We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering high-quality IT support service through effective contract management of the recently appointed outsourcing company, including the resolution of any remaining on-boarding issues. You will bring a strong understanding of IT security practices, regulatory compliance, and cyber security protocols. You will also be a trusted advisor for senior colleagues, providing expertise, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions for modernisation, automation, and cost optimisation across the organisation. You will provide advice and technical guidance to teams who manage their own applications and systems (Finance, Fundraising, People and Culture, Helpline) and manage the procurement of new IT software solutions with key investments in case management, housing management and finance systems in the early planning stages. And you will take management responsibility for Refuge’s well-established and respected Data and Performance team, ensuring we continue to report to funders on standards of performance across our services.

Since 2018, Connect: North Korea (CNK) has grown from a small community start-up into an effective and impactful organisation with an annual income of approaching £500,000, mainly through grants from Trusts and Foundations. We now want to develop our individual giving programme to build our unrestricted income and secure our long term growth.
As our new Head of Individual Giving, you will be responsible for growing our income from our individual and corporate base to help us reach more vulnerable members of our community. You will lead on individual fundraising relationships and initiatives, including appeals, fundraising campaigns, and all direct marketing activities and communications. You will position us in our supporters’ minds and encourage them to actively support CNK in 2025 and beyond.

About the Role:
In this role, you will drive the production and analysis of the quarterly restricted funding KPI reports, use your analytical expertise to ensure data quality and accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve our restricted funding management information tools. You will also contribute to the socialisation of our underlying restricted funding business process, in collaboration with the wider team and the WaterAid Programme System team.
You'll also:
- Lead on the bi-annual development, production and detailed analysis of restricted funding Key Performance Indicator reports (KPIs) for restricted income generation and management with support from the Power Bi team and liaising with key stakeholders.
- Support the Head of PFP in funding data analysis for board reports and adhoc reporting requests.
- Lead on the production of restricted funding reports to support the organisational performance framework and/or as required to improve visibility and accountability of restricted funding performance
- Lead on identifying restricted funding data quality checks and controls to ensure WAPS restricted funding data is as clean as possible and liaise with the relevant WAPS team lead to support on regular data audits.

To support the new 10 year strategy, they now seek a Proposition Development Manager – Curation & Experiences and Prospectus is leading the search.
The Proposition Development Manager – Curation & Experiences, will bring subject matter expertise in Curation & Experiences and will use donor insight at every stage of the process, to unlock the fundraising potential of high-value donors. Crucially, the role will work with the audience insight team to analyse audiences and identify learnings from previous propositions, to understand opportunities for future compelling propositions and inform Curation & Experiences proposition development.
The selected candidate will have experience of building relationships across organisational boundaries and will be a sector-leading creative writer and storyteller. You will have successful experience working in the UK charity sector with an in-depth knowledge and experience of fundraising, particularly within the Curation & Experiences space, with an understanding of high-value donor motivations. Reporting to the newly appointed Head of Proposition Development and joining a new team, this role is offered on an initial 24 month contract.

The Hardman Trust is at an exciting point in its development as it celebrates the arrival of its new team, the realisation of its first ever strategy and looks forward to the next phase of its journey.
Our recently successful applications to both the Lottery (Reaching Communities) and the City Bridge Trust means we will continue to be part-funded by them until 2027. Deeply rooted in the criminal justice sector, we plan to develop further our programme of support for those on long sentences both within and, we hope, beyond prison too; we aim to extend the reach and deepen the impact of our support and grants; and attract new partnerships with funders and like-minded third sector organisations. We have recently completed a merger with another charity and are open to further such mergers in the future.

Position: Community Fundraiser – East Anglia
Location: Home based, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk
Salary: Circa £28,500 pa
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

About the Role

As Community Fundraiser for East Anglia, you will help deliver our strategic plans and objectives, by generating and growing income through community fundraising activities. Our community fundraisers also help raise awareness by engaging people with our work, and recruiting and supporting the fundraising of individuals, challenge event participants, our Fundraising Groups and Charity of the Year partnerships.
About You
