This is an innovative service working in partnership with the NHS in Bristol where you can make a real difference to the lives of people affected by Dementia.
The Bristol Dementia Wellbeing Service provides responsive and individualised support to people with dementia and their carers within their community. Our dedicated team provide information, advice and signposting; face-to-face, telephone and online to support people to live well with dementia and prepare for the future.
You will be part of a highly motivated and supportive team, sharing responsibility of some admin tasks, including office based access point telephone cover as part of a rota. You will be able to build relationships with a range of local contacts, networking with health and care professionals and organisations who work in the field of Dementia so that you can advise and support people affected by dementia to access services, and gain information that will help them to live as well as possible within their community.
About you
- You will have an understanding of the needs of people with dementia and those who care for them and be able to demonstrate a person-centred approach.
- You will need a broad understanding of statutory and voluntary services, and how they can support people affected by Dementia, be comfortable connecting with others and talking to a wide range of other health care professionals and related statutory and voluntary organisations.
- You will have good communication and organisational skills, along with a sound knowledge of IT systems to record data, write support plans and communicate by email.
- You will need the ability to travel independently around Bristol, be a team player, supporting colleagues across Bristol, and be able to ask for help yourself when needed.

The Miscarriage Association (MA) is a national charity dedicated to providing support and information to anyone affected by the loss of a baby in pregnancy. We are looking for a senior campaigns, media and PR specialist to lead our recently expanded communications team to deliver a compelling and influential comms and campaigns strategy.
You will be responsible for the strategic development and operational delivery of all our campaigns and external communications, finding creative ways to build our brand, increase understanding of pregnancy loss and grow our income. You will manage relationships with the media and lead on securing coverage across online and offline channels, through, for example, press releases, human interest stories, case studies and position statements.

The Role:
As the Database & Impact Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing, customising, and optimising their case management software, Microsoft Dynamics. Key Responsibilities:
* Database Development & Management: Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics for women's centres. Lead on requirements gathering and improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.

We have an exciting opportunity here at Barnardo's for experienced, enthusiastic and assertive Family Support Workers to join a brand-new team who will deliver the In Reach Hospital Emergency Department Family Support Programme.
The role is full time , 37 hours per week, permanent fixed term funded until March 2025 and will be based at the North Middlesex University Hospital, The entrance to the A&E department is in Bridport Road, Edmonton, London, N18 1QX.
Starting Salary Range - £28,565 - £30,607
Successful candidates will work in partnership with the clinical team to facilitate discharge of children aged 0-12 years from the Emergency Department where the clinical presentation is not acute and can be managed at home by local services.

Including assessment, support, signposting and making referrals to appropriate services where needed. More about the Programme
The In Reach Hospital Emergency Department Family Support Programme model offers a robust way of supporting often vulnerable families to uncover and address unmet need. Through identifying the underlying factors causing the clinical presentation and attendance, and addressing holistic needs of the family unit, we hope activity to unscheduled, primary and emergency care is dramatically and sustainably reduced.
The model is based on Family Support Workers based within Children's Emergency Departments, offering holistic, family-oriented support in a flexible manner either in-person, telephone- based and home visits to be able to address the underlying causes of repeated / avoidable ED attendances.
*Although this contract has a permanent status, please be aware that this post is subject to funding currently to March 2025 and therefore should this funding not be extended further, you may be subject to a redundancy consultation or a TUPE arrangement.
** Please note the hours for this role will be required over a 5-day week and may be done in longer day shifts or with set times i.e. 8am to 4pm (to suit Emergency Department and community/family needs). About the post
This exciting role would mean joining Refugee Action at a crucial point in the charity’s 40-year history, full of opportunity and potential. Our General Advice Team covers a range of different projects, giving advice over the phone, virtually, face-to-face or in outreach locations. The post holder will need to be self-motivated, organised and flexible, delivering generalist level advice and information.
The role involves advising on all areas of general advice, assisting with the completion of paper and digital forms and making referrals to internal or external services. The post holder will need to be digitally aware and be able to record all client contact and outcomes as well as make referrals electronically.

The Role
The Membership Administrator plays a central role, working closely with the Member Events and Partnerships Manager, membership team and members. This role will be vital to our commitment to provide first class customer service to our members, as well as building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and partners by:
- Managing member information and enquiries
- Supporting the delivery of member meetings and events
