As Regional Support Officer you will provide full administrative services to a team that is geographically dispersed across the region. You will manage financial process and ensure compliance with organisational policies regarding GDPR, health and safety, including undertaking risk assessments. You will support the set up and delivery of both face to face and online events. Crucially as first point of contact for the team you will provide excellent customer service to members of the public.

As Regional Support Officer you will be self-motivated with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. You will have proven experience of office admin systems, excellent IT skills, including use of CRM/data management systems and online platforms. You will be someone who can work effectively with colleagues, understanding their administrative needs and responding positively. You will have experience of organising online and face to face events. Day Care Officer – Day Care Centres 

Age UK Camden Day Care Centres are looking to recruit a Day Care Officer to cover 15 hours a week in shifts (Monday, Thursday and Friday) across our two Day Care Centres. 

Our Centres provide a wide range of activities as well as being a specialist Day Care Centres caring for older people with complex needs. The Day Care Centres also provide a hot lunch and a range of special events. 

We have a dedicated, specialist team supporting people with care needs, including those living with mild - moderate dementia and complex needs. 

The successful candidate will: 

• Have shared responsibility in the team for the implementation of a comprehensive service of care and support for service users 

• Act as a key worker for individual clients

• Deliver holistic and person centred wellbeing services which provide service users with social interaction and support to maintain their personal interests.

• You will be responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of peer support groups for victims of crime across North Wales.

We are looking for a Christian who is highly organised with excellent leadership skills. You will have a passion for helping those who are vulnerable, disadvantaged and struggling on low income.

The Foodshop is an initiative of Sutton Community Works based in St Nicholas Shopping Centre in Sutton aimed at supporting those struggling on low income. Members pay £4 a visit and get access to approx. £27 worth of fresh, chilled, frozen, and ambient foods.

We normally serve 120 customers a week during our opening times of 10-12noon Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This is achieved through a small staff team and 50 volunteers who are mainly drawn from local churches and whom you will manage. You will be responsible for maintaining the Christian ethos and culture of the Foodshop. As Manager you will have pastoral responsibility for staff and volunteers which will involve setting a culture of prayer before, during and after sessions and offering pastoral support and prayer where approptiate to staff and volunteers.  You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the Food Shop which includes managing food stock levels. You will be part of a wider Sutton Community Works staff team and be expected to join staff prayers every Monday morning and regularly lead devotions and prayer.

Our aim is to enable residents out of Food Poverty through the Foodshop and linking them with further support to address underlying issues. This includes offering prayer; spiritual support and linking customers in with churches groups within the borough.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the passion and heart to serve those in need.
