About the role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to work with the Director of Partnerships and Federation Development to develop an ambitious learning and development strategy for Emmaus UK.
As a hands-on Learning & Development Manager, you will play a critical role in developing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees, companions, volunteers and trustees across the Emmaus Federation and within Emmaus UK.

We conduct high quality research and test out innovative solutions. We're now seeking a Researcher to join our small but developing team.
Job Description
Salary Range: £29,000 to £34,000.
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week. Consideration will be given to four day working and other flexible arrangements.
Pension: Company pension scheme with NEST, with employer contributions at 6% of salary.
Term: Fixed for 12 months, with an intention to extend.
Reporting to: Chief Executive.

Purpose
CfRC has a solid reputation for delivering high quality mixed methods research and evaluation. About The Felix Project
The Felix Project is London’s leading food redistribution charity, dedicated to ensuring good food is never wasted and no one goes hungry. Last year, our nearly 180 staff and over 15,000 volunteers collected 32 million meals of surplus food, distributing it to Londoners in need through a network of over 1,100 community organisations, charities, and schools.
In London, one in five households with children lack reliable access to nutritious food, while the UK wastes 20 tonnes of food per second. The cost of living in London has risen by 24% in the last three years, and food prices continue to climb. About 14% of working families have turned to food support services for the first time in the past year, and 100,000 London families have less than £3 a day for food.
Our work has never been more needed, and demand continues to grow: we are building our expertise and impact in response. The Felix Project now operates from four main depots in North, South, East, and West London, with ‘point-to-point’ projects in Central London and Canary Wharf. The Women’s Budget Group is looking for an intern to join us for three months compensated at the London Living Wage rate. If you are Black, Asian, mixed heritage or from another Ethnic Minority background; interested in the economics of gender equality; and considering working in communications, policy and influencing government policy, this could be for you. We are particularly interested in candidates who might not have the opportunity to take up an unpaid internship.

About The Role
The Social Mobility and Widening Participation Senior Officer is a vital member of the department. The post-holder will lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of sustained outreach initiatives. They will also be involved in a range of other challenging projects run across the Social Mobility and Widening Participation Department.
This role will co-lead on the delivery of K+, supporting participants on our arts, humanities and social science pathways. K+ is King’s flagship widening participation programme for sixth form and college students. The post-holder will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive range of events for Year 12 participants as part of non-residential Spring and Summer Schools. This will involve working collaboratively with schools and teachers within Greater London and King’s target regions, King’s faculties and with corporate and charity partners.
The post holder will work closely with the wider Post-16 Programmes team, student ambassadors and key partner staff. This role is responsible to the Social Mobility and Widening Participation Manager.
