We are looking for an experienced administration professional to lead our admin team to help deliver the Royal British Legions new and exciting Recovery Services strategy.
Our strategic ambition is to significantly expand a highly successful service and create new Recovery Services that support both serving personnel and veterans who may have experienced difficult times. As Recovery Administrator Leader, you will be responsible for the Battle Back administration team, and ensuring processes are fit for purpose to deliver a positive experience for our stakeholders. This role will be pivotal in overseeing the administration aspects of our recovery programmes.
Key Responsibilities include –
- Work with and provide support to both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manber
- Lead the administrative functions of recovery programs, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- You will be required to produce service data reports for the Senior Recovery Team to ensure the team is providing the right support to our beneficiaries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for supporting recovery initiatives.

We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. Minds Up is a growing mental health and wellbeing training programme for young people, delivered in schools across five south east London boroughs by South East London (SEL) Mind. The programme aims to increase young people’s awareness of mental health, help them recognise the signs if they are experiencing poor mental health and help them take action to protect their own mental health and boost their wellbeing.
We are looking for an administrator to help support the effective operation of the Minds Up Service. The role holder will need first rate communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting young people’s mental health. Applicants will be able to demonstrate skills in efficiently managing a central inbox and calendar, as well as experience as the first point of contact for public enquiries.
The administrator will require knowledge and experience of maintaining up-to-date, accurate records across multiple platforms, and supporting data and report compilation. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.

Summary of position
Art Explora is looking for an experienced Community Programme Manager with a passion for arts engagement and cultural outreach to manage and build our innovative Community Programme for Art Explora in the UK.
The Community Programme Manager will lead on and develop Art Explora’s key community programme streams – Arts at Home, Theatre at Home, Music at Home, Mini Art Explorers and Art Explorers at..., and manage Art Explora UK’s growing volunteer community. About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a French speaking Programme Officer to contribute to an organisation that works to protect the world’s forests and strengthen Indigenous Peoples’ and Local Communities’ rights on land and forestry governance. You will use your experience of supporting the delivery of programme activities, including tasks such as budget management and financial reporting, work planning and narrative reporting and the monitoring and evaluation of the programmes’ impacts.
You will support a portfolio of projects, with a primary geographic scope in Africa, and a possible focus on Asia and South America as well. The portfolio will include a multi-year institutionally funded programme of work in West and Central Africa, addressing issues relating to forest governance, climate change and community land rights. You will need to ensure high impact projects are delivered in compliance with internal policies and funder requirements. An important part of the role will be to help establish consistent and effective working practices across the portfolio so that projects and partnerships are well managed within the programmes.

Your Role: Membership, Programmes and Events Support Assistant (Fixed Term Contract)

Hours: 21 (0.6FTE). The post holder will also be expected to attend and support the PSA25 Annual Conference taking place in Birmingham from 14 -16 April 2025.

Location: All roles are based at our offices in Camden London but the PSA currently supports its staff to work remotely. To support the Programme Finance Manager in running efficient and effective programme financial accounting, programme financial management and programme financial reporting processes in relation to AKF (UK)’s programmes and grants. To provide support to the full life cycle of grants: from donor concept notes/proposals to final reports. Programme financial planning, management and reporting
In close consultation with the programmes/partnerships team:
• Support the design and implementation of effective quality controls to ensure compliance with donor requirements and to maintain appropriate donor stewardship, including through manuals, checklists, templates, and other tools
