The Adult Carers Team Leader reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for leading and managing the Adult Carers team.
You will provide leadership and stability to the Adult Carers staff team, by line managing, coaching and supporting employees to create a happy, productive work environment. You will work within the Adult Carers team to deliver an engaging, accessible range of peer support groups, social activities and one to one support, working to targets and budget, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to funders.
This role requires you to work collaboratively with carers and professionals to meet carers’ needs and shape the service, building and maintaining strong partnerships to do so. You will support our wider organisational objectives and help out with events, communications and other ad hoc work.

As the Global Impact Associate, you play a crucial role in contributing to the organization's overall effectiveness. This is a new role in our Participation Team to help us deliver work that amplifies the voices of people with lived experience to find solutions to homelessness and health inequalities. The post holder will lead a few projects and partnerships, with responsibility for planning and delivering activities and monitoring their progress.

Coordinating and supporting a group of six people with lived experience to co-design an immersive audio story and campaign to improve the health of people living in temporary accommodation in London.

This group of residents is often unaware of what services are out there to help them, where they are located, and how they access them.
This new role has been created to outreach and engage with private renters in the 2 wards specified and it will also include information production, dissemination and project management work. The worker will set up the project and is the key person in ensuring the smooth delivery of it in line with its stated aims and objectives.

We are looking for an experienced senior fundraiser who has demonstrable success in generating income through a range of income streams and prides themselves on compelling, engaging written communications for a range of audiences. Recently kicking off our new ‘Creating Positive Change Together’ strategy, coproduced by over 130 staff, volunteers, clients and partner, Groundswell has ambitious plans and a compelling model which in its simplest form promotes healthier lives and a better future for anyone who has experienced homelessness.
The post-holder will have the opportunity to develop Groundswell’s next fundraising strategy, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and particularly Finance & Fundraising Director who can bring a wealth of knowledge and insight from recent external and internal reviews of Groundswell’s fundraising portfolio. You will be a champion for the joined up working of fundraising and communications, with the ability to line manage a team and lead strategic plans to engage a range of current and potential donors (individuals, trusts, corporates) to diversify Groundswell’s income and ultimately help Groundswell continue to create positive change in the lives of people, services and systems on their mission to tackle homeless health inequalities.

Overall Purpose
To work and lead on setting clear standards for high quality gathering, recording, monitoring and use of data collected via our grant’s programmes and initiative, accessing this data to inform donor grant reports, infographic data sharing, donor reports and network reporting in an accurate and transparent way. Role Responsibilities:
Individual Giving
- Support the Individual Giving Manager with day-to-day communications with our donor base, including timely database administration to capture communication preferences and personal details.
- Support the Database Manager with data and financial processes, including recording and batching donations, generating reports, contributing to supporter journeys and reconciling income.
- Undertake research into new projects and areas of fundraising and highlight areas of potential opportunities to raise income and ensure continuous supporter engagement.
- Liaise with design and print suppliers to deliver appeals and other campaigns.
- Support the Individual Giving team in-person in the office, with the processing of direct marketing appeal responses, including banking of donations and sending thank you letters.
- Work with the Individual Giving Managers to implement supporter journeys to encourage further support to the organisation.
Events and Community
- Use a CRM database to effectively administer and manage event and community activities.
- To be an ambassador at all events, supporting the delivery of our vision and ensuring that the charity’s profile and reputation are enhanced.
- Work with the Events and Community team to send out literature and parcels to community groups and event participants in an efficient and timely manner.

Wider fundraising
- Answering inbound calls as part of the head office call team, at least two days per week, and responding to or triaging enquiries to be resolved in a timely manner.
- Working with suppliers to help design, proof and order new and replacement fundraising materials (fundraising packs, t-shirts, collecting boxes etc) as necessary.
- Act as the first point of contact for external enquiries and manage internal post, including sorting incoming post and organising outgoing fundraising post from head office.
- Work with the Communications team to ensure social media posts and other promotion opportunities are carefully planned and well executed.
- Work alongside the high value team Partnerships Assistant on key events and appeal tasks when required.
- Provide general administration support across the fundraising team as required.

Role Overview:
The Talent Set is thrilled to be working with a leading UK healthcare charity who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Fundraiser to join their Public Fundraising and Engagement team on a temporary basis.
This short-term position is ideal for a high-performing individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for community engagement and income generation. This role is critical in maintaining and growing community income streams, managing key supporter relationships, and contributing to the charity’s ambitious fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and line manage a team of fundraising professionals, including performance reviews, one-to-ones, and personal development planning.
- Drive community fundraising activity by identifying, developing, and supporting new initiatives and opportunities.
- Represent the charity at local and networking events, giving presentations and talks to raise awareness and build relationships.
- Deliver high-quality stewardship to build long-term supporter engagement and maximise income potential.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new audiences and community prospects.
- Contribute to budgeting, monthly income reporting, and forecasting with the senior fundraising leadership.
- Monitor performance against agreed objectives and KPIs.

Person Specification:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a fundraising or income-generating role.
