JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will support and work directly with the CEO and provide some assistance to the Senior Management Team (SLT) and the Board of Trustees to support the delivery of the Charity's non clinical governance arrangements. The role will have a key focus on forward planning and streamlining ways of working whilst ensuring essential compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
ABOUT YOU
An organised self-starter who can provide a full on Executive Assistant service, with the ability to multi task, delegate and plan their time management. A methodical approach to diary management is a must and the successful applicant will have a proven track record within this area, along with detailed minute taking and providing excellent administrative support at senior levels.

The role
We have recently set a new 3-year strategy, leading to a major transformation of the organisation. To support this, we are building a new Project Delivery function and investing in key capabilities, including project management and business analysis. This role involves initiating and managing complex projects from inception through to delivery and providing mentoring to colleagues managing smaller projects. You will also champion the introduction of new project management methodologies and support colleagues in adopting these practices.
This role is a hybrid role, based in London or Sheffield but will require regular travel across the UK to visit different FareShare sites.

Synopsis of duties:
Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk, primarily focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+
Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse.
Be comfortable with running group training sessions and be willing and able to share your specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital.
Have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to be able to influence the way in which this service is delivered are key.
Please note that the successful applicant will be required to sign an honorary contract with the Hospital Trust in addition to their contract of employment.
Essential Requirements
Have a knowledge of help-seeking barriers and support needs of victims of domestic abuse (in heterosexual or same-sex relationships).
Have a good understanding of domestic abuse including the impact of domestic abuse on victims and their children.
Understand the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children
Understand safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues.
Direct service delivery to victims of domestic abuse or other vulnerable people.
Have excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals. Understand and be committed to equal opportunities and diversity issues in policy and practice.
Have a strong crisis management skills and the ability to deal with stressful and difficult situations.

We are looking for an empathic and resilient individual to join a friendly and well-established team of part-time, remote-based Information and Support Officers, on a 12-month contract. The purpose of this role is to provide a holistic, client-centred, effective and efficient Information and Support Service to people affected by M.E. We do this primarily via outgoing calls made in response to triaged voicemail messages, and also via email.
You can choose to be home-based anywhere in the UK, work from our Bristol office, or a hybrid of the two.
Our Information and Support Service team has a deep understanding of the issues affecting people with M.E. and their family and carers. As a Partnerships Data Analyst, you’ll be the expert on providing easy-to-understand data visualisation and reporting solutions to support Ambition Institute’s Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Admissions and Development teams.
