We are seeking an experienced, autonomous and results-driven outbound sales expert to establish new business development strategies through outbound initiatives and to identify and implement new sales software or tools of relevance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling successful outbound sales strategies with a focus on acquiring new business within the B2B wellbeing space.

The candidate will be able to identify new market opportunities and generate leads to build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet agreed revenue and impact KPIs.  

The role will include managing and delegating administrative responsibilities to the Client Sales Executive and working collaboratively to inform and upskill them on the overall outbound strategy.

Job Summary
Our new Wellbeing Manager role will complement Cardiomyopathy UKs new Community Engagement Programme, "Thriving Together." This programme promotes equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) while leading community development initiatives. The role involves strategising and implementing mental health support services, benefits and welfare support and managing relationships with external freelancers and partners. A key focus of this position is developing and delivering group support sessions within our Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) programme. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training to confidently facilitate group ACT sessions, ensuring participants receive effective skills-based support that helps their well-being.

NB: The role is remote, with an expectation to visit the Amersham-based head office at least twice monthly. Amersham is on the Metropolitan Tube Line and is serviced by mainline train services. Travel expenses will be paid. 

Role
The main duties for this role are as follows:

1. Provision of mental health support via Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

• Undergo training to become proficient in delivering Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
• Implement ACT sessions in group online formats to support individuals in managing mental health challenges.
• Develop tailored ACT programs that address the specific needs of our community members.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ACT interventions, adapting approaches as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Liaise and manage the partnership with our ACT provider to ensure our community receives one-to-one support where appropriate

2. Community Development

• Work with our existing peer support programme to develop and implement equality, diversity and inclusion strategies to ensure all community engagement activities are inclusive and accessible.
• Identify and address the needs of marginalized and underserved communities through tailored community development projects.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Organise and facilitate community events and activities to promote social inclusion and cohesion

3. Provision of Benefits and Welfare Support

• Develop and oversee our benefits and welfare programs that support the financial well-being of community members.
• Liaise and manage the partnership with our external benefits advisor to ensure our community receives comprehensive benefits and welfare advice.
• Collaborate with local agencies and organizations to enhance the reach and impact of welfare programs.

4. Programme Development

• ·Design and develop new wellbeing programs tailored to the unique challenges and preferences of individuals with cardiomyopathy.
• Pilot new initiatives, gather feedback, and refine programs based on outcomes and participant input.

5. Performance Management and Quality Assurance

• Establish performance management frameworks to monitor the effectiveness of community engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure outcomes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery and participant satisfaction.

Purpose of the Job 

Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow Mind run an innovative crisis prevention service designed as a place for children and young people at risk of mental health crises to de-escalate and have access to a skilled staff team to support them. The Circle is open out of hours (3pm-11pm or 12pm-8pm weekends and holidays), 365 days a year, and has been designed to reduce the need for young people to attend A&E. Co-designed by young people, it is a friendly and accessible space.The mental health adviser role is key to the support that children and young people will receive on site, and you will have the opportunity to work with 5-18 year olds, as well as providing signposting and support to parents/carers and other agencies.

This Mental Health Adviser role would suit an experienced Mental Health Youth Worker, CAMHS support worker, Youth Counsellor, Child Wellbeing Practitioner, Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner, an Assistant Psychologist with some training in MH interventions like CBT,  or other roles that have given you experience and skills in  working with Children and Young People presenting with difficulties related to their Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team dedicated to providing support to children and young people who are at risk of mental health crisis, or may otherwise attend A&E.
• Offer one to one support via drop in or appointments, and be child-centred in that support.
• Work alongside children and young people, their parents/carers and families in increasing self-management of presenting difficulties.
• Signpost anyone accessing the service to appropriate and local on-going support; and build up your knowledge and networks of such support.
• Understand and implement safeguarding procedures, and be familiar with safeguarding law, and how it applies to our work.
• Follow risk procedures, be familiar with completing risk assessments, and refer to on-call or senior managers appropriately.

You will have:

• A minimum of two years’ experience of supporting children and/young people in a mental health service or similar role in a paid or volunteer capacity, in a 1:1 and group setting
• An ability to form supportive relationships with families, and tailor support to individual need.
• A child-centred approach to work.
• Working knowledge of child and adult safeguarding.
• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of equality and diversity issues and the ability to integrate into your work.

