The Role
In this role, no day is the same. You will be involved in various exciting projects and campaigns to mark upcoming milestones. As the Research and Philanthropy Officer, your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of funders, developing high-quality funding proposals, reports, and thank-you communications. Collaboration with the Philanthropy Manager and the wider team to achieve fundraising goals will also be vital.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals with proven success in writing grant applications and conducting desk-based research, along with exceptional writing, research, and organisational skills. Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion are essential, as well as a passion for fundraising and the work of the Anne Frank Trust.

The Community Engagement Practitioner will be an essential contact and facilitator for existing scheme members. The post holder will provide consistency and enthusiasm across all activities while ensuring all practices are underpinned by co-creation, delivery and future development of the scheme by the members of Connect. This is an exciting opportunity to be alongside our members and to provide day-to-day practical support, signposting, and safe spaces for membership interaction. - A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with children and young people and adults from the age of 15 years upwards.

- Experience of using digital technologies to engage and communicate with members / stakeholders.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and knowledge of fostering and care experience.

- Willingness to work flexibly according to the needs of the scheme members and activities

The Senior Public Affairs and Research Officer will drive policy change to increase surplus food redistribution by engaging with stakeholders across government, media, industry, and academia. The Senior Public Affairs and Research Officer will be critical in advancing FareShare’s policy agenda, as outlined in the manifesto. Working closely with the Public Affairs, Policy and Campaigns Consultant, you will lead efforts to engage influential stakeholders, create compelling content, and coordinate high-impact events. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence national policy and contribute to meaningful change in the food redistribution sector.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies, media, and academia, to advance FareShare’s policy objectives.

To provide employment advice to patients accessing ELFT NHS Talking Therapies, supporting patients to gain and/or retain employment via one to one information, advice and guidance sessions. · Work in an integrated way with the IAPT clinical team to demonstrate a seamless service to the client. Co-location to different NHS IAPT services and centres across Tower Hamlets to offer Employment Advice.
· Support clients to create CVs, Cover Letters, write applications, inform clients of job search techniques, and provide mock interview practice.
· Provide 1-2-1 support to clients to enable them to return to work after long term sickness absence or other reasons
· Work closely with employers to support clients to remain in their jobs by negotiating reasonable adjustments at the workplace

Job Overview
