About this role
Working in ODI’s Public Affairs and Communications (PAC) department, the Digital Communications Intern will support the digital team with producing and marketing content for ODI’s core digital channels – spanning the website, social media and newsletters.
The internship presents a fantastic opportunity to get experience of working on different aspects of digital communications, with a particular focus on writing and dissemination.
Tasks will include drafting social media posts, helping to produce digital assets, compiling newsletter content, proofreading, and identifying opportunities for content development and promotion. Providing day-to-day support for the digital team, you will also gain hands-on experience of the ODI website’s Content Management System, among other products.
You will have a demonstrable interest in both digital communications, particularly content creation, and global affairs, and use your skills to help deepen the online engagement and reach of ODI’s work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Helping to compile content and draft copy for ODI’s weekly newsletter.
- Supporting with the production and digital marketing of ODI’s fortnightly Think Change podcast – including by proofing transcripts, identifying teaser clips and drafting social media promotion toolkits.
- Drafting social media posts, both for ODI and staff channels (as required).
- Sourcing photos and coordinating the production of digital assets.
- Horizon scanning of external events and news stories, and helping to populate a social media promotion calendar.
- Helping to manage and grow the LinkedIn page for Tandem, ODI’s Global Executive Leadership Programme, including by community management, sourcing content to promote and drafting posts.
- Proofreading and uploading content to the ODI and Tandem websites.
- Supporting with compiling data for analytics reports (as required), which assess the performance of ODI and Tandem’s digital content and channels.
- Supporting with internal communications – including updating the PAC/Digital team’s Sharepoint page, and sending team updates for internal newsletters.
- Supporting the Digital and wider PAC team with other tasks, as needed.
About you
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills – you’ll have a knack for distilling complex information and ideas into clear and engaging copy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrable interest in digital communications and content creation – including for websites, social media or newsletters.
- Experience in creating content for social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and X.
- Experience in using Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design tools would be a bonus.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- A motivated and creative self-starter, who shows initiative in supporting on tasks and sharing ideas.
- Demonstrable interest in global affairs.
- Ability to work collegially with members of the wider PAC team, Tandem team and researchers.

About the Role

Outward Housing Department provides housing management aimed at sustaining vulnerable people in their tenancies and assisting people to move on from short term services. We work with a number of registered housing providers and in conjunction with our Group partner Newlon Housing Trust to provide housing management to their supported housing homes.
As a Tenancy Management Officer you will be expected to ensure that a comprehensive, sensitive and efficient housing management service is delivered to our tenants. You will have the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external partners, experience of providing a supported housing service to vulnerable tenants and a commitment to sustaining tenancies wherever possible.
You will also be able to effectively manage tenancy breaches including Anti-Social Behaviour, assess the suitability of new referrals, carry out property inspections and manage the voids process, monitor rent accounts and work with Income Management Team to ensure that rent arrears are kept to a minimum. The successful candidates will also have excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
This role is available as a full time post of 38 hours per week.

We are looking for an Airdesk Operations Coordinator as we expand our Airdesk Team at The Children’s Air Ambulance (TCAA). This exciting role is essential to TCAA, being the first point of contact when our specialist NHS teams task our helicopters!
Reporting to the Airdesk Team Leader, you will primarily be based at Coventry Airport, with occasional travel to other operational sites. This is a full time role (average of 40 hours per week) with the service operating 7 days a week, 365 days per year, working on a rota covering up until 2am. The Airdesk Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the effective tasking and dispatching of our aircraft when a request for service is received. The Airdesk Operations Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our NHS Clinical Partner Teams and responsible for managing all aspects of a mission from initial request through to mission completion, making the abilities of being able to work under pressure and multitasking essential requirements of the role. You must possess a high attention to detail and level of accuracy along with having a positive and motivational outlook.
Alongside providing outstanding service to our patients, NHS Clinical Partner Teams (CPT) and flight crews you will be required to provide other administrative support to the Airdesk Team Leader and Head of Operations.
This position would be ideal for those who have previously or currently working in an Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) or a Control Room (ie Ambulance, Police, Fire, etc) .

