We are looking for a Supporter Involvement Officer to join the Public Engagement team at St Mungo’s. In this role you will be helping to develop, manage and deliver our fundraising communications for existing supporters. You will help our programme to engage supporters, demonstrate the amazing impact that their contribution can have and help increase our income to help end homelessness.
You will project manage our programme, with support from your manager, with a focus on increasing response rate, income, engagement and donor loyalty among our supporters. You will ensure that high quality work is delivered on time. You will also monitor performance to ensure that the communications plan meets targets.
You will work closely with our Fundraising Data team to source campaign data to analyse performance and have opportunities to work with colleagues across the wider fundraising team on other key projects as they develop.
You will join a motivated and passionate team. With your help, we will be able to nurture our donors, who in turn help provide the income we need to expand the support St Mungo’s can provided to people experiencing homelessness.
About you
We are looking for a someone with experience of working in a fast-paced fundraising, marketing or communications environment. We encourage you to apply if you are a creative individual with excellent communication skills and can demonstrate your:
- Experience of delivering and analysing projects to schedule and budget.

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. Following a thorough review of our current marketing and fundraising practice, the Hospice is looking for an innovative and forward thinking Head of Brand and Communications to lead our Marketing & Communications Team. About the role:
The role will be reporting to the Head of Communications and will play a critical role in driving new membership, managing and retaining existing members, and enhancing the overall membership experience. About you:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within a membership organisation and agricultural supply chains.
- Proven relationship management, networking and business development skills, preferably within the sector, or agricultural supply chains.
- Approximately 5+ years experience in a Membership role, or in other relevant roles such as in Account management, Sales Account management or Corporate Relations.
- Strong understanding of the issues and dynamics in agricultural supply chains and membership organisations.
- Excellent presentation, listening and negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with fluency in English required and proficiency in additional languages, such as German or Arabic, considered an asset.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to private sector needs within a mission-based organisation.
- Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter, demonstrating a dynamic, driven mindset with strong lateral thinking skills to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Strong experience in event management and delivery, including planning, organising, and executing forums, conferences, and other high-profile events.

The Senior Legacy and In Memory Fundraiser will play a key role in delivering our Legacy and In Memory programmes. This includes developing and implementing campaigns and initiatives to encourage and steward enquirers, pledgers and those who give us a gift in their Will. The role
The purpose of this role is to be our expert in Legacy and In Memory marketing and fundraising. You will lead on the day-to-day delivery of our Legacy and In Memory marketing campaigns - from inception to evaluation, as well as testing new channels.
You will be working across multiple channels including both digital and traditional and in addition social, email, direct marketing and telephone fundraising.
You will be working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver these Legacy and In Memory marketing campaigns on time, to budget, and meeting all Key Performance Indicators.
About you
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in all marketing tools and channel including both digital and non-digital.
You will have solid experience managing marketing activity from concept, planning, design, print, production and postage. And have extensive experience in all stages of the supporter journey – acquisition, consideration, conversion, retention and long-term loyalty.
You will have a proven track record in growing supporter engagement and loyalty with a relationship management approach, ideally within the charitable sector.
You will also have extensive experience of developing and project managing a variety of fundraising and marketing campaigns and other projects within budget and on time.

We’re looking for a Brand Communications Manager (Fixed Term) to join our team
Salary: Circa £40,000
Base: Central Edinburgh/hybrid
Hours: Full time and fixed term – Start date ASAP, approximate end date will be June 2026. Working 35 hours a week over core working hours of 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. About the team
The Income Generation Directorate at Shelter comprises of the five departments, delivering a mature fundraising programme that has seen continuous year on year diversity and growth. The directorate generates over £48m gross income each year, of which a high percentage is unrestricted.
Our Corporate Partnerships team is split into two areas - New Partnerships which generates income by securing new relationships with private sector businesses, and the Partnership Management team, where this role sits, is responsible for the growth of Shelter’s voluntary income by managing and developing existing corporate partnerships spanning a variety of sectors. We’re looking for a manager to lead on our two brand new Art Projects: Art Group and Art Hub. This is an exciting and varied role for someone who is creative, has a genuine passion for working with people and who has good project management skills.
The right candidate will have experience of taking original art, creating it into sellable products e.g prints, putting onto cards, mugs, tea towels (to name a few possibilities!) and successfully marketing for sale and/or they will hold a relevant degree with the ability to demonstrate that they have the skills to do this.
This role is full time (37.5 hours Monday - Friday), we would consider part time pro rata (4 days / 30 hours per week) if the right candidate preferred this.
About the Projects
Art School: Background Information to the Art Projects
We ran a Community Art School for adult artists with learning disabilities for two years from 2022 – 2024 thanks to funding from the National Lottery. Over the course of the project we worked with over 40 artists with learning disabilities & autism. Art School was a non-directive art group, a place where neurodiverse adults met to create art that was important to them and reflected who they are as individuals. Neurodiverse people can feel pressure to ‘mask’ who they truly are to fit into society’s accepted norms. We wanted to offer a space where neurodiverse adults could authentically express themselves. This group was led by an autistic art facilitator.
Art Group
We have started a new weekly Art Group in partnership with the charity East London Textile Arts (ELTA). This is a mixed ability group where artists with and without learning disabilities from ELTA and Hopeful Futures come together to work on heritage themed projects for exhibition. You will be responsible for the overall management for the Hopeful Futures part of this group.
Art Hub
Our new Art Hub is all about ‘our work is valuable to our community’. You will be responsible for the running of two weekly art hub sessions at Rosetta Arts in Westham where seven artists with a learning disability at each session will create their own pieces of work through the guidance and support of a qualified art tutor. You will be responsible for helping each artist to develop their work into sellable products and raising their profiles as individual artists.

Purpose of role:
FareShare South West’s (FSSW) fundraising need and strategy has developed and diversified rapidly in line with major growth since 2017. As a charity we annually raise over £700k in fundraised income from trusts and foundations, corporate donations, individual donors, major donors, community fundraising and events. In the next year this is set to grow as we plan exciting new services across Bristol, Devon, and Cornwall.
The Grants Manager (GM) is a new fundraising role that will be vital in supporting our growing team with bid writing to grant-making trusts and foundations. Trust and foundation income has historically been the biggest source of fundraised income for FSSW, which we aim to grow further over the next three years.
We are looking for an individual with experience of researching and writing applications to secure five and six figure grants from trusts, foundations, and statutory sources. With excellent spoken and written communication skills they will be happiest writing applications and reports. The GM will be responsible for securing income for capital and revenue-based projects, from both existing and new funders, leading on larger budget (£15k+) applications.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Build and manage a robust pipeline of medium-large value funding applications, securing grants of £15,000+ from trusts, foundations, and, where required, statutory bodies.

Sustain and grow income from medium and large trusts and foundations through applications, effective stewardship, and timely reporting.

Develop an in-depth knowledge of FareShare South West’s impact and operations in order to craft compelling fundraising proposals, reports, and fundraising campaigns.

Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective funders, delivering outstanding stewardship.

Work with the Head of Fundraising (HOF), Senior Leadership Team and Finance Manager to create restricted project budgets.
