Dandelion Time’s pioneering nature-based therapy seeks to rebuild the confidence and self-belief of children impacted by trauma, enabling them to take the necessary steps to move forward. To support our expansion across Kent, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Family Caseworker. You will work directly with children and families delivering our unique therapeutic programme aimed at helping families recover from trauma.
As a member of a close knit and hugely supportive team, you will manage your own caseload and be responsible for preparing, leading and delivering family sessions, including organising yourself and others in craft activities, gardening, meal preparation and individual face to face working.

You will be based at our West Farleigh (Maidstone) site but must have the ability and willingness to also work from one or more of our other sites including Shadoxhurst (Ashford) and Shorne (Gravesend). As we grow we will need you to travel to and work at our new sites (within reasonable travelling distance). Please note that public transport is limited at all our sites so you will need your own transport.

Our mission is to supports adults, young people and children living with long-term neurological conditions and/or neuro diversities to access specialist therapies, support, and information in a safe, supportive environment to help them improve their physical and mental well-being.
The Merlin Neuro Therapy Centre, located in mid-Cornwall, is a Cornish charity providing a place of support, therapy, information, and community for people living with a long-term neurological condition and/or those who are neurodiverse. We give financial assistance to our beneficiaries in the form of subsidised specialist therapies. Our purpose built, fully accessible Centre, opened in 2009 and offers physiotherapy; exercise classes; Ayres’ Sensory Integration (ASI) therapy (a discipline of Occupational Therapy), and oxygen therapy. The Primrose Hydrotherapy Pool facility, which was built in the grounds, opened in 2019, providing both individual and group hydrotherapy sessions.
Living with a long-term health condition brings many challenges, not just for those diagnosed, but also for family members. Symptoms can affect physical, cognitive, emotional, and psychological health. For our clients who have sensory processing difficulties, due to being neurodivergent, everyday situations and relationships can be perplexing and taxing.
Our main aims are to improve the health and well-being of our community; help people manage their symptoms and situations; and support their main care giver, often a family member. Services are delivered by a highly experienced team, with a broad range of skills and experience in delivering specialist therapies.
The Role
We are looking for a Community Fundraising Officer who has the key skills to help us raise vital income for our charity. You will develop and deliver fundraising initiatives through partnerships with local groups, schools, associations and individuals. This role will also involve delivering fundraising events. Organisation and creativity are essential skills for this role.
Volunteers are at the heart of our charity, and it is essential our community volunteer base is grown and supported to ensure successful community fundraising in Cornwall. Being friendly, approachable and leading by example are key attributes to the success of this role.
To devise, plan and support a strong and successful events programme to raise substantial income and awareness across Cornwall, attracting different sections of the community including family members and corporates.

An average day:
- Meet with staff and volunteers to plan the day and prepare the site
- Welcome people onsite, lead or support the setting of activities for the morning
- Lead a group in horticultural activities and meet people 121 for assessments or regular reviews
- Join the group of staff, volunteers and people accessing the service to stop for lunch
- Lead a group in horticultural activities and wrap up the day
- Debrief with staff and volunteers, write up notes and if needed contact referrers or other agencies before closing up the site.
About You
You’ll understand the community Bridewell supports, demonstrate empathy and knowledge of the challenges faced by people affected by serious mental health conditions.
You’ll have experience of working in a mental health setting and be open to new learning
You will have professional training and experience in occupational therapy, mental health, or social and therapeutic horticulture
Reflective practice and working collaboratively in a small team are second-nature to you, you accept everyone as they are and focus on strengths and solutions to make progress
You enjoy working outdoors (in all weathers!), you’re practical minded and have a strong interest in gardening and nature
This is a part time position, 21 hours per week over three days. The role will involve occasional weekend work to support public events including Bridewell’s Open Days. You will need your own transport and a full driving license.

Alongside CP and sensory motor disorders, our therapy service caters for children with a wider variety of needs, including autistic spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, social emotional and mental health challenges, behavioural challenges and school refusers. Our early intervention provision supports babies and toddlers (aged 0-3) known to have, or at high risk of a neurodiasbility.