As Complex Needs Community Keyworker you will provide one-to-one support to women on Probation living in the community, and women being released from Prison as part of their Post Sentence Supervision. You’ll provide focused support in identifying their needs and empowering them to access appropriate services in the community. You will also provide some in-reach and ‘Through the Gate’ support prior to women being released from prison.
You will manage a caseload of women with complex needs who are facing housing issues and provide them with advice, guidance and support that helps them connect with other support services in the community that can assist them to overcome barriers when securing safe and appropriate housing.
The role involves a significant amount of data recording and updating case management systems so you need to be prepared to spend a minimum of 35% of your working hours on this aspect and will need to manage your time effectively to meet the data management requirements. You will also have experience assisting with the delivery of events and be available to work at Library events as needed.
You will have strong writing skills with attention to detail and an ability to identify and produce engaging stories. CARAS offers holistic early-action support to refugees and people seeking asylum, ensuring individuals have the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to thrive in the UK. About the role
This role focuses on scaling CARAS’s unrestricted income portfolio, building CARAS’s support base to sustainably increase our income. Working closely with the Head of Development and Impact, this will include:

The Impact Coordinator will support the Centre’s impact management and research strategy through a robust analysis of our clients current and future programmes of work, to ensure they achieve their aim of enabling their community to thrive and can communicate the difference their work is making, clearly and with confidence.
This role builds on their significant investment in the development of their evaluation principles, the development of the Outcomes Framework, the CRM development, community research and in team ability and capacity to engage with data and impact.
The role will promote a positive culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusivity across the organisation and with external stakeholders. It will also support the development of innovative, inspiring and viable service propositions.
Key responsibilities
The role includes the following duties however these may change as the post evolves:
• Work with the delivery teams to ensure they collect the right data, qualitative and quantitative, to demonstrate their impact.
• Support the delivery of a common evaluation approach across the organisation, building on commitments to current and future funders
• Regularly check data quality (both qualitative as quantitative) and raise gaps / issues / concerns to the attention of the Impact Manager and Joint Heads of Delivery and Impact
• Support the further development and implementation of the CRM (shared database) across all areas of delivery.
• Support effective data collection through various methods e.g. supporting reflective sessions, running interviews and focus groups, support at events, facilitating project reviews etc.

Working with children and young people, the team will focus on delivering timely and high quality, trauma informed support to children who have been the victims of domestic abuse.
This is a fixed term position to November 2025.
This exciting post will be working with children who have experienced or been affected by domestic abuse. Focusing on standard and medium risk cases, this role will provide practical and emotional support to children and young people, with an emphasis on early intervention and awareness raising.
In addition, there will be the opportunity to work with the team and manager to develop and deliver new group work provision for young people.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge (MindTHNR) has a strong reputation for delivering good quality counselling services for over 20 years, achieving positive recovery outcomes.
This is a BACP accredited service and operates using a volunteer counselling placement model alongside paid clinical counselling staff, delivering bereavement counselling to adults living in Newham.
The Counselling Coordinator will be required to complete, oversee and screen clinical counselling assessments and referrals, provide administrative and data support for the smooth running of the counselling services including managing administrative assistants, and provide duty management to therapists in accordance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Management Structure:
All Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge staff are accountable to the CEO. The Counselling Coordinator will be supervised by the Counselling Service Manager who reports to the Operations Director.
Overall Purpose of the Post:
The Counselling Coordinator will be required to effectively support the coordination and supervise the activities of Newham Bereavement Service and Tower Hamlets Bereavement Service at an operational and clinical level to ensure that it meets its contractual obligations and KPI’s. Currently this service consists of bereavement counselling, brief counselling, and early bereavement support.

1. Management
1.1. Ensure the delivery of the service is in accordance to the contractual agreement

The Young Women’s Keyworker will work with young women aged 15-24 to provide specialist 1:1 support to those referred into the service. We have a suite of safeguarding policies, procedures and practice guidance, accessible to all staff, which promotes safeguarding and safer working practices across all our services and activities. When we recruit staff, we follow rigorous safer recruitment practices, this involves carrying out pre-employment checks including references, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, and identity checks. We ensure all staff undertake mandatory safeguarding training relevant to their role and responsibilities, to empower them to be competent and feel confident in recognising and responding appropriately to safeguarding issues and promote wellbeing.