Bromley Mental Health Hub is part of the transformation of mental health services in the London Borough of Bromley under the NHS Long Term Plan. Role Overview: 

As a Young Persons Link Worker, you will be providing social prescribing support to young people, and/or their families. The aim of the role is to help clients improve their health and wellbeing by connecting them to community support. This could include helping people with a range of issues such as coping with social pressures, emotional wellbeing, physical inactivity, financial difficulties, crime, loneliness, bullying, relationship issues, housing issues and family problems.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:  

Person-centred care and support 

• Deliver effective social prescribing appointments using a holistic and person-centred approach
• Empower clients to take control of their own wellbeing by building their confidence, motivating them to set goals and creating personalised action plan
• Signpost and refer people to local voluntary, community and statutory services that help meet their needs

Communication and Collaboration 

• Work with the Primary Care partners and the Enable Health & Wellbeing Team to develop a social prescribing service that supports young people and families
• Maintain regular contact with primary care teams, providing updates and sharing knowledge of local VCSE organisations
• Develop supportive relationships and work in partnership with local VCSE organisations, community groups, and statutory services to make safe and effective onward referrals

Service Quality and Development 

• Collect and record outcome and monitoring data using required systems, contributing to the evaluation of the programm
• Manage own case load to ensure clients receive appropriate levels of support and expectations are met and keep accurate records of client interactions and record all onward referrals to VCSE service
• Gather client feedback to evaluate the quality of the service and to inform service changes and developments
• Complete Quality Assurance Assessments for VCSE organisations accepting social prescribing referrals to ensure they are safe, effective, and have the support they need to be part of social prescribing

Skills and Experience:  

• At least 2 years’ experience in a role that involves delivering face-to-face support in a relevant health, social care or youth work environment
• At least 2 years’ experience working with/ supporting disadvantaged young people and their families
• Experience of working with the VCSE sector, including with volunteers, small community groups and youth groups
• Experience of partnership working and relationship building across different sectors and organisations
• Motivational interviewing, behaviour change, or health coaching qualification (desirable) or willingness to undertake training (essential)
• Understanding of the challenge’s young people and families within inner London face particularly relating to obesity and mental health issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and other client monitoring systems or tools as required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with a wide range partners including GPs, VCSE organisations and service users
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; able to communicate with a range of stakeholders in a meaningful way
• Able to work flexible hours if required by the post and able to work in various setting
• Able to commute to various service locations across the borough as required

Purpose of the Job:

This role is within our crisis alternative service – Safe Space - which is an out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. The service operates 365 days a year from 12:00pm(midday)-11:30pm across all of our boroughs. The shift pattern for this role is 4:30-11:30pm. This will be on a rota basis across support workers.

Staff within the service will provide person-centred, practical and emotional support, face to face or via telephone on a one-to-one or group basis to individuals experiencing mental health crisis. This will consist of 1:1 support; de-escalating and providing interventions, signposting for specialised or longer-term support, and delivering collaborative self-management plans with clients to improve mental wellbeing. The aim of this service is to de-escalate and prevent further crises.

The objectives of the service include:

• To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in HFEH.
• To provide support to clients accessing the service- for instance: signposting, de-escalation, planned wellbeing activities etc.
• To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
• To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
• To treat service users with respect, dignity and personalised support
• To raise awareness of mental health services available with the goal to improve long term mental health and reduce social isolation
• To increase self-management skills of those accessing the service
• To reduce the use of police, ambulance and statutory mental health services whilst experiencing crisis.
• To reduce the use of statutory crisis services by people experiencing mental ill health without positive outcomes for the individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing a person centred and recovery orientated approach in all aspects of the roles and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities 

Oversee the Youth Voice programme

• Oversee the day to day running of The Mix’s Youth Voice programme, ensuring its alignment with
  The Mix’s strategy
• Lead the management of a database with 500+ young people, overseeing monthly reporting and
  data reviews
• Cultivate and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for active youth participation
• Matrix manage a team of dedicated Youth Voice staff leads, providing guidance, support, and
  fostering collaboration
• Design and deliver Youth Voice training for all staff to equip everyone for meaningful involvement
  of young people in their work
• Advocate for the meaningful involvement of young people in all aspects of The Mix’s internal and
  partnership work from ideation through to evaluation
• Collaborate with internal teams and prominent brands and organisations to integrate youth insights
  into decision-making processes
• Lead Youth Voice projects, emphasising the amplification of young people’s voices while managing
• timelines and budgets effectively
• Ensure the effective implementation of safeguarding measures in the Youth Voice department,
  creating safe spaces for participation and maintaining compliance with safeguarding policy
  and procedure
• Work with the safeguarding team to build a culture of transparency and safety across
  the organisation
• Possible line management of officers and interns

Design engagement opportunities

• Design and implement a wide range of youth engagement opportunities, tailoring approaches to
  resonate with diverse groups of young people
• Work alongside the Senior Engagement and Training Officer to launch new Youth Voice roles as part
  of our community strategy, offering training support and taking the lead in ensuring their success in
  these roles
• Quality assure all session plans and engagement activities across the organisation
• Actively work to engage lesser heard groups of young people in our programme
• Ensure that all engagement opportunities are accessible, and inclusive of all young people

