Corporate Partnerships
The RIBA Corporate Partnerships team is a new team that has been specifically created to innovate, attract, grow and deliver long-term, sustainable sponsorship revenue streams for RIBA, across a range of events, such as awards, conferences, talks, exhibitions and bespoke projects.
This is an exciting time for this team and RIBA. We are building a new future with mix of existing corporate partnerships and developing new business opportunities with sector leading brands.
About the Role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for leading on the acquisition and development of new corporate partners with the intention of driving sales, year-on-year revenue growth and profitability, across the corporate partnership’s portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, this role focuses on securing revenue from leading organisations, both in the UK and internationally, and supports the successful delivery of corporate sponsorship activities, working with colleagues across the RIBA.
This role includes targeting, engaging and developing business with potential clients in our business category. These include, software providers, accountants, lawyers, banks, property companies, developers and built environment consultants.
You will be required to
- Actively seek, secure and maintain new long-term commercially viable corporate partnership sales opportunities through networking, direct targeting and via business related social media
- Develop a pipeline of corporate partner prospects in line with the business strategies, goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential corporate partners, through securing and leading new business meetings
- Provide first point of contact and dedicated account management for corporate partners dealing with any queries or new requirements that may arise
- Monitor and manage corporate partner feedback to support development and client service improvement initiatives
- Oversight of corporate partnership accounts ensuring delivery of all agreed terms and requirements, while enabling sponsors’ objectives are met
- Attend client meetings and internal stakeholder and management meetings as the representative of the Corporate Partnerships team
- Attend events to ensure corporate partners’ requirements are successfully delivered, in line with contracted objectives and goals
Working with the Head of Corporate Partnerships
- Develop strategies for evolving and growing corporate partnerships, employing market intelligence to identify opportunities and assess the current market conditions
- Investigate ways to diversify our corporate partnership base and implement strategies to extend and grow our revenue streams
- Devise and implement strategies to increase revenue year-on-year across the RIBA awards, exhibitions, conferences and RIBAJ ‘special projects
- Prepare high quality and compelling corporate partnership proposals and presentations
- Support the development of corporate partnerships marketing collateral
What are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a membership, media or an events organisation or charity. We are looking for an innovative individual with:
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational skills and written and verbal communication.
- A strong work ethic
- An ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- A knowledge of the architecture and construction industry would be an asset, though not essential.
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Ideally, experience of working with and selling to companies in our business category

Job Purpose
As Project Manager for the BSR registers you will ensure the continued success of BSR’s biologics and biosimilars registers and support BSR’s Registers and Research Committee. This role requires someone who is highly organised with a keen eye for detail, strong financial and commercial acumen, and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders from across a range of different sectors.
About the BSR registers: The BSR registers are a vital source of rheumatology data, which we encourage the rheumatology community to access and analyse for research purposes. BSR’s three active patient registers covering rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis are open for recruitment. Our ankylosing spondylitis register, although closed for recruitment, is available to access for academic research and is contributing data to research questions coming out of the EuroSpA research collaboration.
Main Responsibilities
Management of the BSR registers
- Hold overall responsibility for management of the BSR registers including all legal, contractual and financial matters
- Work with BSR’s delivery partners and registers funders to ensure that contracts, protocols and other agreements are implemented, upheld and administered effectively
- With support from the Head of Publishing and Director of Practice and Quality, negotiate, agree and manage contractual agreements with partners and funders
- Proactively and diplomatically manage contractual and legal risks and issues as they arise
- Ensure the rights and obligations of the BSR (including intellectual property rights and patients’ data protection rights) are upheld and met
- Monitor emerging issues and changes to policy and regulatory frameworks that impact BSR registers, ensuring that colleagues and partners receive timely updates and that BSR responds promptly, ethically, and transparently
Relationship Management and Communications
- Develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with BSR’s delivery partners and funders
- Support the delivery partners to maximise recruitment to the BSR registers
- Oversee and facilitate communications about the registers between BSR, partners, funders and stakeholders
- Develop relationships with relevant stakeholders, including regulatory and oversight bodies
- Collaborate with BSR’s communications team to drive registers awareness and engagement and develop content for social media, website and member communications
- Collaborate with other BSR teams to ensure joined up working, share good practice and evidence
Management of BSR’s Registers and Research Committee
- Provide secretariat to the BSR Registers and Research Committee through organising three meetings per year, preparing agendas and papers, note and minute taking and managing the committee membership, working closely with BSR’s membership team
- Support the Committee to develop and deliver its workplan
Person Specification
- Experience in a programme or project management role
- Knowledge of the health care and/or life sciences sectors
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience of contract and supplier management