As a Trusts and Foundations Manager you will be at the heart of our strategic vision. You will lead on building new and stewarding existing relationships to secure substantial funding from Trust and Foundations to support our core services, across Child and Family Therapy Services and the School. What you will be working on:
- You’ll secure significant income from a portfolio of Charitable Trusts and Foundations against agreed annual targets and in line with Pace strategy.
- You’ll proactively identify, develop and support relationships with Charitable Trusts and Foundations (including with their trustees and officers) and provide exceptional ongoing stewardship.
- You’ll collaborate with Pace Trustees and Patrons, the senior leadership team and cross-functional teams, including, Pace School, Child and Family Therapy Services, fundraising and marketing, to support funding applications, data collection/monitoring and impact reporting.
- You’ll adhere to the highest standards of fundraising best practice as set out in the Institute of Fundraising’s Codes of Practice and ensure that all activities comply fully with the relevant Data Protection and any other legislation.
- You’ll manage a Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser (currently on maternity leave) and deputise for the Head of Income Generation if appropriate.
This job is for you if:

- You have demonstrable experience of securing up to six figure gifts from Charitable Trusts and Foundations and meeting income targets.
- You have experience of developing and implementing strategies, action plans, budgets and funding pipelines.

- You have the ability to understand and convey complex information and communicate this clearly and concisely.

Wherever possible staff and young people will co-produce what this service looks like and what activities the young people engage in.

The Role
Are you a skilled leader with a passion for supporting young people and those affected by substance misuse? Insight Lewisham is seeking a Lead Practitioner to manage a dedicated team and deliver high-quality services to individuals and families in their community.
As Senior Practitioner your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited too:
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery within your specialist area, ensuring quality and performance targets (KPIs) are met.
- Manage and mentor a team of Recovery Coordinators and Support Workers, providing regular supervision, training, and development.
- Lead the delivery of services that meet local needs, including harm reduction, evidence-based interventions (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, CBT, PSIs), and holistic recovery planning.
- Manage a small caseload (10-15 Young People), conducting comprehensive assessments, risk management, and family involvement in recovery where appropriate.

- Deputise for the Service Manager when needed and contribute to strategic planning and corporate activities.

Aquarius work with families and young people across a range of home and community settings supporting parents to build insight into the impact of parental substance misuse whilst developing safety and risk management strategies to minimise risk to the wider family.
Your challenge? To support and deliver substance misuse and safeguarding focused interventions with substance using parents through 1:1 support, group facilitation and employing an multi-agency approach alongside voluntary and statutory agencies involved in family support.
Aquarius has a well embedded family service with a think family approach being utilised across the city of Derby We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to help deliver this service and expand the family support options to support families in Derby with the aim of improving outcomes for all family members affected by parental substance misuse.
An energetic and confident self-starter, you will need a passion for working with families supported by a qualification in health/social care, youth and community work (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or above, DipSW, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Addiction Studies). We’re looking for a capable and caring person to join Lancashire Mind’s existing Housing Team. Under the direction of the Housing Operations Lead, you will manage a caseload of tenants with enduring mental health conditions, living in properties which are managed by Lancashire Mind.
Via home visits, you will work with each tenant to agree a support plan to enable them to maintain their tenancy and move towards independent living.
You will build strong working relationships with local services to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting tenants, whilst at the same time developing and maintaining good working relationships with other local services and organisations that provide support services to tenants.
You will complete and update records of interactions with tenants on the internal database and input data accurately onto monitoring spreadsheets.
To succeed in the role, you will need excellent communication skills, be IT literate, and able to establish relationships based on trust with different people.

