This role sits within the Community Education and Training team, working to support our learners to access, complete and progress through our wide range of adult learning provision. The main focus will be on providing additional support for learners who need wrap-around support relating to a range of additional personal and educational needs. This could include welfare, personal and family support and wider mental health and wellbeing support or additional learning needs such as dyslexia, ADHD, literacy support and other needs.
You will work with the team to implement strategies and support plans for individuals to aid learning and enhance educational experience. You will support the team’s administrator to monitor learner’s attendance, contacting them via phone, email or arranging a meeting in person where pastoral support is needed.
You will work with our Adult Safeguarding Lead to support safeguarding cases across our departments, including keeping safeguarding records, making referrals and building a database of local support services available to learners and other service users.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting learners to ensure they have the best opportunity to thrive on their learning journey.
You will also support wider functions in the team such as contributing to the organisation of our termly learners’ forum to celebrate achievement and attending events in the community to publicise our work.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with vulnerable individuals or groups, be committed to safeguarding, have excellent administration skills, be flexible and excited about being at the heart of a busy team and committed to providing an excellent service to High Trees’ users.

Job Summary
This role is an expansion of our employment pathway and will be our first dedicated employment coach for our students.
PiP has developed a unique reputation for our experience and quality of employment support for adults with learning disabilities. This has led to an increased number of referrals with a focus on employment, an expansion of our in-house social enterprise capacity, and more employers keen to work alongside us to diversify their staff base.
PiP is keen to respond to and meet this demand. This role for us is the next step in doing so, allowing us to increase our job coaching capacity and providing more dedicated resource for students on their employment journey. As to date our coaching has been delivered across our existing staff team.

· The salary for this role is circa £29,500 dependent on experience with incremental pay progression.

Job Description
Working as a qualified Teacher within a Study Programme contract, you will deliver Functional Skills maths and English qualifications.
This will be from all Entry levels up to and including level 2, within our college site for students aged 16-18 years.
Main duties include:
- To lead on the production of schemes of work for the service delivery
- To prepare and develop innovative lesson plans, design and deliver group activities
- Deliver training to individual young people and groups following the programme curriculum, setting objectives and targets for achievement
- To diagnose learners literacy, numeracy and ICT needs and requirements by using various teaching aids
- To liaise with relevant team members to ensure learners achieve their targets and progress into appropriate outcomes
- To provide appropriate encouragement, guidance and support to learners to help them progress
- To appropriately manage any behaviour issues that arise

We have two exciting opportunities for two Qualified and/ or Trainee Multidisciplinary Advocates to join our established and friendly Advocacy Team. Both positions are permanent, requiring commitment on weekdays between the hours of 9 and 5. Cranstoun is a social justice and harm reduction charity empowering people to empower change. We offer a wide range of services across England within drug & alcohol, domestic abuse, children & young people’s services, criminal justice and housing.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the children and young people’s team for a passionate and enthusiastic lead worker to be part of shaping and delivering a new early support youth hub pilot within Merry Hill Shopping Centre, Dudley. ROUTES, the youth advice hub, will support people aged 13+ and those who feel they still require a young people’s approach up to 25. It brings together the specialisms of Cranstoun, complimented by wider partnership delivery and a young people’s steering group.
You will have experience of effective behaviour management in an informal setting complimented by knowledge and skills in order to provide advice, guidance and support to young people. You will also be expected to work closely with the service manager and provide daily decision making support and direction to the wider hub team, especially with safeguarding concerns whilst operating the open access.
The role involves creating a welcoming space for young people, utilising youth work and engagement skills to help feelings of safety and inclusivity from the very first interaction.
You will develop creative opportunities to engage with young people and within the space of the hub. There will be an element of promotion and outreach within local schools/colleges and the shopping centre to encourage young people to attend.

NAPAC is seeking Call and Email Handlers for our support services in Stockport
NAPAC provides the only free national support service for adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse. We offer specialist, confidential support to all adult survivors of any type of abuse, operated by experienced staff and trained volunteers.
We are looking for new colleagues who are empathetic and resilient with a real passion for supporting people through their healing journey. We want our team to reflect the diversity of the people we support, and actively encourage applicants with different lived experience.
NAPAC works closely with the criminal justice and public health sectors. We support survivors to navigate and understand their options with criminal and civil law, and in healing and recovery. Choice is key, and our website provides a lot of free information for survivors and those supporting them.

As a support line Call Handler, you will be a key member of our dedicated team, providing emotional support and a safe environment for callers with a wide range of complex issues.
NAPAC offers full training and hands-on support for call handlers with every call they receive. You will use the knowledge and skills you’ve developed through our training to explore issues relating to childhood abuse and it how it effects adulthood and signpost callers to relevant resources and services that can provide more in-depth support. Calls are caller-led, and you will be there to empower each caller to take back control in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow confidentiality and safeguarding policies
- Provide appropriate signposting to external services in accordance to callers identified needs.
- Ensuring that key record keeping is maintained to the required standard and contributing to service monitoring requirements
- You will have the emotional resilience to be able to support individuals who may be severely distressed, experienced trauma, and people who may be at risk of harm.
- The ability to think on your feet to support callers who may call during panic attacks or flashbacks
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written.
- Providing email support to individuals.
- Being flexible in your approach to your work in line with changing and growing needs of the support service.
- To be Caller led and be able to keep your own personal boundaries whilst working in your own unique way.
Salary: £26,520 per annum, pro rata, plus pension and an employee benefits package.
Hours: 17.5 per week (0.5 FTE) to be worked flexibly across the week, in person. Remote and hybrid working is not available for this role.
Contract: One year, with possibility of extension subject to funding.

