The successful candidate will be required to oversee the management of a Benefits Support Volunteer team and work closely with our partners at Bridge Support and Oxleas NHS across the local mental health service.
You should have experience of providing detailed/complex benefits advice, supporting individuals, and of working with people with mental health problems.
You will be a key person in maintaining quality within service delivery and maintaining clear communication and representation with clinical teams and team leaders.
Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Chester and Wirral pathway is a community based project that will assist people in hospital ready for discharge home from mental health inpatient settings .
Your role will be in supporting patients in various hospital settings to overcome the barriers to them leaving hospital . This will include being part of MDT meetings , housing and benefits support ,utility reconnection, identifying housing and a package of 12 week support upon discharge from hospital . Ideally candidates will have good housing experience . This is an agile role that will require travel between hospitals and the community .
Your challenge will be to support individuals with complex mental health needs to feel in control of their care, access mental health support and other local opportunities and build their emotional resilience. You’ll manage a caseload of individuals with mental health concerns, formulating support plans and establishing positive relationships with a range of multidisciplinary organisations.
You’ll need a significant understanding of mental health issues and substantial experience of working within a mental health setting where you dealt with ‘high risk’ clients and managing resources effectively. A good understanding of recovery and coproduction is important too, as is a proven ability to lead, supervise and motivate staff and delegate work appropriately. We are seeking a Sex Worker Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (SWISVA) to provide appropriate emotional and practical 1-to-1 support to people involved in sex work, who often experience stigma and face barriers to accessing services. Working within a specialist sexual violence approach, you will be enabling people to access support and navigate services, including those directly related to sexual violence. You will support them to navigate criminal justice processes if they wish to do so. You will be working in partnership with other agencies and making appropriate referrals for people to access other services to support their wider needs. You will play a key role in advocating for improved responses to sexual violence, including pathways through the criminal justice processes.
The post is part of a unique partnership between National Ugly Mugs, Basis Yorkshire and POW (Nottingham) to ensure more specialist support for sex workers who have experienced sexual violence, to develop good practice guidelines, develop and share learning, and to influence change in provisions for sex workers. Each organisation will be employing a SWISVA; the program will be led by a Program Coordinator who will be based with Basis Yorkshire, and who will lead on influencing of policy and sharing of learning to improve outcomes for sex workers who have experienced sexual violence
The main role responsibilities (further outlined in the job description) are:

One25 services have been developed to meet women at their point of need, with love and practical support. We do this through our night outreach service which is a lifeline for nearly 135 women on Bristol’s streets. Our specialist caseworkers offer intensive one-to-one care in any area of need: from support in court to finding somewhere safe to live. Our new Health Hub provides vital access for women to health services, supported by healthcare professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a people person to join our team. The Health Hub Support Worker is a new role and will to support the delivery of our Health Hub at One25. You will support women to access the service, assessing their need and connecting them with support they need with compassion and care. You will work with a range of professionals to increase women’s safety and improve their health and wellbeing.

An exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their specialist team within to help deliver their Strategy “Every Death Matters” with a key focus on early intervention and identification of palliative and end of life care.
Within their therapy team their key focus is on rehabilitation palliative care enabling people to live fully until they die.
The successful applicant will be working predominantly within the specialist community team providing high standard of Occupational Therapy assessment with patients in their own home alongside the Clinical Nurse Specialist team. The AHP team offer an in-reach service to patients admitted to the inpatient Unit, assisting in discharge planning and therapeutic interventions.
They are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the multi-disciplinary team in the provision of specialist palliative care to patients and their families.
The post holder will need to be able to work autonomously and be responsible for complex holistic assessments and planning care to meet patient’s practical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs. They will work closely with primary and secondary care professionals and Hospice colleagues, and good communication and team working skills are essential.

We are recruiting for two wellbeing practitioners for our service in Harrow. The posts are part of services commissioned between Anna Freud and London Borough of Harrow (Harrow Horizons Early Intervention Service).
The service offers brief evidence-based individual and group interventions to address moderate wellbeing needs largely using CBT-based treatment, trauma informed and Mentalization approaches. Work is also conducted jointly with existing professionals where young people present with more complex needs to strengthen the skills and competencies in the multi-agency network. The work takes place on an outreach basis in schools, family homes and other community venues as well as being conducted virtually.
The Wellbeing Practitioner role will be suited to those individuals with skills and experience of working directly in schools/community and who are passionate about delivering high quality evidence-based intervention on a time-limited basis.
The post-holders will also deliver consultation, training, and workshop to non-mental health staff, such as teachers and social workers with other clinicians in the service.

Job Summary
This role is an expansion of our employment pathway and will be our first dedicated employment coach for our students.
PiP has developed a unique reputation for our experience and quality of employment support for adults with learning disabilities. This has led to an increased number of referrals with a focus on employment, an expansion of our in-house social enterprise capacity, and more employers keen to work alongside us to diversify their staff base.
PiP is keen to respond to and meet this demand. This role for us is the next step in doing so, allowing us to increase our job coaching capacity and providing more dedicated resource for students on their employment journey. As to date our coaching has been delivered across our existing staff team.
