We are looking for a full-time administrator to support the smooth running of the Education and Training Department. Duties include general office administration such as diary management, preparing and circulating reports ahead of meetings, taking minutes and supporting the department with various education and outreach activities. This post also provides administrative support to the Director of Education and Training. There will be a requirement to occasionally work in the evenings and at weekends.
What we need:
We need an experienced administrator with effective communications skills, a high standard of IT literacy and excellent attention to detail. You should have proven experience of minute taking and financial reconciliation. Previous experience of working in a membership organisation is desirable.

- Liaise with other Dioceses and the National Church to learn from and seek best practice for racial justice training content and delivery.
- Work with other members of the department to establish a coordinated training programme that offers both face-to-face training and eLearning.
- Develop and maintain an evaluation process for training, including the development of impact indicators.
- Review existing racial justice resources and produce/commission the development of new resources that can be used both locally and national, such as toolkits, cultural occasional offices guide, liturgical resources and school-aged resources for young people and leaders.
- Be an advocate for Racial Justice within Diocesan structures, identifying and promoting best practice regarding racial justice, diversity, and inclusion.

Main purpose of the post:
• Working as part of a supportive and skilled team, you will be required to share in leading and further develop the GYM youth work service across Coventry and the surrounding area.

The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups. You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week).
Your key responsibilities will include:

Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Psychologist to contribute to increasing and improving emotional and mental health provision within education settings for 5–18-yearolds, young adults (15 - 18), families, and other professionals within the London Boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham.
The "Be Kind to Your Mind (BK2YM)" service provides evidence-based mental health support to school- and college-aged Children and Young People, staff, young adults, families, and other professionals within the London Boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham.
Be Kind to Your Mind (BK2YM) is a non-clinical, mental health and wellbeing offer delivered by HFEH MIND Youth Services. BK2YM’s non-clinical interventions and psychoeducation programme (Learn Well) offers a multitiered level of support:
- Preventative and early intervention for children and young people aged 5 – 25 through HFEH Mind Psychoeducation Workshops and assemblies.
- Training for school staff and other professionals.
- Therapeutic Arts intervention (x6 sessions) for students.
- Access to a digital support tool (self-help): WYSA.
- Access to wider digital/online support tolls (Including My Mind TV).
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of Be Kind to Your Mind interventions across schools, colleagues and alternative education.
- Delivering whole school/year group assemblies and ‘drop-down days’ to educational establishments within the defined area(s) of operation.
- Facilitation with targeted outreach to H&F SENCO's/AP's, adapting content for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in collaboration with Educational Psychologists.
- Ad-hoc creation of bespoke content to complement existing materials.

Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience
- An undergraduate Psychology degree (or equivalent) that confers British Psychological Society’s Graduate Basis for Chartered membership (GBC).
- Understanding of the impact of social inequalities and how this relates to mental health.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the key socioeconomic and systemic factors that contribute to poor mental health of children, young people, and parents/carers from Black, Asian, and other Ethnic Minority groups.

The Young Carer Engagement Officer will play a pivotal role in taking our young carers work in education and employment to the next level in Wales as we strive to ensure a fair future for young carers and young adult carers. CXK are recruiting a 2 Project Coaches to work on the ‘Steps to Success’project, delivered in partnership with East Sussex County Council (ESCC).
Funded by the Careers Enterprise Company, this exciting project will deliver a tested model across secondary schools, supporting young people in year 10 to achieve successful pathways post year 11.
The Project Coach will be based within CXK’s Youth Employability Service (YES) and will undertake regular careers-based interventions with young people, supporting them alongside a bespoke work experience placement, organised and overseen by ESCC’s Work Experience team.
Working in schools and in the community, you must be able to manage your time flexibly, use your initiative and creativity to plan and engage young people and stakeholders, and have excellent communication skills.

- You’ll work closely with and support the CEO of Eastbourne Foodbank in maintaining and evolving the existing relationship with the Big Lottery Fund and developing collaborative fundraising activities and joint bids with five other Trussell Trust Foodbanks across East Sussex.

About SCEC
SCEC was founded over twenty years ago to provide learning enrichment opportunities to primary school children in disadvantaged communities in south London. Together with our partners, several leading independent schools, we currently operate four schemes in math, literacy, science and art. Children learn through fun, engaging group activities like science experiments, storytelling and mathematical treasure hunts, all taught by qualified teachers with added support from student mentors. Through the schemes, children explore their curiosity, build knowledge and develop their confidence as learners.
Your Role
The Scheme Director is a newly created role that will be pivotal in helping SCEC extend its reach. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will help SCEC design and implement an expansion programme as well as coordinating the delivery of the existing schemes via our school partners. You will also serve as a trusted partner to the Board in the administration of the charity.
Similar to a COO, this role straddles the operational and the strategic. We are looking for a confident communicator and relationship builder who can work across varied stakeholder groups. You should be able to grasp the big picture and have an eye for the details needed to deliver successful outcomes. Role Summary
The Regional Skills Manager role is newly created and will play a key role in identifying, articulating and delivering on CEC’s ambitions in technical and vocational education and training. The role will play a pivotal role in ensuring national intent is translated through a place-based model.
The post will play a pivotal role in supporting clusters of Career Hubs to strengthen their engagement with providers of Technical and Vocational Training, including colleges, ITPS and employers. The role will also play a key role in supporting the operationalisation of national strategic priorities across the South.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, the post will be the primary point of regional contact for ITPs working with Clusters of Careers Hubs, within the designated area. The post will also play a key role in supporting the National Further Education and Skills Lead with the roll out of a central offer of support to all ITPs and supporting the Skills and Technical Education Senior Manager in implementing national policy and other work involving providers of technical education.
The role will also contribute towards the wider success of the Network and Employers team supporting colleagues and areas outside of the designated function as required.
