Main Duties
Repairs and Maintenance
- Manage the repair and maintenance of the parish site to ensure they are safe, clean, and welcoming.
- Undertake regular property and site inspections and manage actions.
- Responsible management of religious and listed buildings.
- Contractor management – Coordinate works to deliver value, meet quality and safety standards.
- Arrange periodic building inspections, liaise with estates on associated work.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Property and Asset Manager to lead the Council's property function. This role encompasses strategic planning, development, and management of the Council's non-housing property portfolios (operational, leisure & heritage, community and commercial assets). About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive project manager with a passion for London’s built heritage. The Head of Projects will oversee the delivery of our restoration projects across the capital, ensuring they meet our high standards and achieve maximum public benefit.
The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of restoration projects, from initial research and site identification to overseeing conservation work and successful project completion. Importantly, you will work closely with local authorities, conservation experts and community organisations to influence and build local commitment to conservation projects.

This is a high-impact role, designed to support individuals with multiple and complex needs, including mental and physical health challenges, substance use, and a history of offending. You will support and empower our clients as they move from crisis towards stability, independence, and meaningful engagement in the community.
As a Project Worker, you will have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of some of the most marginalised people in our society. You will play a vital role in helping clients sustain accommodation, access services, and develop the skills and confidence needed to take control of their lives. You will work in close partnership with external agencies and professionals to deliver coordinated support, while also playing a key part in preventing homelessness and promoting long-term inclusion. The working rota for this post is Monday - Friday, with no weekend shifts. The rota will consist of a mixture of earlies (8am - 3.30pm) & lates (3pm - 10.30pm).

- Ensure that effective Safeguarding systems are in place and maintained, acting as the organisation’s Designated Safeguarding Person, with delegated responsibility for policy development, implementation, and reporting.
- Working in partnership with the Retail Manager, facilitate, encourage, and support companion engagement and training within the social enterprises to ensure they are viable businesses.
- Assist the Multi Site Property and Facilities Manager in the upkeep and maintenance of the Community, to ensure that it provides a pleasant and comfortable home for the Companions, whilst adhering to health and safety requirements.
