We’re seeking an experienced fundraiser with a track record of securing major gifts and building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. • Work collaboratively across the Development team, engaging with key stakeholders, to deliver on strategic goals and KPIs.
• Liaise with Program and Finance colleagues to share grant requirements and reporting expectations, build reports and deliver high -quality stewardship items.
• Work alongside the team to keep an accurate record of donor relationships in Salesforce, including stakeholder information, notes from meetings, reporting and submission deadlines, and correspondence with donor staff
• Build and develop new relationships with prospective foundation donors and foundation fundraising strategy in collaboration with Senior Manager and Vice President for Strategic Partnerships
• Represent the organisation, both internally and externally where opportunities arise, including donor visits, public events, and partner convenings

Salary – UK-based salary range for this role will be £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
Weekly hours – 35 hours per week.
Holidays – 30 days annual leave and 8 public holidays. The basic annual leave allowance increases to 35 days after 4 years of continuous employment.
Flexible Working Location – This is a hybrid position that is based in the UK. GFC is open to applications to those who will regularly visit our London office.

Our ambitious and welcoming Individual Giving team has seen some fantastic results over the last 12 months – and are determined to continue building on that success this financial year.
This role is focused on supporting regular giving and lottery campaigns which are an essential part of our fundraising strategy, bringing in £15 million each year. It is a varied, collaborative role in a growing, essential area of fundraising.

As the Designer, you will bring our brand to life through high-quality, compelling, and on-brand design work across a range of offline and online assets. We are currently at the early stages of a brand review project, and you’ll play a pivotal part in activating and rolling out our refreshed brand across various channels in 2025.
Day to day, you’ll collaborate closely with the Editorial Manager to review and update our suite of information leaflets. To succeed in this role, you will have solid experience working in design within an in-house team or agency, in a multi-disciplinary graphic design role.
