We are seeking to appoint a talented and committed individual to the role of Front of House / Office Administrator to work within our busy, public-facing front office. The varied role froms an integral part of the Coram’s Fields central team and combines customer service responsibilities with a range of day-to-day administrative functions, including some finance and communication related duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for the public, dealing with enquries via phone, email and in person.
- Administration of our hall hire booking system and ensuring all customers have an excellent facility hire experience at Coram’s Fields.
- Supporting our range of community and fundraising events, acting as a strong ambassador for the charity and our work.
- A number of finance-related duties, including management of the office petty cash system and reconciliation of all cash income.
- Communications assistance, including updating our website and social media accounts and the production of content for these.

The Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer to help implement and deliver our quality assurance and control frameworks, ensuring compliance with key regulators while driving continuous improvement and excellence across our services.
The post holder will play a key role in supporting the implementation and monitoring of Outward’s quality management system by conducting internal audits, working with operational teams, and ensuring that our services uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, data collection, and the upkeep of policies and procedures, ensuring that the lives of those we support are enhanced through quality and performance improvement activities.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and presentation skills, alongside expertise in data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
· Assist in carrying out routine internal audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with Outward’s quality assurance framework and external regulatory standards (CQC, Housing Ombudsman, ICO, HSE, etc.).
· Assist in collecting and analysing data related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), safeguarding, complaints, and other quality metrics to inform continuous improvement strategies.
· Support the complaints process by ensuring concerns are logged, tracked, and addressed in line with organisational and regulatory procedures, and ensure learning outcomes from complaints are incorporated into future service improvements.
· Work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure that health and safety protocols, as well as data protection requirements, are followed and regularly reviewed to maintain up-to-date compliance across the organisation.
· Assist in ensuring all policies and procedures are current, accessible via the organisation’s internal management system, aligned with best practices, and effectively communicated to relevant teams.
· Help develop and implement action plans aimed at service improvement based on audit findings and stakeholder feedback, ensuring timely execution and monitoring of the action plans.
· Assist in conducting surveys and gathering feedback from the people we support and their families, contributing to the organisation’s service review process, and using feedback data to inform quality improvement initiatives.
· Work closely with the Quality Manager to produce accurate and relevant data and analysis reports from databases and care and support systems for the Health & Safety committee, executive team, and the Board.
· Assist in gathering and analysing data for the completion of KPI reports, annual reports, and ad hoc reports, ensuring the data is presented in a clear and actionable format for senior management and external bodies.
· Assist in the delivery of training workshops for managers and frontline staff regarding processes and management systems created and/or monitored by the quality team, such as complaints procedure, incident reporting, service performance workbooks, and rotas, ensuring training materials are up-to-date and tailored to meet team needs.

BMS World Mission is looking for a talented and motivated Global Team Administrator to join our Department for World Mission. As a vital member of the team, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to Team Leads and Heads of Programme. Your duties will include communication with overseas partner organisations and supporting the wellbeing of our personnel while they are working overseas through effective administration skills.
The successful candidate will be highly organised with an eye for detail and have the ability to work closely with a wide range of people across the organisation, with sensitivity to diverse cultures and perspectives. You will also have experience in accurately recording and maintaining information and a willingness to partner with others to improve processes.

Reporting directly to the Head of Service, the Operational Manager will be responsible for leading the process management of Knowsley’s Integrated Youth Service (IYS) Offer. With a strong understanding of young people’s services and a commitment to quality youth work, the post holder will create and maintain effective systems linking face to face interventions with the capturing of robust and accurate outcome measurement data.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the Targeted 1-1 offer as part of the IYS offer in Knowsley including line management of designated staff, financial management, and networking with other key services.
The post holder will support all aspects of the wider IYS ensuring that MYA’s internal systems which govern finance, purchasing, recruitment and quality control are followed closely, while acting as a key figure in connecting Knowsley operations with Head Office and Support Services.
The post holder must hold relevant qualification to at least NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a related subject.

The post holder will be responsible for high impact advocacy and engagement to deliver our 2030 Strategy and will work with the team and partners to ensure: rigorous stakeholder, landscape and political economy analyses; collation, synthesis and packaging of evidence; and development of clear strategic priorities, change objectives, advocacy messages, targets, and tactics. They will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing and leading the delivery of our advocacy, including through creating and presenting content and authoritative reports, organisation of events and cultivation and management of relationships and partnerships. They will ensure that we learn and adapt, and can attribute the impact of our advocacy.
As a senior member of the Public and Political Engagement team, the Advocacy and Engagement Manager will work closely with our Research and Operations teams, and partners across Africa, Asia and South America. They will engage with decision makers in government, business, financial institutions, multi-lateral and network organisations, local and international NGOs, and the media to advance evidence-based solutions to the conjoined global crises of water, climate, nature and inequality. In particular, they will play a key role in our Fair Water Footprints Campaign and the wider delivery of the Glasgow COP 26 Declaration. With new funding from the UK Government’s Just Transitions for Water Security Programme, these game changing initiatives seek to end the abuse of water in our supply chains, and to establish responsible water stewardship as the global business norm by 2030 so that trade and business accelerate, rather than undermine, shared water security. This will be achieved through mobilising the power of scientific evidence and citizen voices to trigger change in government policies, corporate practices, financial disclosure, and political and public expectations. The choreography and delivery of this change will be a core focus of the successful candidate’s work.
We are keen for the post holder to be based at Water Witness’s Edinburgh offices where they will help to mentor and nurture the next generation of water leaders, though some flexibility may be considered. This role will involve travel within the UK and internationally. It would suit an exceptional communicator who is fluent in the technical and policy aspects of water and climate justice, and who has several years of demonstrable experience in using advocacy, communications, and stakeholder engagement to drive change.
