The Health and Social Care Act 2012 required each local authority area to set up a Healthwatch organisation. Healthwatch gives people a powerful voice both locally and nationally. At a local level, Healthwatch Barnet works to help people get the best from their health and social care services, whether it's improving them today, or helping to shape them for tomorrow. Healthwatch Barnet is about local voices being able to influence the delivery and design of their services, not just for the people who use them, but anyone who might need to use them in future.

Experience of working with data for marketing purposes, including effective and compliant handling of communication preferences.
Experience of managing income processing and reconciliation.

Liberty is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to undertake a number of interesting short-term projects for a fixed term of 12 months to improve the efficiency of its operations. The Infrastructure Manager will work closely with the Head of HR & Operations, Finance and Operations Director and external contacts to critically review several support systems and databases and recommend improved infrastructure at Liberty.
The successful candidate must have experience of having specified, sourced and implemented new database solutions in other organisations and a familiarity with a variety of monitoring, learning and evaluation frameworks, concepts, practices and procedures. An excellent project manager with experience of delivering projects to budget and on time and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, motivating them through change, the successful candidate will be energised by delivering concurrent projects at pace.

The Advice Casework Manager (ACM) is a new and exciting role within the Advice Service, and the post holder will spearhead the development and coordination of Women and Girls Network’s (WGN) casework provision. In this role, you will actively manage a small portfolio of strategic fundraising service suppliers, ensuring contractual requirements are met, as well as defining and monitoring service levels (SLAs) to ensure performance is maintained.
You’ll also:
- Effectively lead, manage, and motivate the Supplier Partnerships team, ensuring each member of the team makes a full and effective contribution to the organisation
- Maintain a network of key stakeholders within WaterAid, ensuring that their needs and responsibilities relating to supplier management are understood
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement or efficiency gains where these contribute to the overall supporter experience
- Act as the subject matter expert for supplier management, promoting and championing best practice within the wider organisation, providing specialist advice and training as required
- Maintain a level of awareness of external trends and best practice in supplier operations and procurement, ensuring that WaterAid are at the leading edge in terms of our services and standards
- Work with the Supporter Experience and Operations Lead in developing detailed budgets, forecasts, and plans
About You:
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Excellent supplier management / relationship management, ideally in a charity fundraising environment
- Successful experience of people management, coaching, training, and personal development
- Demonstrable experience of using / designing KPIs, SLAs and other performance metrics to drive process and service quality improvements
- Strong stakeholder relationship management (up to senior management), able to work collaboratively to build positive and effective working relationships across teams
- Ability to identify problems, undertake analysis and deliver potential solutions through influencing and negotiating with others
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- A good understanding of fundraising regulations i.e. Fundraising Code of Practice, Gift Aid and BACs (Direct Debit) regulations
- Professional qualification in supplier / service procurement or directly relevant experience

You will have extensive project and budget management experience in the humanitarian sector, with responsibility to raise and manage major donor grants working closely with your team and our partners. We would also like you to lead on strategic and innovative initiatives and workstreams within the wider team to further advance the rights of children especially girls within a humanitarian context. Strong experience of working with FCDO is highly desirable.
You will be a successful manager and leader of multi-lingual teams and portfolios, setting a strong role model example with proven ability to create cohesive professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your main responsibility will be to help steward our active relationships with donors and supporters around the world, manage delivery of key grant outputs, and build relationships with philanthropic funders and foundations.
This role will require engagement with our global staff team, alongside senior leadership and key stakeholders, and our expansive network of community partners around the world. You’ll help to develop strategies that build our relationships with key donors, ensuring all our reporting output is of a consistently high quality. This role will have a truly global reach with a primary focus on supporting programming and donor relationships for our work in the UK, Europe and Africa.

What will you be doing?
• Manage the global calendar of donor deliverables for the Development team

Salary – UK-based salary range for this role will be £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
Weekly hours – 35 hours per week.
