Grove Court is a 24-hour, 12-bed registered Residential Care Home supporting male and female residents with severe mental illness.
How you will make a difference as a Registered Manager:
- Personalised Service Delivery: Ensure safe, personalised services through assessment, person-centred planning, and regular outcome-focused reviews.
- Support Planning: Develop aspirational support plans for residents.
- Safety Systems: Implement safe systems of work, including personal safety and lone working, complying with Rethink Mental Illness’ safety policies.

Essential Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualifications: Achieved or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

- Knowledge: Understanding of legal responsibilities and standards for CQC registered services, including person-centred service delivery.
- Supervision and Leadership: Experience in providing effective supervision, leadership, and management of staff.
- Direct Experience: Experience working directly with people with severe mental illness.
- Agency Work: Experience working within statutory agencies.

Role description:
We are seeking a highly motivated self-driven, and energetic individual to join our Fundraising Team as the Corporate Fundraising Officer. You will lead on fostering excellent working relationships with potential and existing corporate partners. You will need to work closely with the Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to shape the plans required for the future.
The post holder will require a good knowledge of fundraising and considerable energy and enthusiasm that will inspire excellent relationships by increasing charity of the year partnerships and employee fundraising/giving. You will be target driven, proactive, a determined self-starter and thrive on working with a range of partners, encouraging them to choose Southampton Hospitals Charity as their preferred charity.
Main Responsibilities:

Proactively source, research and approach new corporates in order to achieve annual income targets with a focus on charity of the year partnerships, payroll giving, employee fundraising/giving, peer to peer initiatives and marketing opportunities.

Develop, implement, and sustain a dynamic corporate fundraising portfolio, maintaining a well-organised pipeline of funding opportunities.

Person Specification:
Knowledge and experience -

As the Trusts and Foundations Manager, you will support in the development and delivery of a seven-figure income target from new and existing trusts, foundations and statutory founders. Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have a successful track record of meeting income targets. You will have good knowledge of budgeting and financial control and an interest in researching and preparing imaginative funding packages. You will have previous experience in researching potential Trust and Foundations to approach as well directly applying for funds and writing proposals. Experience of planning, analysis and understanding monitoring and evaluation is also essential for this role. You will be well organised, self-motivated and comfortable using Microsoft packages and be familiar with the use of databases and spreadsheets. Experience with databases such as Donorfy would be a bonus however it is not essential for the role. Your approach to work will be collegiate and you will work well within a team environment as well as taking your own initiative. Our Values
Migrant Democracy Project (MDP) envisions a society where all migrants at home in the UK hold collective, political power to shape a society rooted in justice, freedom, and solidarity.
We are looking for a full-time Community Organiser to organise first-generation migrants in the UK towards migrant justice by supporting community members to organise events and participate in campaign activities. The work will connect across 3 streams: voter registration; advocacy & campaigns; and political empowerment.
Whether it’s engaging migrants at a voter registration stall, supporting migrant leaders to develop activities in their own communities, or sharing stories for the campaign for votes for all - the lived experience of first generation migrants is at the heart of all our activities.
We are looking for a proactive Community Organiser who is passionate about migrants’ rights and democracy to start working as soon as possible.
Who funds the role?
The role is funded by a grant from the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation.
Contract
This is a fixed term contract, 2 years (with the possibility of extension depending on future grants). Benefits include:

Location
Migrant Democracy Project does not have a physical office, although the team does meet in person on regular co-working days. The Community Organiser will work flexibly from home on administrative tasks and be expected to work in-person when necessary to deliver voter registration, training, informative, advocacy and campaign activities, as well as representing MDP at relevant community events.
This role will suit someone based in Greater London.

Plan and deliver outreach events with first-generation migrant communities where there is scope for building power in their local areas.

Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and confident Community Organiser with the following essential skills:

About this key role

We will count on you to develop and maintain relationships with referral agencies, including police, treatment provider and Liaison and Diversion, and to deliver a holistic support service working, providing a practical service that will include social and housing support, education, training and employment options, benefits work, and debt advice.
Closing cases efficiently and positively, identifying a success plan for the client that will identify agencies that can be used for on-going support and agencies that can be used if serious problems develop in the future is also a key aspect of the role.
What we are looking for
- If still serving a sentence: to be currently eligible for Release on Temporary License (ROTL); on release, likely to be living within commuting distance of Wakefield; to be willing to provide a DBS check and other disclosure as required, including references from the Prison Service
- Experience of providing support, advice and advocacy and the ability to assess client’s needs
- Experience in negotiation with partner agencies to establish links to further aims of the project
- Proven record of engaging successfully with challenging people
- Knowledge of services for offenders and patterns of offending in Wakefield
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written

East Hampshire Supported Housing provides 12-hour professional support throughout the night for people with mental health issues. We provide a person-centred holistic approach to promote the recovery of the people who live there and help them regain their independence. About the role
This challenging front-line role comes with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, contracts, staff and building maintenance. As well as ensuring the very best delivery and offering direct employment support to Service Users, you’ll be responsible for promoting the service and managing all referrals. About you

Birmingham Young People’s Service provides holistic support services for young people 10 to 25 with needs related to alcohol and substance misuse, including those that are affected by a family members alcohol and substance misuse.
All Complex Needs Practitioners are expected to work days, evenings, and weekends across the community and within our multi-agency partnership settings, when required, which will need a flexible working pattern from the successful candidate.
