About The Felix Project
The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Started in 2016, its vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. In 2024 our workforce of over 200 staff and 13,000 volunteers collected and distributed the equivalent of 38 million meals to Londoners in need. This is done through a network of 1,200 community organisations and schools who are working on the frontline to feed people who are experiencing hunger and cannot afford to regularly buy the food they need. The Felix Project works with hundreds of suppliers from across the food industry, including supermarkets, wholesalers, farms and restaurants to rescue high quality surplus food, that cannot be sold and would otherwise go to waste.
In London, one in four working families regularly struggle to afford to feed their children, equating to an estimated 325,000 families across the capital. The cost of food has increased by 30% in the past three years and one in eight working families have less than £3 a day for food, after paying their bills. About 20% of working families have been forced to access a food support service for the first time during 2024 due to the rising cost of living.
Our work has never been more needed, and demand continues to grow. We are building our expertise and impact in response. The Felix Project now operates from four main depots in North, South, East, and West London, with ‘point-to-point’ projects in Central London and Canary Wharf. Felix’s Kitchen in our East London depot produces up to 5,000 meals per day from surplus food. Felix’s Multibank in West London distributes non-food items to those who need it most. As part of the charity’s involvement with The Coronation Food Project, we are launching an innovative food processing lab – The Felix Food Factory.
Purpose of the Job
The Felix Project is looking for a talented individual to help manage and support on implementing their corporate partnerships strategy. This role will sit within our growing Corporate Partnerships Team as part of the wider Income Generation & Marketing Team. The purpose of this role will be to lead on account mangement of a portfolio of small-medium sized partners, while also supporting on the management of our larger partners. Further, you will work with our New Business team to identify, cultivate, and secure new business. As a key member of the fundraising team, we expect the Senior Officer to actively contribute to the implementation of The Felix Project’s fundraising strategy.
As an established team, we have networks and pipelines in place but there will be a requirement for the post holder to innovate and develop new ways of working in-line with the fast-paced operational requirements of the charity.

The opportunity
The Guardian Foundation are seeking a freelance fundraiser to to assist us with a number of fundraising tasks between now and January 2026. The Foundation benefits from a board and senior staff that have a number of strong relationships with possible donors (high net worth individual, foundation and corporate) but we have not had the dedicated personnel to support the Board and senior staff in engaging those donors.

About the Role
This exciting new role provides an excellent opportunity to help shape and deliver our approach to fundraising, helping to ensure that St Nicks can continue our vital work in supporting planet, people and nature. The Screen Academy Foundation fundraises for the London Screen Academy (LSA) and the East London Arts & Music (ELAM) - two free-to-attend, Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ sixth form academies for 16-19 year olds in London which, combined, are teaching just under 1200 young people every year. Fundraising for LSA and ELAM
As sixth form academies, the LSA and ELAM receive funding from the Department for Education. Philanthropy and corporate partnerships are therefore crucial to the success of the Academies. We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Fundraising and Corporate Liaison Officer to help grow the charity's income. You will be organised, with excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. THE ROLE OF FUNDRAISING AND CORPORATE LIAISON OFFICER WILL INCLUDE:
Corporate and Community Liaison and Networking (50% of the role):
· Work closely with the Senior Fundraiser to develop and implement a fundraising strategy that maximises both corporate fundraising and community fundraising.
· For corporate fundraising, the focus will be on identifying local businesses with a charitable mindset and contacting them with a view to securing corporate sponsorships and partnerships, as well as ‘Charity of the Year’ support.
· For community fundraising, you will identify and engage with community groups, local sport clubs, gyms, schools, etc., to create fundraising opportunities, including confidently presenting the Centre at talks and events.
· Encourage personal fundraising efforts within the local community by organising challenge events and supporting individuals in their own fundraising initiatives.
· Attend networking meetings to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities.
Marketing: (15% of the role)
· Responsible for marketing of events and activities organised by the fundraiser, through newsletters and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
· Maintain and update the social media events calendar.
· Provide marketing support to all supporters, including the charity’s volunteer fundraising teams.
· Manage and update content on the events/activities page of the website.
· Collaborate with the Senior Fundraiser to strengthen digital marketing efforts for events and activities.
Fundraising events (35% of the role)
· Develop an annual plan outlining a schedule of events, budget costs, and anticipated income for each event/activity.
· Organise 3-4 charity fundraising events annually, focusing on increasing attendance at low-input, popular events.
· Coordinate volunteer-led collections at locations such as supermarkets, railway stations, and sports venues 2-3 times a year to raise funds and awareness.
· Support existing volunteer teams and third parties to help them reach their fundraising goals.
· Build relationships with service users with a view to encouraging them, their families and friends to volunteer and participate in the Centre's events and activities.
Desirable skills and experience:
· At least three years of experience in a business and corporate liaison role is highly desirable.
· Prior fundraising experience in a charity environment is essential.
· Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to fundraise, promote events, and engage the community.
· Experienced in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience at public speaking, to be able to effectively engage individuals and groups.