Smart Works is a dynamic, high profile and fast-growing UK charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for success at their job interview. We empower each woman by giving her the clothes and the confidence she needs to succeed. After visiting Smart Works, 63% of clients secure a job within a month, gaining financial independence and transforming their lives.
The Smart Works service is currently delivered in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Newcastle, Reading and Leeds, with new centres in Bristol and Liverpool due to open in 2025. Over the past ten years, Smart Works has helped over 35,000 women. It is our mission that any woman who needs our service should be able to find her way to a Smart Works centre.
Our clients are mostly long-term unemployed and have experienced repeated rejections from multiple jobs: 40% have been unemployed for over a year, 20% have applied to over 20 jobs and 23% have applied to over 50 jobs. The majority are also from minoritised communities and face intersectional barriers to employment: 32% are lone parents, 16% consider themselves to have a disability and 52 % are from an ethnic minority.
In April 2022, Smart Works launched a new Three-Year Plan that will see the charity double the number of women helped annually from 5,000 to 10,000 women a year. At the end of year 2, Smart Works is on track to deliver the Plan, having delivered a 42% year-on-year uplift in engagement with our core Interview Dressing & Preparation service and with new centres opened in Croydon and Glasgow.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a thoughtful and dedicated leader to oversee the delivery of the Smart Works service across the UK, ensuring that the charity remains on track to achieve our current growth ambitions, and to also play a key role in leading delivery of the service as we move into our next strategic plan.
The Head of Programmes will drive innovation, build impactful partnerships with referral organisations and enable excellent decision making across all centres. The Head of Programmes will be the guardian of the Smart Works service as the charity grows, ensuring decision-making across the charity is always client-centric and every client has the best possible chance of job success.
The Head of Programmes will oversee the opening of new Smart Works centres. Project managing the opening of new centres will require exceptional people management and an ability to balance important small details, with an awareness of the bigger picture and wider strategy.
The Head of Programmes will also be responsible for leading org-wide projects focused on quality, that will allow Smart Works to ensure our offer continues to improve, so that more of our clients can move into employment.
This is an important leadership role within the charity, with the Head of Programmes regularly sharing insights and ideas with senior decision makers. They will provide valuable insight into the Smart Works service and trends within the wider employability support landscape.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be based at one of our London centres, and will travel to other Smart Works centres across the UK when needed. There may be occasional evening and weekend work as the successful candidate will be part of the wider centre team, supporting with networking and other key events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of Programmes & Operations, the successful candidate will lead on a range of activities, including:
- Ensure a high quality, consistent service is delivered across the UK (both in-person and virtually).
- Drive innovation and support pilot projects that will enable the charity to evolve, improve and help more unemployed women secure work.
- Identify opportunities for digitisation of the service, to streamline our processes and allow us to grow our impact.
- Increase awareness of Smart Works by proactively identifying and nurturing partnerships with organisations who have the potential to refer to multiple Smart Works centres.
- Project manage the opening of new Smart Works centres, drawing on expertise of other staff across the Smart Works team to ensure the centre is set-up for success.
- Visit all centres across the UK to meet service delivery staff and understand opportunities for development and improvement.
- Supported by the Head of Data & Impact, track progress against KPIs, identify areas for development and, when needed, work closely with relevant staff to address shortfalls.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends within the employability support landscape, sharing relevant insights with the Director of Programmes & Operations and other relevant stakeholders.
- Line Management of staff within the Group Operations team.
- Champion inclusivity and ensure the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion strategy is woven into the day-to-day delivery of the Smart Works service and service delivery decision making.

You should have experience of working within an advice setting and advice supervision framework such as the AQS framework. Job Summary
CAAS provide an ADHD and Autism Support Service for the 8 boroughs of NW London, from our base in Eastcote, with a team of Support Workers. Our work includes offering information, advice, and support to ADHD / autistic people, their families, and professionals in NW London, with the aim of improving quality of life and developing neurodiverse-aware communities. Some of the support is offered through one2one meetings, some of the support is provided through groups and courses which aim to increase understanding and awareness, and provide opportunities for peer support, and some of the support is offered through training and workshops to educate professionals and drive for accommodations to be made to services to allow greater access for our client group.
The Family Team Lead will assist the Family Service Manager in overseeing the operational running and leadership and management of our Family Team at our centre in Eastcote.
The Family Team Lead will be responsible for the line management of some of our Family Support Workers, as well as the direct delivery of services, including being the lead facilitator on some of our parenting courses. As such, we are looking for a friendly, organised and hard-working individual. The role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills and a drive to ensure everyone who seeks support from us has the best possible experience. I am happy to be supporting a leading London university in their search for a temporary HR Services Payroll Advisor. The post holder will provide guidance, advice, and information to employees and managers on complex pay and overpayment queries.
This post will run from early November to early May 2025 in the first instance. You will be required on site in central London roughly 60% of the week, and the remainder remote.
In this role you will be required to carry out manual payroll checks and assist with overpayment cases and debt collection activities. The ideal candidate will have:
