Our Helpline and expert advisers offer free, practical support to older people without enough money to live on. Through our grants programme, we support hundreds of local organisations working with older people across the UK.

Responsibilities and Person Specification:
The Team Administrator supports our in-house Studio team with the administration and delivery of our content through the design, print and digital processes.
You will have excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills. You will have the ability to work under pressure to prioritise, deliver, manage, and coordinate several projects and activities simultaneously to tight timescales. You should also understand design and production best practice, processes and techniques across both online and offline formats.

UK-Med has an ambitious five-year strategy (you can view it here) with a goal to generate £1 million per year from voluntary sources by 2026 to fund emergency responses and training for health staff. Our charity’s income is currently primarily statutory, and while we are relatively new to fundraising, our voluntary income has quadrupled year on year for the last three years. We have a job vacancy for a Dementia Specialist to join Shine as the Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) / Dementia Coordinator.
Shine has a membership of over 14,000 members living with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus and associated conditions and over 6,500 associated members.
In the last year we have seen a 25% increase in members who are living with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. There are currently just over 600 members with NPH, plus their carers registered, but we are expecting this to continue to rise as awareness and diagnosis of the condition grows.

BACKGROUND
Magic Breakfast is a registered charity providing healthy breakfasts to children and young people in the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn, and expert support to their schools. Over 200,000 children and young people are on roll at Primary, Secondary, ASL / Special Educational Needs Schools and Pupil Referral Units that the charity works with, in disadvantaged areas of Scotland and England. JOB PURPOSE
Magic Breakfast’s mission is to end child morning hunger in the UK now and for good. The Service Delivery team is responsible for ensuring the delivery of our breakfast provision. As Engagement Partner, you will work with relevant partners (schools, local authorities, parents, parent councils) to ensure that breakfast provision is optimized, encouraging reach and providing education on relevant topics.

We combine our broad and international appeal with a strong local presence in Hammersmith based on the contribution of Morris to the arts & crafts movement and grassroots politics during his time living at Kelmscott House – the Coach House of which is today run by the Society as a museum. We work with organisations across the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, including the Council from whom we receive an annual grant.
A wide-ranging and rewarding role, the Director of The William Morris Society and Museum is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational management, and financial sustainability of the charity. This involves overseeing museum operations, exhibitions, public programmes, membership services, and commercial activities, managing a small team of staff and volunteers. The postholder will be required to secure renewal of Museum Accreditation and, in consultation with the board, to develop and implement a new Strategic Plan.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Community Education Officer plays an important role in both collaborating with communities to take part in shared learning and disseminating findings to wider audiences throughout the project, informing how it develops and boosting its impact. You will work in partnership with individuals and their communities, under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager as part of the education and advocacy programme. This will include cooperative identification of changes to the food system in Knowsley in the last century, engaging project participants in discussing those changes and raising awareness to wider audiences, supporting the project to achieve its aim of creating a shared understanding and celebrating Knowsley’s heritage and influencing strategies to shape the future of the borough, through sustained, quality engagement. You will support the Community Research Coordinator to capture qualitative and quantitative data that will inform reporting and contribute project monitoring and evaluation, participant outcomes and signposting groups & individuals to project activities with the aim of improving community participation & influence in our work.
The post holder will need to be proactive, working both independently and as part of a team, whilst managing and prioritising a busy workload.

Key Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for leading the collaborative learning process with community stakeholders in Knowsley (e.g., community groups, local schools).
- Work with individuals, groups and communities to explore the food and farming heritage of Knowsley, creating a shared understanding of what came before Knowsley’s establishment as a Metropolitan Borough.
- Contribution towards the planning and execution of events and workshops in Knowsley in collaboration with the team at Feedback and key community stakeholders.

The Role
We are currently looking to recruit an exceptional, professional and highly motivated Deputy Chief Finance Officer to provide leadership and support to the Chief Finance Officer and wider Finance team. Each year we are entrusted with over £850 million of public money and you will play a crucial role in ensuring we achieve the maximum possible value for our patients.
In conjunction with the Chief Finance Officer, the Deputy Chief Finance Officer is responsible for providing a fully comprehensive financial management service to the organisation to develop and implement the Trust's overall financial and commercial strategies.
You will support the CFO to develop and deliver the finance strategy, which supports delivery of the overall Trust strategy. This includes ensuring that resources are effectively deployed to provide the best possible care and value for money for our patients.
The role will provide leadership to the finance function including a focus on leadership and culture, talent and skills development, and recruitment and retention.
You will also have responsibility for reporting the financial position to Committees of the Trust Board, including being a standing member of the Finance and Performance Committee deputise for the CFO at Trust Board, Council of Governor and other meetings as necessary.
About You
To succeed in this role you will:
* Be a qualified accountant with significant experience working in a large, complex organisation and ideally experience of providing expert advice on both strategic and operational matters relating to all aspects of the finance and commercial portfolio.
