As Talitha Arts’ Therapeutic Arts Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing Talitha Arts’ programmes, partnerships and practitioners, working with a wide range of stakeholders. You will come from an arts, management or therapeutic arts background (in any field) and have experience developing programming, managing people/volunteers, and growing partnerships.You will be committed to growth and development and passionate about the power of the creative arts to bring healing, restoration and transformation. You will have experience and a heart for working with vulnerable people, devising and developing creative arts workshops and training sessions, and will be willing to work flexibly with therapeutic intent but outside a clinical framework.
This position is home-based with regular travel within London for workshop, training and meetings (travel costs will be reimbursed). Working hours are flexible throughout the week and can be either part time or full time depending on the candidate (maximum of 30hrs per week).Talitha Arts also provides learning and development opportunities, travel for work within London and 3 extra days at Christmas.
Who are We?
Talitha Arts is creative arts charity that delivers creative arts workshops that benefit the mental health and wellbeing of those who have experienced trauma (through trafficking, living with dementia, domestic and sexual abuse, homelessness) and/or are living with mental health problems, addiction or disability. We are a small team comprising our Artistic Director (Executive), Fundraiser and Therapeutic Consultant. You will be managing 15 self-employed practitioners who work on a freelance basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Managing and developing all aspect of Talitha Art’s therapeutic arts workshop programming

Role description
We are looking for two self-motivated individuals to lead our programme delivery. One Programme Manager will be based in London with potential travel required across different locations in England, most likely Reading and the South East of England. The other Programme Manager will be based in Birmingham with potential travel required across different locations in England, most likely Coventry, and the across the West Midlands.
At the forefront of the organisation, you will be responsible for delivering all programmes allocated to you. Working alongside the Programmes Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading conversations related to retention and expansion of partnerships to drive our mission.
Our programme delivery involves maintaining partnerships with schools and universities, supporting our volunteers to become highly effective coaches, and managing programmes end-to-end from initial planning through to impact evaluation.
As well as delivering programmes in schools, once qualified as a coach, you will have the opportunity to be a professional coach to young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds currently at university or in the early stages of their career.
You will also be responsible for the retention and renewal of partnerships within the region. You won’t have responsibility for generating new partnerships, but will be expected to support the CEO and Director of Programmes with identifying new opportunities and partners where you can.

Wandsworth WellFamily and Foodbank Service is an adult mental health service, offering practical and emotional support in foodbanks and Primary Care settings.
We’re delighted to be recruiting a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator to support the manager in their role of leading and directing the WellFamily Service, whilst supervising staff, holding a small case load and deputising for the manager. We have a small, supportive and successful team and take a personalised, holistic and collaborative approach to assessing and supporting individuals referred by GPs, Foodbanks and other partnership agencies. The WellFamily Service is commissioned by the South West London Integrated Care Board and delivers much needed support for between 2-6 sessions, in a community setting, GP surgery or by phone.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the Service Manager and other Senior Wellbeing Coordinator and take a lead on the quality assurance of work completed by the WellFamily team. This includes maintaining a high standard of overall governance including report writing, case management records and developing and maintaining compliance with the organisation’s safeguarding standards. You will work to implement audit processes and line manage at least one member of the team. In addition, you will carry a small caseload alongside your management responsibilities.
- Collaborating with partnership agencies and promoting co-production with guests and service users, you will provide 1:1 personalised support to individuals and identify wider issues that impact health and wellbeing.
