This role is within our Youth Impact Directorate. It will support the team in a range of activities, but predominantly in overseeing external and internal enquiries into the team relating to safeguarding and adults accessing records who have previously been adopted through or historically in the care of The Children's Society.

A key part of this role will be your ability to:
-Provide high-quality business administration across the activities of the Safeguarding and Quality Practice team

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative individual with strong graphic design skills. The Person
We are looking for a skilled trainer who has experience of working in the sexual violence sector or an aligned field and has knowledge and understanding of sexual violence and its impact’ to join us in this critical work in preventing ongoing sexual harm. The Role
This exciting new role will be part of a multidisciplinary team that brings together a range of knowledge and skills to support adult survivors of sexual violence with trauma related mental health needs.
Summary of Position:
This role will be required to develop and deliver sexual violence practitioner training and support the delivery of groups for survivors of sexual violence with trauma related mental health needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- To research, develop and deliver a programme of sexual violence practitioner training for delivery in single and multiagency settings through a range of blended learning formats.

- To support the team is completing assessments for clients accessing the service.
- Collaborate with a range of multiagency partners to ensure the most appropriate pathway of support for the individual survivor.

- To promote awareness of training and group offerings for survivors with a range of multiagency partners

- Represent and promote WMRSASC in meetings and events
This role is based in Worcester. The role holder will be expected to travel across West Mercia as and when there is a need.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrator and Panel Co-ordinator within our adult perpetrator service. You will directly support the delivery of an effective domestic abuse perpetrator and survivor focused multi-agency panel meeting, supporting coordinated response to perpetrators of domestic abuse in contracted London boroughs.
Domestic Violence Intervention Project (DVIP), a division of Richmond Fellowship since 2018, has been a leading provider of Respect accredited community perpetrator interventions working to stop domestic violence, increase safety for women and children, and reduce harm to families for over 30 years.
You will also provide efficient data entry, data reporting and administrative support to services. The role will support service managers and the team to implement and complete administrative tasks in accordance with the policies and procedures of Richmond Fellowship.
As the single point of contact for services, you will provide advice, brief support and information, and risk screening to clients and or professionals referring to our services. Therefore, excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the nature of domestic abuse and its effects on women and children would be of significant benefit in this role, as would a sound understanding of safeguarding procedures.
You will have an opportunity to play a key role in the smooth and efficient functioning of DVIP’s violence prevention services, working in partnerships with a range of statutory and voluntary agencies. You will be competent and responsible to work independently and flexibly to manage your workload. You will also be able to communicate clearly with a range of people about sensitive and complex issues, and to take accurate minutes of professional meetings.

WWT’s Martin Mere Wetland Centre is a world-famous nature reserve and wetland animal collection, which attracts over 200,000 visits every year.
We are currently looking for a proactive and innovative individual, with experience of buildings and grounds maintenance, to become our Facilities Assistant. You will work in a customer focused environment in a small team led by the Facilities Manager, which is responsible for the maintenance and strategic development of our visitor centre and all other buildings and infrastructure.
You will be key in providing an excellent visitor experience by ensuring the grounds are kept in a clean and tidy manner and ensure that the visitor’s facilities are clean, well-stocked and maintained. You will also assist the Facilities team with maintenance tasks, routing checks of systems and working on any projects to improve the site.

About the role
As Senior Executive Officer you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of Advancement activity at UCL. You'll provide high-level strategic and operational support to the Vice President of Advancement and the Senior Leadership team, working closely with colleagues in the Provost and President's office and other Vice-Provost/Vice-President portfolios to ensure a coordinated and collaborative approach.

About you
To do this job you'll certainly have experience of providing high level operational and administrative support to someone in a senior leadership role. You'll be adept ad managing high profile, complex projects, building strong relationships with stakeholders and work with and influence senior colleagues.
You'll be able to balance the big picture and the detail on order to build effective ways of working to support the objectives of the Advancement team. You will exercise excellent judgement and personal organisation, flexibility and an ability to work to demanding deadlines across multiple priorities, working closely with the Vice President (Advancement)'s Executive Assistant.