Community Strategy

• Ensure young people are at the heart of The Mix’s youth-led community, across a range of digital
  platforms including social media
• Support the community team when needed

Person Specification

Essential

• A commitment to advocating for young people’s voices and ideas, with a drive to support and create
  opportunities for them to have ownership of spaces that they use
• Experience embedding youth participation frameworks within organisations
• Knowledge and understanding of Youth Voice frameworks and models
• Experience in group facilitation and an understanding of the co-design process
• Experience overcoming key obstacles in embedding youth voice frameworks
• Strong written communication and the ability to demonstrate empathy through written word
• A clear understanding of digital tools that young people use - including social media
• Experience delivering Youth Voice activities
• A youth work qualification or equivalent work experience
• Excellent organisation and administration skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience of working within safeguarding frameworks

Desirable

• Experience of recruiting, managing, engaging and retaining volunteers

With 1 in 5 children struggling with their mental health, our surf therapy intervention is needed now more than ever. We transform the lives of children struggling with depression and anxiety. Through our 6 week course we help them to feel calm, confident, to have positive thoughts about themselves, to have higher self esteem and trust in others. We work with over 2000 children and young people across the UK every year and have reached over 14,000 over the past 14 years.

It is an exciting time to join the charity - we have a new CEO in post who has plans to take this charity to new heights - reaching even more children than ever before and we need an experienced fundraiser who can help us achieve that vision. Working as part of a small fundraising team you will have the ability to really make a substantial difference.

The role is advertised as 15 hours however there is the hope that this will end up being increased in the not too distant future. We will consider candidiates working remotely but for those based near HQ (Newquay, Cornwall) you will be able to join in with our pre work swims/paddles/coffee on the beach and our Bring and Share lunches! You will be working with MHM subject matter experts to obtain information and best practice and turn this into clear and persuasive content.  You will be be responsible for writing and formatting bids, ensuring content and look are in line with the MHM approach. You will also support to produce presentations related to bids, as well as collating content, editing and proof-reading bids and ensuring all deadlines for draft responses and final submissions are met.

To be successful, you will be able to produce high quality, customer focused bids from start to finish.  You will have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.  You will be able to understand the needs of the customer and effectively carry out research and look at best practice to produce winning bids.Understanding and interpreting customer needs from meetings, wider research, ITT content and interpreting this into an effective, winning bid.  You need to be proactive in participating in key meetings to ensure bid solutions and content exceed customer needs, show innovation, and best practice.Take Ownership of lessons learned and development of best practice content for bid library and development.

The Finance and Operations Officer will provide general support to the Head of Finance and Operations across the following areas: 

Office Management

• Managing day-to-day relationship with landlord

• Ensuring office meets all health & safety requirements

• Managing purchases of stationery and office equipment 

• Booking meeting rooms

• Organising catering for internal meetings 

• Supporting with new office search and move to new premises

• Liaising with utility, cleaning and security providers in new premises if required

Human Resources

• Liaising with the external HR providers regarding employee documents

• Maintaining  employee personnel records ensuring that all annual leave and sick leave is recorded correctly

• Assisting in the recruitment of new posts

Finance

• Processing invoices and expenses and coordinating twice monthly payment runs

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following skills and experiences: 

Essential

Terms and Conditions

• Location: Money and Mental Health’s central London office for at least 2 days per week with option for home working the rest of the time. The office is wheelchair accessible.

• Hours: 3 to 4 days (22.5 to 30 hours) a week. The charity has a flexible working policy with core hours of 10am - 3pm and remaining contracted hours distributed throughout the week flexibly. We are open to discussing other flexible arrangements, such as accommodating school runs.

Benefits

• Holidays: 28 days p.a. (including 3 days of annual leave between Christmas and New Year when the office is closed) plus bank holidays, adjusted for the part-time nature of this post and therefore calculated on a pro rata basis.

Minds Up is a growing mental health and wellbeing training programme for young people, delivered in schools across five south east London boroughs by South East London (SEL) Mind. The programme aims to increase young people’s awareness of mental health, help them recognise the signs if they are experiencing poor mental health and help them take action to protect their own mental health and boost their wellbeing.

We are looking for an administrator to help support the effective operation of the Minds Up Service. The role holder will need first rate communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting young people’s mental health. Applicants will be able to demonstrate skills in efficiently managing a central inbox and calendar, as well as experience as the first point of contact for public enquiries.

The administrator will require knowledge and experience of maintaining up-to-date, accurate records across multiple platforms, and supporting data and report compilation. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.

This role is 15 hours per week, which will be worked over at least 3 days. The hybrid working arrangement would involve at least one day working in the office. The working pattern will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
