The Bridge - Homelessness to Hope

Who we are

The Bridge Homelessness to Hope is a charity in Leicester that provides support and advocacy to people experiencing homelessness. This includes those who are rough sleeping, sofa surfing, and people who are in temporary or unsuitable accommodation. Our vision is for everyone to have a place they can call home and hope for the future.

The Bridge provides a safe space for people to:

• Wash and dry their clothing
• Shower
• Access WIFI
• Get clothing and toiletries
• Eat a hot meal
• Socialise with others
• Learn new skills
• Take part in therapeutic activities such as Art & Crafts, Music and Football

As well as speak with our caseworkers who offer support and advice with the following:

• Housing (housing applications)
• Benefits (benefit applications)
• Connecting with a GP or Dentist
• Accessing Mental Health and Wellbeing Support
• Accessing One-to-One Mentoring (The Lighthouse Project)
