About the role
We are excited to be recruiting a Programme Coordinator for The Scholars Programme to join the Programme Management Team and support us in delivering the goals set out in Join the Club, our ambitious strategy for 2021-2026.
The Programme Coordinator supports the Programme Management team and wider organisation, helping to ensure strategic priorities are effectively delivered, and that schools and tutors receive a high-quality service. The role will lead on several administrative processes and will include regular document creation, data input and management, liaising with stakeholders and supporting Scholars Programme events.

This role will involve some travel to deliver events at our different university partners. While this role 
can be based at any of our offices throughout the UK, some travel will also be required (mainly to 
London) for events and to attend in-person meetings.

We are COSRT - a unique professional body for specialist psychotherapists in the UK and beyond.  We provide and accredit training, set professional standards, and support professionals and the public.  All so that people can access the best possible therapy no matter where or who they are.

Now, after an internal promotion, we are looking to recruit an Organisational Support Officer.  This is a vital, interesting and challenging role.  It will mean you're involved in everything we do.  You'll work alongside and give practical support to all colleagues, using your skills to help us deliver products and services smoothly.

There will be four main areas where you will be most involved:

• Training....including administering agreements with trainers, providing pre and post event support for online sessions, creating products on our online training platform.
• Operations...including processing membership applications, dealing with queries from the public and professionals, supporting internal financial and other processes.
• Standards and governance...administering complaints, setting up and supporting committee meetings.
• Communications...including  social media posting, updating website content, creating newsletters.

Areas of Responsibility

Planning and Logistics across Communications and Research: 

• Supporting event planning (e.g. managing venues, hospitality, invitations). 

• Working with our Research team to support fieldwork planning and travel.

• Working closely with our Head of Communications to develop and plan social media posts and email campaigns around our work.

• Planning and managing event logistics from round-tables with senior politicians to our annual conference IncludEd.

• Scheduling of meetings for internal team members, important external stakeholders including journalists, research participants (like our headteachers, parents, young people) and policymakers.

Tracking Press, Research and Data: 

• Ensuring we are aware of upcoming publications and events relevant to our team or community.

• Working closely with the Impact team to manage and log collected data, and support analysis and reporting.

Fundraising Events and Stakeholder Management:

Horatio’s Garden is an independent charity that nurtures the wellbeing of people after spinal injury in beautiful, vibrant sanctuaries within the heart of NHS spinal injury centres. The charity is growing. With seven garden projects open, we have an eighth garden under construction in Sheffield due to open in 2025. After winning ‘Best in Show’ at RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2023 with a show garden designed for people with mobility needs, the charity’s profile was significantly increased and there are major plans to expand the special events programme to raise awareness and generate sustainable income.

Key responsibilities

· Assist with the administration and coordination of fundraising and stewardship events

Job Purpose
The Partnerships Coordinator post is an exciting role with Tutor Trust. You will assist the Strategic Partnerships Manager to maintain and build key school relationships and networks contributing to customer retention and business growth.
The Partnerships Coordinator will also work very closely with the Partnership Operations team and the Communications & Marketing team to contribute positively to the overall success and innovation of the organisation.
Main Functions

• Assist with setting up key school partnerships across West Yorkshire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.

Legacy & In Memory Fundraising Assistant

The team is looking for someone to join as a Legacy & In Memory Fundraising Assistant. As part of this role, you will provide care and cultivation of In Memory donors, Legacy pledgers and enquirers by acting as first point of contact for these supporters and delivering ongoing one-to-one stewardship across various touchpoints. As part of the Legacy & In Memory Fundraising Team, you will contribute to achieving the team's aims and objectives through undertaking key administrative tasks and assisting with the delivery of the team’s projects including marketing campaigns, supporter events and internal promotion of messages to a range of audiences and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate with a range of internal and external audiences, a high standard of computer literacy, and a passion for delivering excellent supporter care.

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join Young Enterprise as the Resources Development Project Manager. The successful candidate will lead on all aspects of the resource development and Quality Mark accreditation services, ensuring high standards and efficient project management from inception to completion.

