Save the Children UK has an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and influential individual to join our team as Senior Marketing Manager (Legacies and Mid-Value). We are looking for passionate marketer with proven legacy and/or mid-value fundraising experience to help lead and scale Save the Children's Legacy & Mid-Value programmes. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role.
You will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team to deliver ambitious income goals in two of our most critical fundraising programmes, to significantly improve the lives of children in the UK and across the world.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working and will require the successful application to work from our London, Farringdon office up to 4 days per month.

About the Role
As Senior Marketing Manager (Legacies and Mid-Value), you will unlock the potential within our committed supporter base to give at a higher level during their lifetime and create a lasting legacy for children by leaving a gift in their will.
You will lead the planning and delivery of effective marketing campaigns that build deep connections with supporters, drive income, and ensure Save the Children's marketing is engaging and inspires action.
In this role, you will:
• Lead a high-performing marketing team to plan and deliver integrated, cross-organisational legacy and mid-value marketing campaigns, managing budgets, creative development, and performance analysis.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive consideration, conversion, and income growth while ensuring a seamless supporter experience.
• Use data and insights to deeply understand supporter motivations, ensuring an audience-first approach that maximises engagement and lifetime value.
• Oversee 1-2-1 supporter relationship management, ensuring effective stewardship and increasing commitment and loyalty.
• Analyse marketing effectiveness, driving a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve marketing outputs.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including marketing agencies and fulfilment partners, to maximise campaign impact.
About You
To be successful, it is important that you have:
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Proven experience in delivering legacy and/or mid-value individual giving programmes, including prospecting, pipeline development, and relationship management.
• Extensive experience in delivering complex, integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilising the most effective channel mix to ensure we're targeting the right individuals with the right message at the right time.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and insights to inform strategy and improve supporter experiences.
• Experience in growing supporter lifetime value through effective stewardship and engagement strategies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

About You
The Journals Marketing Officer will provide essential support in planning, implementing and, measuring the success of marketing activities to increase engagement with our publishing portfolio. Supporting the strategic aims of the Society and the goals of the Journals Marketing and Development Lead, the post-holder will gain experience in researching and executing integrated marketing campaigns to increase submissions from target groups and regions.
The Journals Marketing Officer will drive submissions of research across our six titles through promotional content across the Society’s popular channels and by developing targeted messaging for specific audience groups. An interest in developing Business to Customer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) communications will be crucial to maximise author submissions to our journals and to secure the retention of existing business from institutions.
The post-holder will be a proactive self-starter, with the ability both to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to gather insights and data to inform and implement targeted marketing campaigns. They will have an interest in monitoring engagement with marketing communications and a drive to continuously learn and improve, undertaking analysis and research and contributing ideas to increase engagement with messaging amongst target audiences.
Please note that the organisation operates a hybrid working policy. Attendance at our London-based office is expected twice a week (minimum). The role will occasionally require some travel to relevant conferences or events, usually within the UK or Europe.

We are seeking an experienced Direct Marketing Manager to join us for up to 12 months (maternity cover). You will lead the detailed planning and delivery of membership acquisition campaigns.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate experience of planning and delivering mass-market income generation campaigns using direct and unaddressed mail, email and paid social media. You will also need to manage tracking and ROI reporting for your campaigns.
You will work as part of a very small direct marketing team with tight deadlines and approval processes.
This is a great opportunity to apply your skills to high-profile fundraising campaigns that deliver vital support for the conservation of birds and nature. Experience of working within charity fundraising and/or with membership products would be an advantage.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Proven experience of planning and delivering end to end multi-channel direct marketing campaigns to hit income targets – must include direct mail not just digital channels
- Knowledge and understanding of direct marketing and fundraising compliance and best practice
- Strong creative understanding - able to assess the measures that will maximise response rates and write clear challenge and creative briefs
- Able to model/forecast the impact of channel choices or creative changes on potential campaign outcomes, manage and track costs and analyse impact and ROI
- Very high level of attention to detail, able to work under pressure, and adapt to meet changing circumstances as required
This is a Full-Time role for 37.5 hours per week. This is a maternity cover role for c.12 months.

