Job description

We are seeking an interim HR Business Partner for a period of 12 months on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for an education organisation based in London. This role is part of the wider specialised team who lead on all Employee Relations matters across our organisation, working closely with the Deputy Director of People & Culture, HR Advisor, Senior HR Business Partner and with the wider People and Culture Team.

Partnering with senior leaders and managers, you will help enhance performance and efficiency towards the achievement of our strategic goals and priorities. You will play a key role in the delivery of people management imperatives and priorities of the People and Culture department through a blend of strategic and operational activity, delivering a professional, effective and valued HR business partnering service. You will ideally be really experienced in complex case management, with knowledge of how to manage restructures with the ability to work with a variety of academic and professional service areas.

You will also be tasked with providing support to organisation wide People and Culture projects, including the management of organisational change initiatives, organisational development projects, workforce planning, policy development and the management of complex employee relations matters.
