This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as Foundations Manager (Institutional). This is a core role within the Foundation Partnerships Team, which builds and nurtures partnerships with like-minded institutions, trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies which are key to support a wide range of UNICEF programmes in countries which have the greatest need.
The key purpose and main responsibilities of this role are to strengthen and manage existing UK and international partnerships with key institutional partners such as the Power of Nutrition, Jersey Overseas Aid, Greater London Authority, FCDO and the Isle of Man Government including working with internal stakeholders and country offices. The Institutional Partnerships Manager will also work to cultivate and develop new strategic transformational fundraising partnership opportunities.
To be successful, you will have significant experience in managing complex multimillion pound institutional grants including reporting (narrative and financial) and compliance with contracts. You will also have experience in fundraising including developing and co-ordinating successful proposals (including narratives, programme budgets, etc) with statutory and institutional partners at the six and seven-figure level.

Westway Trust are seeking a full-time Communications Manager who will work closely with the Head of Communications and Marketing to develop and deliver annual Communications, Marketing and Engagement plans that demonstrates and promotes Westway Trust strategic priorities.
This is a pivotal role in the organisation with responsibility for managing the multimedia and digital ecosystem at Westway Trust; generating regular, creative and engaging multimedia content whilst line managing a small team.

Programme
The METRO Parenting Support Programme is part of the Young Greenwich Partnership, delivering a new integrated programme commissioned by the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The essential purpose of the Young Greenwich programme is to enable young people to develop holistically, working with them to facilitate their personal, social and educational aspirations to develop their voice and reach their full potential. The programme is led by NHS Oxleas Foundation Trust (Oxleas) and delivered with Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) partners, who, together with METRO, form the Young Greenwich Partnership.
The METRO Parenting Support Programme delivers coaching, group work, mentoring and counselling designed to help parents of teenagers achieve their health and wellbeing goals. This, in
turn, will allow us to achieve goals for parents and children and young people as part of the wider Young Greenwich programme.
Role
The role will include working with parents one-to-one and in groups to identify goals around improving confidence and wellbeing and using mentoring and coaching tools and techniques to help support parenting skills development. Key Responsibilities:

The People Manager will be responsible for overseeing the staffing across each one of our stores, ensuring that shops are fully staffed day to day. They will need a practical and engaging approach to enable staff to thrive in their roles and feel supported to meet the charity’s vision and mission. They will work alongside the rest of the retail team ensuring the aims and objectives of the people strategy are achieved.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
People Management
- Be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations relating to the people side of retail.
- Ensure the shop team and volunteer relationship is a professional and successful one
- Act as the first point of contact for the volunteer administrator in relation to volunteering matters and queries for retail.
- Effectively communicate any relevant information to all shop teams regarding updates, charity activities, incentives, and performance.
- Work closely with management and employees to embed changes and ensure solutions are realistic and sustainable.
- Be able to work closely with the retail management team including the retail sales manager to ensure the people side of the charity is not impacting sales.
- Overseeing the retail portfolio sickness and absence management including allocation and approval of annual leave throughout the year, forward planning contingency strategies ensuring shops are covered all the time even at short notice. Ensuring staffing hours do not exceed there’re banding allocation.
- Be competent in assisting with grievances, supporting with investigations and assisting with disciplinaries.
- Act as deputy safeguarding lead as and when required. Be able to act in an advisory capacity demonstrating a higher level of experience and understanding when dealing with safeguarding issues that arise.
- Be responsible for overseeing and leading with probation placements across our retail sites, acting as point of contact and ensuring that the relevant paperwork is up to date including the risk assessments for each placement.
People Development
- Ability to mentor and support staff through regular one to ones ensuring that they feel fully equipped to achieve optimum success in their work.
- Collaboratively with the HR team review and update the volunteer induction and training programme ensuring all aspects are relevant to the retail portfolio.
- Support staff with capability and performance issues including the management of their own staff issues such as, sickness, disciplinary, grievances and concerns through probation periods.
- Work closely with the retail management team on the delivery of innovative and interactive internal and external training to help staff develop their skill sets and achieve career satisfaction.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Work closely with HR developing and implementing strategies to improve recruitment, attracting suitable staff, and retaining them.

We are looking for a senior campaigns, media and PR specialist to lead our recently expanded communications team to deliver a compelling and influential comms and campaigns strategy.
You will be responsible for the strategic development and operational delivery of all our campaigns and external communications, finding creative ways to build our brand, increase understanding of pregnancy loss and grow our income. As our new Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our programmes and activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will be analytical, resourceful and have strong technical accounting, financial management and reporting experience. It is essential that you are either a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA or equivalent), or part-qualified with relevant experience.

The River Thames Boat Project are now looking for a Fundraising Manager to raise the funds to enable them to run cruises and education days on the Thames.
As Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for growing the charitable income across all streams (grants, foundations, corporate sponsors), maximising members program, establishing a sound data base for fundraising and establishing a volunteer fundraising committee. You will develop and execute a fundraising plan and develop strong relationships with prospective and existing funders. You will research potential trust and foundation funders, write compelling bids and ensure effective reporting and stewardship. You will also be responsible marketing the charity to prospective clients through mailings, social media and other routes.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