The role
The Senior individual giving officer will report to the Senior individual giving manager.
Principal accountabilities / responsibilities
Fundraising
· Support fundraising activity across a wide range of programmes, including individual giving, legacy, in-memory and events fundraising
· Plan, execute, monitor and report on individual giving and legacy appeals, leading project groups with the support of the Senior Individual Giving Manager
· Optimise retention and increase supporter lifetime value through development of channel specific and donor-led effective welcome journeys, and seamless supporter journeys.
· Use strong creative and copywriting skills to produce stand-out communications that elicit an emotional response and successfully solicit income
· In collaboration with the database team, analyse response data and feedback and use this to propose campaign optimisations and future campaign recommendations
· Manage and monitor own campaign budgets and results, reforecasting and providing detailed commentary and analysis
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure activity is delivered to agreed plans, budgets and deadlines
· Ensure individual giving integrates with the wider organisational calendar and that supporter communications support and align with key activities and goals

Job description
- The Resident Liaison and Occupancy (RLO) Lead will be responsible for managing the full enquiry process for individuals requiring our services, providing excellent levels of customer care. They will ensure a warm and receptive experience for veterans and their partners with our Homes, assist them with their individual financial needs assessments, help coordinate the moving in process, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- The RLO Lead will work closely with beneficiaries and their families across all our Homes, as well as local authorities and social workers to ensure that veterans and their partners can access the services and environments that best meet their needs.
Assessment and access to services
- Coordinate and manage the enquiry and moving in process to our Homes from first points of contact or referral to admission, ensuring a smooth transition for veterans and their partners.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ needs in collaboration with our Homes, social workers and healthcare professionals.
- Identify suitable services and support according to our criteria that align with assessed needs, preferences, and best interests of the individuals.
Liaison and coordination
- Act as a primary point of contact for our Homes, social workers, families, and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to veterans and their families throughout the moving in journey, or where they require support from other services.
- Provide a positive customer experience, helping to facilitate communication and collaboration among all parties involved with the moving in process.
- Work in collaboration with the Marcomms teams to input effective data to relevant analysis.
Contract management
- Negotiate and manage resident agreements with Home Managers, local authorities, residents and families, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor relationships and communication with local authorities, community teams and hospital discharge teams addressing any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor the ratio of self-funders to local authority residents and liaise with the Financial Controller to report their occupancy status.
Quality assurance and compliance
- Ensure that all admissions comply with regulatory standards, our policies, and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of the assessment and admissions of new residents into our Homes to maintain high standards of satisfaction.

Data management and reporting

Supporter Care Officer (fundraising)

Excellent supporter care is vital to our relationship with our community of current and potential donors, event participants and legacy pledgers. This role will lead on ensuring that supporters have a great experience with the Royal Free Charity, combining front-facing supporter stewardship with further developing and enhancing office processes in collaboration with our database team. We expect the postholder to proactively suggest and make improvements, keeping the supporter at the core of all we do.
Responsibilities
Supporter stewardship
· Act as first point of contact for any fundraising enquiries through email, post and phone, providing an excellent supporter experience
· Deliver high quality outbound supporter care calls, emails and post, including ongoing stewardship of your own cohort of supporters
· Support the IG team to deliver excellent Legacy and In Memory donor stewardship, including managing the Legacies inbox and supporting In Memory donors with fundraising queries
Office processes
- Develop and manage office volunteering opportunities, identifying needs and working with the volunteer team to recruit and train office volunteers
· Process telephone donations and delivering a personalised thanking process
· Deliver training across the team as required on donation processing
- Work with database team to oversee processing of postal correspondence, including updating supporter records as required.
- Oversee thanking processes for ad hoc donations and major appeal activity in collaboration with database team. Ensure that high standards are maintained, templates are kept updated and that processes are regularly reviewed.

Supporting key strategic projects
· Support the smooth running of the RFC’s ambassador programme, including developing regular bulletins and offering marketing support
· Support fundraising appeal activity, including quality monitoring of third party agency donor calls, logistical support for our face to face programme, and monitoring stock of materials.
· Support the development of our corporate fundraising, by helping with research on opportunities, application screening, and developing applications for local small corporate funds.