About the Role

The Resources Development Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple resource development projects, from drafting high-quality funding proposals to managing content creation, working with expert authors, design agencies, and coordinating evaluation processes. The role involves maintaining effective stakeholder communications, managing budgets, and reporting on progress both verbally and digitally against KPIs.

Another key responsibility will be managing the Quality Mark accreditation process, including training freelance assessors and supporting external resource producers through assessment.

Reporting to the Services Development Manager, the Resources Development Project Manager will also line manage and support the Services Coordinator in their role.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with excellent communication, organisation and project management skills. You will have a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, a solution focussed attitude to problem solving and the ability to balance and prioritise competing demands in a busy function.

You should be experienced in developing and managing resources or content from concept to delivery, building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, and coordinating evaluation processes. We are looking for someone who is proactive, can work independently, and is comfortable making trade-offs while understanding the wider impact on interconnected areas. A passion for supporting young people and a commitment to the values of Young Enterprise are essential.

Experience in managing digital content development, an understanding of educational settings, and knowledge of the current educational landscape are not required but would be advantageous.

This is an exciting time for Tender, with both the demand for and reach of our work expanding significantly in recent years. Having set up our Adult Services department in 2019, we have seen both the breadth and depth of our work with adults expand significantly. Following a recent organisational restructure and the development of a three-year strategy which we are implementing in 2023 – 2026, we are anticipating further growth in our adult training work.

We are therefore looking to expand our Adult Services team, with a Projects Coordinator to support the Head of Adult Services and Service Delivery Lead (Adult Services) to coordinate the delivery of a range of adult training projects to a varied group of beneficiaries. You will play a key role in ensuring that the projects are planned and delivered smoothly, communicating regularly with settings and the facilitators delivering the training, and ensuring projects are properly recorded, monitored, and evaluated. You will be part of a direct team of five in Adult Services, and a wider team of dedicated, supportive people with a shared commitment to preventing domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Role Purpose

The main purposes of the Projects Coordinator role are:

• Coordinating the administration of all aspects of the Tender’s training programmes for adults across the organisation
• Supporting the Head of Adult Services and Service Delivery Lead (Adult Services) to manage relationships with Tender’s internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, workshop leaders, teachers/carers, delivery partners and other service professionals
• Monitoring and evaluating the impact of Tender’s training sessions

Main Responsibilities and Duties

Project delivery

• Developing and coordinating the delivery of training projects for adults across all settings, including digital projects, to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Coordinating development days and developing resources and content with the Head of Adult Services, in order to grow and tailor the content for sessions with adults
• Collaborating with the Children and Young People’s (CYP) Services department to coordinate the delivery of training projects for adults in CYP settings
• Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure projects are delivered to plan and on time
• Coordinating the evaluation of projects delivered to adults to ensure learnings from projects are assessed and shared
• Working with the Tender team to ensure effective and efficient use of time and resource during delivery
• Working with the Communications Coordinator to create publicity for projects in a range of formats, including website content, newsletters, information sheets and social media posts

Relationships

• Supporting the Head of Adult Services and Service Delivery Lead (Adult Services) to manage relationships with settings to facilitate the delivery and success of adult training projects
• Supporting the Head of Adult Services and Service Delivery Lead (Adult Services) to manage relationships with other stakeholders involved in the delivery of projects, including workshop leaders, youth leaders, partner organisations, and professional specialists, to ensure stakeholders remain engaged in and committed to the projects’ success
• Working with colleagues to manage information flows and communication to ensure knowledge of and learnings from projects are known and understood across Tender

Administration

• Completing all mandatory training, and proactively seek opportunities for ongoing professional development
• Logging, tracking and updating project management documentation (including project booking, securing contracts, carrying out risk assessments) to facilitate transparency of decision-making and accuracy of reporting
• Following monitoring and evaluation procedures to ensure the results of projects are recorded accurately and in a timely manner using specified systems, including Salesforce and SharePoint
• Participating in training and other learning activities to develop relevant professional skills and knowledge
• Undertaking any other reasonable duties commensurate with the grade and competencies required of the post requested by the line management