The SS Great Britian Trust is seeking a12-month, maternity cover, Development Manager to play a key role in maximising income for the SS Great Britain Trust through Corporate, Trust and individual fundraising. The Role
The Events Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Event Managers and Senior Event Officers in the delivery of commercial conferences and other commercial activity. In 2024, Tower Hamlets received Trailblazer funding to develop and implement new models of community-based mental health care that integrate clinical and voluntary sector provision, in line with The Community Mental Health Framework.

Alongside THMHA members, Look Ahead, and East London Foundation Trust, we are implementing a new community-based, 24/7 mental health care system that prioritises the tailored needs of individuals facing mental health challenges. - Ensure the provision and reporting of financial accounts, forecasting and large-scale project/programme budgets, estate development plans, and the associated reporting.
- Oversight of the legal and financial statutory processes in line with the Charity Commission and Companies House requirements, including the Annual Audit. Allocating tasks for timely responses and keeping all colleagues abreast of progress.
- Monitor, cash flow, reserves, analysis of performance against the organisation’s annual business plan and dashboard as it relates to the finance function.
- Contribute to the overall leadership of the Trust and to the Trust’s future strategic and operational planning. Support Executive Team colleagues as required on the delivery of cross-team initiatives.
- Line management of the Senior Finance Manager, the Debt Recovery Consultant and the Development Partnerships Lead.
Essential Experience, Skills and Attributes:
- Significant and successful experience of operating as a Head of Finance, ideally in a charity setting.
- A track record of working collaboratively with a team to develop successful internal partnerships and achieve joint success against shared objectives.
- Experience of the finance function and all the associated processes, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience of implementing enhanced reporting tools within financial software, including the ability to coach others.
- Practical knowledge of VAT, including accounting of partial exemption relevant to charities.
- Experience of managing staff and supporting their development.
- Strong interpersonal skills for both workplace and external representation contexts, operating with enthusiasm, flexibility, energy and commitment and demonstrating credibility and gravitas.
Desirable Experience, Skills and Attributes:
- A good understanding of the local area.
- Experience of change management.
- Competency in use of Access Dimensions, Focal Point and other MS Office software packages.
Qualification:
- Must hold a formally recognised professional accounting qualification.

The Digital and Content Manager is responsible for the development and execution of BeyondAutism’s digital strategy, ensuring all online content and campaigns support the organisation’s strategic goals. About the role
Channel ownership and development
- Develop and execute a digital and content strategy that aligns with BeyondAutism’s overall marketing objectives.
- Actively manage and grow the website, social channels (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), and email database, ensuring all content and contact lists are up to date.
- Own the technical maintenance and development of BeyondAutism websites (WordPress), working with external developers when required.
- Ensure all digital activity is integrated and aligned, supporting schools, outreach, fundraising, and admissions.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximise engagement on both paid and organic content.
Website and SEO management
- Manage the BeyondAutism websites, ensuring they remain compliant, up to date, user-friendly, and optimised for conversions.
- Apply SEO best practices (both technical and onsite SEO) to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Develop and update landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Liaise with external agencies as needed to enhance website functionality.

Paid advertising and Google Ad Grants
- Manage Google Ad Grants, ensuring compliance and maximisation of the allocated budget.
- Set up, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Continuously track performance and adjust campaigns to improve cost-per-click (CPC) and ROI.
Reporting and analytics
- Establish KPIs for each digital channel in agreement with the Head of Marketing & Communications.
- Monitor website, email, social media, and PPC analytics, converting findings into actionable insights.
- Provide monthly performance reports, assessing the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
Marketing and outreach campaigns
- In consultation with ORMM, lead on digital marketing campaigns to drive leads, registrations, and awareness.
- Implement digital aspects of the lead generation strategy, including Lunch & Learn webinars.
- Consider the customer journey and experience in all digital marketing activity.
- Support fundraising and outreach teams in promoting campaigns through digital channels.
