Responsibilities and Person Specification:
The Team Administrator supports our in-house Studio team with the administration and delivery of our content through the design, print and digital processes.
You will have excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills. You will have the ability to work under pressure to prioritise, deliver, manage, and coordinate several projects and activities simultaneously to tight timescales. You should also understand design and production best practice, processes and techniques across both online and offline formats.

We are looking for someone to join our team supporting Unpaid Carers in Lewisham in a part-time admin role based at our Carers Hub at Glass Mill Leisure Centre. Our activities programme offers Unpaid Carers the opportunity to have a break from their caring responsibilities in a social environment where they can meet other carers and focus on their wellbeing.
You’ll work closely with the service manager to plan and arrange a wide programme of activities for young and adult Unpaid Carers. This will involve liaising with providers, ensuring health and safety, insurance and other checks are in place, arranging resources and refreshments, completing risk assessments and booking venues.
You will promote activities to Unpaid Carers, manage bookings and respond to queries. As the role is based in our Carers Hub, you will interact with Unpaid Carers visiting the team or enquiring about the service. You will also provide additional admin support to the team as needed.
Applicants should have experience in an admin role and excellent customer service skills. You will require exceptional communication, organisational and written skills, and should be a proactive and creative thinker. You must be proficient in using Word and Excel, with experience of using databases.
The part-time hours (22.5) can be worked as 3 full days or shorter days across the week. Some flexibility is required for occasional evenings or Saturday working.

The Programme Officer will support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Fobzu's advocacy and awareness, and building UK-Palestine higher education links programmes. Accountabilities
DAY TO DAY DELIVERY OF EVENTS

As CPD Programme Executive you will
- Work with the Senior Member Programme Executive to build the schedule of training across the UK.

You will be responsible for efficient completion of all administrative tasks of our Service Improvement & Transformation Team. You will also accurately review, process, and approve grant applications for our Care Centre & Network, Community Service Programme, and Research Nurse Network, ensuring compliance with our Guidance Policy. You will need to identify requests that should be treated as exceptions and escalate appropriately.
In managing support grant payments, you will check and authorise invoices, deal with invoice queries, raise purchase orders, and maintain precise records. Additionally, you will record actions and minutes from team meetings when required and ensure that correspondence and actions are accurately logged in our CRM database.
