example, recently secured funds to deliver a major new nature recovery project entitled Wild Walsall.
We are recruiting two roles: one to develop and deliver management of land at our engagement sites and work with volunteers from corporate partners, and the second to deliver project-funded conservation works. These posts offer an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the conservation team and make a real difference to nature’s protection and recovery in Birmingham and the Black Country. The post holders will undertake varied habitat and species work to protect and restore local wildlife.
The successful applicants will be passionate about conservation practice, very well-organised, and used to prioritising a varied workload. They will have excellent practical conservation skills, along with the confidence and ability to support and guide partners – such as community members, corporate volunteers, and contractors – to deliver positive outcomes for nature. Above all they will be driven by a commitment to see nature’s recovery across Birmingham and the Black Country’s urban landscape.
These are flexible roles, based in our offices within Birmingham, with frequent travel regionally but with the option of working from home, where appropriate. Occasional travel nationally may be required.

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated individual to join us as a Specialist Multiple Disadvantage Worker (SMDW). As a key member of the team, you’ll collaborate with a wide network of professionals, from substance misuse workers to occupational therapists, nurses, and GPs. Jigsaw4u is a charity with a proud 27 year history in supporting mental health and wellbeing in South West London. We are seeking a support worker who is passionate about assisting carers, and who shares our values and person-centred approach.
Role in Context
Jigsaw4u’s Carers Peer Support Service supports carers in the London Borough of Merton through emotional support and access to information, opportunities and practical advice.
Working alongside other VCSE peer support providers in the Borough, other carer organisations or providers of statutory carers work, the post holder will work on improving pathways and coordinating services for carers experiencing mental health issues, often as a direct result of caring. The post holder should have lived experience of caring for someone with mental health challenges, or direct experience of mental health challenges as a result of their caring responsibilities.

- Delivery of one-to-one and group peer support sessions designed for and by carers

The Role
As an Event Manager, you will oversee a range of small to medium events, while supporting on large-scale, high-profile commercial events across The Royal Parks.
Managing all aspects of event planning for your designated events, you will review safety and contingency plans, co-ordinate with the Licensing and Safety Advisory Group (LSAG), and liaise with statutory authorities to ensure successful delivery.
You’ll also be the operational lead on event ticketing, manage stakeholder engagement through annual events, and provide support during live operations, including working in control room environments and responding to real-time issues.

Horatio’s Garden is a nationwide charity creating and nurturing beautifully designed gardens in NHS spinal injury centres. We are seeking a friendly, organised and energetic person with a warm and welcoming manner for the new role of Garden Coordinator.
The Garden Coordinator will join a team of several other dedicated staff across the charity’s existing projects. You will work closely with the Head Gardener, Arts Programme Manager and a team of volunteers to nurture the beautiful garden for people with spinal injuries and their visitors.
You will be responsible for the administration of the garden and coordination of the large group of volunteers. With the Head Gardener you will also arrange seasonal events for patients, their friends and family throughout the year.
Supported by the central Arts Programme Manager you will also be responsible for organising and running a range of social and creative activities for people with spinal injuries and their families and friends to enjoy creating an uplifting, friendly atmosphere in Horatio’s Garden and garden room. These sessions will need to be held on a weekend afternoon which is a critical time in the garden when most patients are available and often have friends and family to visit.

About the role
In 2023, Sightsavers partnered with the Federation of Organisations of Disabled People in Zimbabwe (FODPZ), the National Association of Societies for the Care of the Handicapped (NASCOH), Deaf Women Included (DWI) and the Ministry of Public Service, Labour, and Social Welfare, to launch an Economic Empowerment Project for Persons with Disabilities. This is a three-year project implemented in Harare and Bulawayo provinces, with a project end date of December 2025.
The purpose of this consultancy position is to support and coordinate Economic Empowerment (EE) project activities from 01 June up to 30 September 2025. The consultant will support the Economic Empowerment project to manage activities and relationships with key stakeholders. As the post holder you will ensure that the project is planned, implemented, coordinated, monitored, evaluated, and adapted to the highest possible quality standards.
Further duties and responsibilities include:
Project Delivery

Work with the country project management team and other funding / resources partner to coordinate implementation of activities and sharing of lessons learned.
