Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We would like to recruit a new Team Lead for our Enfield IPS (SMI) Service who is passionate about delivering the best quality service to our clients.
Experience of team management is not essential, but you will need to be an experienced Employment Specialist or Senior Employment Specialist, with a performance (quality and outcomes) track record to enable you to demonstrate IPS principles and ways of working to your team. We would also ideally like you to have experience of driving change or improving performance, either at team level or as an individual team member. Experience of a fidelity review at any level would be an advantage.
You will be leading a team of 5 employment specialists (4.5 FTE) and a peer employment support worker. You will be responsible for providing supervision, training including field mentoring, caseload management support as well working with clinical team leads, contract commissioners and health leads. You will be also responsible for monitoring team performance, data analysis and monthly reporting. You will work with the Operations Manager to improve team performance in terms of outcomes and quality. The Operations Manager will be responsible for quarterly reporting but will need your support with this task.
We understand that this is a busy role, but you will be supported by the Operations Manager and other Head Office roles to help you and your team succeed.
The service has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people into employment.
The Enfield IPS team works alongside two IPS PC teams and a WorkWell team so there will be opportunities to share ideas and develop joint working within the borough to support a wide range of clients.
Working Well Trust also operates other SMI IPS services so you will also work with other team leads to develop high fidelity working practices across the services.

Operations Manager - IT and GDPR - Maternity cover - London

Charity People are very pleased to be partnering with a leading not-for-profit campaigning organisation which uses the law to create a better, fairer and greener future for the UK.
This is a 12 months maternity contract offering a salary of £57,700 per annum. This is a hybrid role coming to London initially twice a week and then once a week.
Reporting to the COO you will be working very closely with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the 3rd party support provider and the 3rd party data protection officer.
Your main duties will be:
- To work with the IT support provider to ensure that internal staff members receive an optimal level of IT support
- To support the Campaigns Technology team in implementing the organisation’s data strategy
- To drive the development of the organisation’s AI policy, including coordinating any relevant trials
- To support implementing necessary improvements to GLP’s business applications and work systems
- To implement a policy for the use of personal devices
- Working with HR, to ensure that all mandatory or other required tech training is commissioned and delivered; this includes carrying out induction training for any new starters
- To monitor IT operations costs and ensure that they remain good value for money
- To identify gaps in GDPR compliance and to project manage fulfilling any complex data subject access requests received
- To work with the IT support supplier to ensure that the oirganisation’s core tech security arrangements are adequate, regularly reviewed and updated
- To assist colleagues with IT security and GDPR queries
- To identify training needs, both in terms of tooling, policies and broad GDPR and IT security awareness
Candidates applying for this role must have the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience of working in a corporate IT function
- Significant project management experience, with a track record of delivering effective projects on time and to budget
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive relationship with an external IT support provider and other external suppliers
- Ability to act as a strong liaison point between the technical requirements and priorities and the rest of the organisation
- Ability to explain technical concepts, risks and opportunities clearly and simply to a non-technical audience
- Ability and willingness to stay up to date on relevant technical issues, and to maintain and enhance knowledge and understanding of these issues within the organisation
- Good all-round and up-to-date knowledge of IT infrastructure and security (although detailed in-depth technical knowledge is held and provided by the IT support supplier)
- Good knowledge of GDPR requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Data Manager to join our medium-sized Manchester charity. Key Responsibilities

Since 2009, The Orchard Project has brought over 640 orchards into the heart of urban communities, specifically in areas of high deprivation where there is limited access to nature. Local people are trained in the skills needed to care for orchards, ensuring they remain viable for generations to come. The new Operations and Data Manager will support staff with improved admin systems and data management and develop more sophisticated systems, such as the database and online processes, to enable The Orchard Project to operate more effectively and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
* Administrative and Organisational Support: Coordinate HR processes, manage contracts, handle enquiries, and support logistics for meetings and events. Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry and minute-taking.
* Salesforce and Data Management: Lead Salesforce CRM management, enhance workflows, and provide staff training. Maintain accurate data records, support fundraising, and develop systems for measuring and sharing impact.
* Systems and Tools Management: Manage Microsoft 365 for team collaboration, provide IT troubleshooting, and ensure efficient use of shared tools and resources.
The Operations and Data Manager will have previous experience of working in an administrative or similar role. The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365 and a good working knowledge of IT and cloud-based systems. You will have experience of prioritising and managing a complex workload, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be highly organised and detailed orientated. You will have good communication skills to manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and able to coach and train others.
You will be an "all-rounder" with a can-do attitude and comfortable working in a remote organisation and willing to lead on all administration for a small charity. You will be able to work independently and flexibly to meet the day-to-day needs of the charity and also a strong team player. You will have a genuine passion for using IT systems to improve work life for colleagues.

Job Purpose

Applications are invited for a Senior Operations Manager (Deputy COO) to join the Operations Group at the Earlham Institute, based in Norwich, UK.

The Operations Division provides support across all our main activities and infrastructure, allowing us to deliver world-class science. Keeping everything running smoothly, Operations brings together specialists from multidisciplined groups to ensure we are well placed and supported to stay at the forefront of the life sciences.
The role:
The Senior Operations Manager (SOM) (Deputy COO) will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operational running of the Institute. They will be first point of call for all enquiries from staff, students, and other external stakeholders across all operations at the Earlham Institute (EI) crossing all areas of operational activity from corporate services to laboratory management.
They will support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with the management of the Division, with line management of the Communications and Operational and Laboratory Management Groups which including building management and capital projects, as well as the Business Support Team. They will also assist with preparing briefing documents for senior Board and Committees and deputise for the COO on committees when needed.
The Senior Operations Manager is a busy and varied role, no two days are the same. The post holder will also assist the COO to oversee services provided to the Institute via the shared services (Norwich Bioscience Institute Partnership (NBIP)) providing Estates, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Finance, Purchasing and Computing services ensuring they are aligned to the needs of the Institute.
The ideal candidate:
The Senior Operations Manager will have a degree in relevant financial, legal, project management or operational areas of expertise or equivalent qualification.
They will have extensive experience working at Senior Management level, or working in a busy multidisciplined organisation, with involvement in the management of operational activities. They will need excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment, they will need a strong understanding of health and safety legislation in the workplace, if the post holder has experience in project management it will also be beneficial.
It is critical that the post holder has a natural interest in what makes an organisation successful in its delivery, can see solutions to barriers to success and wants to help others achieve their goals. They also need to be happy to be the front-line support for a variety of enquiries that need to be solved quickly.

About the role
We are looking for an interim Selections Manager to lead a team responsible for complex data selections for integrated, multi-channel communications to our fantastic supporters. The team also document data procedures for third party processing and conduct vital data quality checks. Within this role you will lead the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data selections, build FastStats capabilities, create and embed process improvements to drive efficiencies and effectiveness, work closely with our Brand, Marketing and Fundraising directorate, and support the wellbeing and development of your team.

We are looking for someone with experience making complex database selections for outbound fundraising and marketing communications, using FastStats. Crisis currently select data from Raiser’s Edge however, the successful candidate may have experience with a different CRM system. You will be experienced in managing and delivering projects, distributing work across a team to ensure agreed deadlines are met. You will also have experience in managing, supporting, and developing people to achieve their potential.
