Who we are

Camden Federation of Private Tenants (CFPT) has been in existence since 1980, and is an independent local organisation run by and for private renters.

We work for a better and fairer relationship between renters, landlords and agents, stronger legal rights/protection and accessible local advice and enforcement services.

We also work with the borough's housing association residents through our Camden Housing Association Residents Group (CHARG) and Origin Tenants' Voices (OTV) project.
