Who we are

Kensington and Chelsea Citizens Advice provides free, confidential and impartial advice and campaigns on big issues affecting people’s lives.

Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face. We offer advice and information on a wide range of subjects including Welfare Benefits, Employment, Housing, Consumer, Legal, Tax, Family law, Energy suppliers and Immigration & Nationality.

We’re an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.
