We are looking for a CRM Developer to work collaboratively with the Head of Business Intelligence, the Database and Analysis lead and other teams within Scope in delivering a best in class CRM.

Fixed term 12 months, 35 hours per week

Location: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW with flexibility to work from the office and from home. 

The role 

As our CRM Developer, you will act as one of Scope’s technical leads, primarily responsible for configuring and developing our Dynamics 365 estate over time. This role is crucial in shaping CRM systems solutions architecture and design, collaborating closely with the Business Intelligence team to enhance our systems and contribute to the wider Dynamics strategy.

As a CRM Developer, you will:

• Be the go-to expert for Dynamics CRM, solving problems and helping others.
• Work with the business team to find and implement the best solutions.
• Improve the system to make it faster and more stable.
• Turn ideas into new features and update the system every month.
• Review changes and fix any issues with the CRM system.
• Manage the data coming into the system and keep everything organised.
• Stay updated with new features in Dynamics 365 and add them as needed.
• Write and update guides and documents.
• Make sure the system follows company rules.
• Lead projects and help train the team.
• Do other tasks as needed.
• Create support materials and technical documentation for IT and Database teams.
• Ensure system compliance with company policies and standards.

• A Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Platform, Power Pages, Customer Voice, and the basics and main features of Dynamics 365
• Experience customizing Dynamics 365 and understanding databases and cloud services
• Experience with moving and connecting data using tools like SSIS, Power Automate, REST APIs, and Azure Data Factory
• Experience in checking and testing the quality of work

About the role

This is an exciting time to join Myeloma UK as we launch our new five year strategy. 

Our portfolio of grant funded research programmes and projects play an important role in achieving our strategic objectives.  These programmes aim to discover and share new knowledge, support the development of clinical trials and answer questions of unmet need in myeloma. 

The postholder will ensure the development and effective management of the grants portfolio in line with Myeloma UK procedures, ensuring compliance with AMRC guidelines and charity finance requirements.  You’ll ensure grant holders deliver on contractual milestones, manage high level relationships with Principal Investigators and will work closely with the Research Advisory Group and any other specialist groups as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Experienced senior fundraising leader, with a breadth of skills and expertise developing and implementing successful multi-stream fundraising strategies.
• Focused on supporter journeys and ensuring exceptional stewardship to drive engagement and income across all donor audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management expertise (internal and external) with an ability to build robust relationships and gain support/commitment.
• Evident organisational development skills with the ability to act as an effective member of SLT and contribute to organisational strategy/plans.

What is the role?

This a 12 Month Maternity contract.

Working within our values and behavioural framework, the role involves closely managing the relationships of our partner organisations (known as Licensed Organisations – LOs) and ensuring those within your portfolio offer quality and inclusive DofE programmes to young people.

While managing these relationships, across your portfolio area in Teesside, you will also identify and develop new relationships with appropriate educational and community organisations to widen the access of the DofE to young people, particularly those who experience marginalisation.

You will be undertaking regular meetings, in person and virtually, engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders at different levels within different organisations across your portfolio area. When not out at meetings, you will be working from home.

What are we looking for?

You will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders and have the skills to inspire and influence them to enable young people to participate in DofE.

In the role of Innovation Product Portfolio Adviser you will support the Innovation Impact Investment Manager with the ongoing management and development of our innovation product investment portfolio. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with current and former Accelerator partners, reviewing business plans, supporting with negotiations and exploring mechanisms for a return on investment, developing and monitoring collaboration agreements whilst tracking the impact of our investments. You will support with product development, helping identify routes for commercialisation and scale in order to maximise and monitor the impact of the most exciting new products for people living with dementia.

About the role:

The role of Homicide Caseworker is varied, demanding and rewarding; no two days are the same and you will thrive on this challenge. You will need to be extremely organised and able work independently and as well as being a pro-active, supportive member of a team open to developing your personal resilience.

You will work closely with the Major Crime Police Units, Senior Investigators and Family Liaison Officers, you will provide a pivotal role to support clients through the Criminal Justice System. You will provide support to families by phone and Zoom when their usual Homicide Caseworker is unavailable. You will complete needs assessments, and will coordinate and deliver a tailored package of support alongside our commissioned providers and other key stakeholders.

You will be driven to make a difference every day with the ability to focus on the needs of vulnerable service users. You will have resilience and adaptability; understand the importance of professional boundaries; have excellent listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy. You will enjoy the challenge of a busy caseload and will be able to demonstrate the excellent organisation skills essential to managing a demanding and diverse workload.

As a fully trained Homicide Family Caseworker you will be responsible for managing your own complex caseload to the highest quality standards. This role is part of our remote working team and so you will be home-based, however you will need to be able to travel to work meetings and to attend training as required.

You will need:

• Effective verbal & written communication skills
• Experience delivering services within a statutory, voluntary or multi agency setting
• Good organisational skills, able to prioritise effectively
• To work independently & as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships with both interenal & external stakeholders

Rights & Security International (RSI) is seeking a Team Leader on International Civic Space to help us take our international work to the next level, especially in Latin America and East Africa. The successful candidate will lead our engagement strategy across Global Majority countries while building and supporting coalitions around country-specific projects.

Fluency in Spanish is required.

Role overview:

After two years of coalition-building with partners, we have developed a network of relationships with human rights activists and groups in El Salvador, Colombia, Brazil, Kenya, Indonesia, the Philippines and elsewhere. We are looking for a strong organiser and human rights advocate to continue building this network and help other groups organise to create impact.

We aim to facilitate civil society groups’ engagement with UN and regional human rights bodies, support grassroots-led research projects through small grants, and facilitate collaborations on shared advocacy projects.

This position reports to the Executive Director and supervises the work of the Eastern Africa Human Rights Assistant (EAHRA).

Person specification:

· Degree in law, human rights, public policy, international development or another relevant field.

· Fluency in spoken and written Spanish as well as English.

· A minimum of 4 years of experience in international human rights advocacy or relevant community organising, including at least some experience in building or leading coalitions.

· Experience in designing and implementing effective plans to achieve reforms.

· Familiarity with the social and political landscape of at least one country in Latin America.

· A record of drafting and publishing human rights analyses or advocacy documents.

· A strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, and solid experience of work in multi-cultural environments.  

Optional qualifications:

· Expertise in one or more of the following areas: counter-terrorism issues, climate justice, migrants’ rights, or technology and privacy.

· Please tell us if you are fluent in any languages other than English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

· Create and lead advocacy strategies with partners at the national level in countries such as El Salvador, Colombia and Kenya to stop the human rights abuses that governments commit in the name of ‘national security’.

· Oversee a small research grant programme.

· Lead RSI’s role in a major international coalition for civil society on counter-terrorism and human rights.
