This role supports the Executive Director of Breathe Cities. As the Executive Assistant (EA), working alongside the Senior Executive Assistant and Support Manager, and CEO Office team, this role ensures the Director and their teams are supported to work efficiently and effectively and that team projects are facilitated to run smoothly. It’s a role at the heart of a fast-moving organisation and offers an opportunity for hands-on work on projects combatting air pollution. Among the tasks is supporting the preparation for our Governance, including Committee meetings.

The Masonic Charitable Foundation is looking for an experienced adviser to join our frontline Advice, Support & Enquiries Team managing all enquiries via the advice line and electronic/mail channels. Each month we receive hundreds of phone calls and emails from people who need our help. The team’s Advisers are often the first point of contact with the MCF and play a key role in our grants process.

You will need excellent customer service skills, a high level of personal resilience, ability to quickly build a good rapport with callers and be a team player who is willing to support colleagues and prioritise the needs of the team. Previous experience in a comparable role is desirable.

Day to day responsibilities include answering calls and responding to emails from individuals and families for a range of support (including daily living costs, health and care and education), liaising with our Advice and Support Advisers and Visiting Volunteers, awarding grants for counselling and consultations and keeping the grants system up to date.

IKWRO - Women’s Rights Organisation is a registered charity (number 1151507) which supports Middle Eastern women and girls living in the UK who are facing “honour” based violence, forced marriage, domestic violence or female genital mutilation.

As well as providing support to individual women and girls, we run training for professionals and campaigns for better laws and policies to protect women’s rights.

We are recruiting a counsellor that speaks either Farsi, Dari, Kurdish, Turkish or Arabic, who is able to model skills in safely engaging women based on mutual collaboration, trust and empowerment.

Technology Project Coordinator

We are seeking to recruit an individual who displays a flexible approach, excellent communication skills and is an effective team player.

Position: SIT45 Technology Project Coordinator

Location: Home-based, UK, Nationwide. However occasional travel will be required as part of this role (May include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (flexible working available)

Salary: £30,497 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,100 per annum may be applied in accordance to where you live)

Contract: This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

The Role

This role works as part of the Technology team to manage and successfully deliver various running technology projects that underpin the organisation’s strategic goals.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities:

· Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks as directed by the project manager.

· Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.

· Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.

· Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.

· Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, risk and issues as directed by the project manager.

· Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks

· Communicate with key stakeholders, understand & support documenting their requirements

· Creation of work packages/user stories/tasks with subject matter experts from the business and technology team as part of defining project delivery resources and schedule.

About You

Experience and personal attributes:

· Experience with various Project Methodologies

· Experience with projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

· Excellent planning and organisational skills.

· Commitment and interest in improving services

· Achievement and success-oriented, self-motivated.

While a background in higher education policy is an advantage, it is not a requirement.