You will have significant experience of delivering impactful campaigns and achieving measurable results with your target audiences. With experience across a wide range of disciplines including SEM, email, managing website content and paid media, you will be experienced at working with a variety of stakeholders and managing a busy workload to deliver successful programmes of work across multiple channels and audiences.

Skills and Experience
- Substantial experience working within digital communications and proven track record in delivering digital campaigns to grow profile and engagement and drive action.
- Experience of supporting the development and delivery of digital marketing strategies and leading digital campaigns, ideally for fundraising, advocacy and/or awareness raising campaigns.
- Experience of managing a website, including the stock and flow of website content through the CMS (WordPress), creating great user experiences and monitoring the technical aspects of the site.
- Providing SEO expertise from an on-page, off-page and technical perspective. Making sure we are making the most of the expertise we have available and ensuring our content is visible externally to right people, at the right time.
- Experience of running email programmes, being able to create engaging emails that deepen brand love and drive actions. Experience of creating these with UX and audiences in mind, and coordinating the segmentation of data with CRM colleagues and other stakeholders. A working knowledge of relevant data regulations will also be an advantage.
- You will have experience of running paid marketing including paid social, PPC (including Grants) and display. You’ll have delivered campaigns through business accounts e.g. Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
- Experience of writing creative communications for external and internal audiences that are impactful, on brand and deliver results.
- Experience of working with brand guidelines and tone, being able to champion the brand principles across your work.
- Experienced with managing a range of stakeholders, working cross-functionally to develop digital strategies and deliver projects that meet the needs of the wider organisation

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role
CoppaFeel! are looking for a Marketing Executive who will play an integral role within the Marketing team in supporting our 3-year organisational growth strategy. The Marketing Executive will support the amplification of our message through innovative brand campaigns, activating content creator briefs and executing brand partnerships.

- Planning, executing, achieving targets to grow income streams, including donor prospect research, developing new donor relationships, and grant writing.
- Working on effective online or offline fundraising campaigns that influence a range of stakeholders, with a reflective, creative and innovative approach.
- Using impact and outcomes to engage and promote services to funders, partners and other stakeholders.
- Developing brands and brand awareness in line with organisational objectives
- Creating communications plans in support of strategic objectives, and executing these to a high standard, reflecting and improving these to achieve greater impact.
- Familiarity with social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook and solid experience of content creation and website management
- Creating and executing community, outreach and fundraising events.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM databases, MS Office, Word Press.
- Ability to put together and manage project budgets.
- Creating, developing and adapting outcomes tools such as survey, questionnaires, and focus groups
- Planning, creating and executing evaluations of projects, including creating surveys, events, questionnaires and feedback tools
- Managing communications/fundraising officers and external consultants

The National Youth Agency is looking for a creative and innovative Digital Marketing and Design Manager
Are you passionate about leading digital campaigns and creating impactful content?

Contract: 1-Year Fixed term contract (maternity cover)
Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week – flexible working. Part-time applications (minimum of 30-hours per week will be considered).
Salary: £36,000 - 40,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications).
Location: Remote / Home working with some travel to meetings, conferences and events required.

You will be joining our dynamic Communications Team as our Digital Marketing and Design Manager to provide maternity cover.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead NYA's digital presence, ensuring all content reflects our brand and engages a diverse audience.
In this role, you’ll oversee the creation of impactful digital campaigns and resources, manage our social media and email marketing, and maintain our website. You’ll work on innovative projects, including designing branded materials, crafting dynamic content like infographics and videos, and developing marketing strategies to showcase the value of youth work.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the guardian of the NYA brand across digital platforms.
- Designing creative assets for events, campaigns, and publications.
- Leading and maintaining NYA’s digital marketing strategies, identifying new trends and audience opportunities.
- Managing the production and performance of digital content, including videos, reports, and newsletters.
- Supporting website development to improve user experience and engagement.
