As a national charity, Parentkind gives those with a parenting role a voice in education. They invest substantial resources in representing parents’ views on their child’s learning to local, regional, and national governments and agencies because evidence shows that parental participation in education benefits all children in all schools and society.
Parentkind is the UK’s network of PTA fundraisers. We provide specialist fundraising support and advice to parent volunteers so that every school can benefit from a successful PTA. Our 14,000 PTA members raise over £120+ million per year, placing us alongside some of the largest charities in the UK.

The role
As Corporate Partnerships Executive you will be responsible for raising the profile of the Charity in Shropshire and Herefordshire and building relationships with Corporate companies across the counties.
You will be responsible for developing a Corporate pipeline as well as nurturing existing long lasting corporate relationships. You will be working with the Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver the fundraising strategy and grow income too.
About You
As a Corporate Partnership Executive we would love you to have experience of the following;
- Experience of building and maintaining successful relationships with customers, clients and/or supporters
- Sales or income generation experience
- Experience of coordinating tasks, people, and activities
- Experience of working in multidisciplinary teams and with a range of stakeholders
- Experience of general office administration
- Experience of communicating with a wide range of audiences
- Experience of working unsupervised with the ability to drive and generate own workload.
- Public speaking
- Understanding of corporate CSR and ESG polices will be beneficial

The Role
Building relationships with the fire and rescue services in your area, you’ll become an integral part of the local fire services community. You’ll join a nation-wide team of inspiring and innovative fundraisers, working collaboratively to secure the much-needed income for the Charity.

The Role: Operations Manager

You will:
- Demonstrate relevant experience and proven track record within volunteering and community engagement / fundraising.
- Have a good understanding of volunteer motivations, with the ability to manage and work with volunteers and / or local communities.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written, a clear and confident presentation style, and the ability to carry out public speaking, handling press / media enquiries and use of social media.

The Role
This is a key role acting as a delivery partner on our projects, working on streams of community work, and within the staff team. This role is part of the Extended Leadership Team at National Flood Forum
Responsibilities
- Projects and Workstreams: Overseeing and ensuring outstanding delivery on multiple community projects through Flood Action Groups and Multi-Agency Meetings. Support and manage data collection that meets the aims of each project.
- Community Engagement: Engage and empower communities, supporting and representing them and pushing for the best outcomes. Being ambitious on their behalf and advocating for change.
- Report Writing: Ensure reports are on time and are to depth and quality required.
- Staff Training – Ensuring a comprehensive training package is delivered to new starters and continuous professional development of all staff.
- Team Management: Line manage staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Modelling behaviours and driving forward team development.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Manage and develop key stakeholder relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and leading on communications.
- Political and Fundraising Support: Provide data, case studies, and research to support political influencing and fundraising activities. Contribute to and attend policy, political and strategic meetings. Support fundraising activities through providing data and information.
- Income: Identify future income opportunities, sharing information and building relationships for new projects or new income streams with MT.
- Support Senior Management Team proactive role to support to deliver NFF objectives.
Day-to-Day Activities
· You will manage and support Flood Engagement Officers to deliver their projects and work streams and managing development pathways for team members.
- Liaise and develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth operational and community engagement activities.
- Support Senior Management Team to build income streams and develop new activity. Working to develop, support and deliver NFF strategy
- Providing information and case studies for communications and advocacy work
· You will be acting as the main contact for projects and agreed activities.

About the Role
As Supporter Development Officer, you will deliver campaigns and activities for the Supporter Development side of the Individual Giving team, successfully managing the supporter development activity in line with the agreed annual targets and the Fundraising Strategy. Working with the Senior Supporter Development Officer and the Supporter Development Manager, you will deliver the supporter development roadmap, continuously monitoring performance and making improvement recommendations.
Principle duties include:
· Managing integrated donor journeys on channels such as online, post and social, with a donor centric approach.
· Inputting into and delivering the Fundraising Strategy within the Supporter Development Team.
· Working within the Supporter Development Team to deliver a donor centric lifetime value optimised approach.
· Report on the targets and KPIs of campaign activity.
· Applying a test and learn strategy for supporter journeys, and sharing learnings with the Supporter Development Team, upskilling team knowledge and experience within key areas of delivery.
· Project managing campaigns and activity including expenditure budgets.
· Working closely and in partnership with The Donkey Sanctuary’s external agencies to deliver campaign activity.
About You
With experience of working with databases and spreadsheets, you will have a high level of data protection/GDPR knowledge and meticulous application.
You will also have experience of:
· Demonstrable experience of managing fundraising or customer service campaigns and activities.
· Project management experience.
· A proven track record of working within a team environment with complex internal stakeholders.
· Experience of managing direct marketing budgets and of supporting direct marketing analysis to enhance the performance of channels, products, and specific appeals.
· Knowledge and experience of CRM systems.
· Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst working with a number of conflicting demands and deadlines.

The Role:
- Lead on the development and implementation of the Individual Giving strategy and programme to retain, acquire and develop donors
- Manage income and expenditure budgets including phasing, reforecasting and contingency planning

- Develop new products for individual giving, regular giving and lottery recruitment
- Manage and support a team of two Individual Giving Officers
- Work closely with internal colleagues across fundraising and marketing, and manage external suppliers to deliver campaigns
About You:
- Solid experience in an individual giving fundraising role in the charity sector with understanding of wide range of direct marketing activities including digital, direct mail, telemarketing, face to face, inserts and door drops
- Experience working for a national charity is desirable

- Demonstrate effective relationship-management skills and ability to deliver engaging content for donors
